First time customer: came in after having some issues with my gears. Manny helped us out and was super knowledgeable, quick, a friendly. Fingers crossed I don’t have any other issues with my bike, but if I ever do I will for sure be coming back in.

Bought a bike. Shop owner was great to get me started. Rode 200 miles over 2 months.. crashed and broke my bike. He fixed me up again and was great to work with. Friendly to newcomers! Awesome Shop! I’m a loyal customer now!

Been going here for a 10 years and always had excellent service at a fair price. I find it hard to believe the review I read about this shop by the person that said he drove two hours just to come there , No way Jose. This is a Excellent shop and service.

I wish I could give this place zero stars the guy was supposed to fix my bike. The owner. I came in first off no one helped me. Second he told me he would work on it today he never did never planned to call me back. I called the employee of the owner told me it was ready. He made me wait 22 minutes to get a hold of the owner who told me it was never fixed and that I could come pick my bike up and take it elsewhere. That his time was more important then treating me with respect. I traveled 2 hours to get here and 30 of those minutes I carried my bike here because I wanted to trust they would help me. do not trust this guy.Hes a rich stuck up snob who values nobodys times. Edited since the owner told the BBB better bureau Business holds guys like this who think they have power accountable I havent heard back from them so I am guessing this guy fed more bull crap guess Im not surprised. He told a bunch of lies like one saying I got mad and broke my bike on my way to his shop. What? I told you I traveled 2 hours out of my day had to edit that because I forgot I had already mentioned earlier it was 2 hours, not 1 to get to this guy because my bike had been broken down for a few weeks; which at the time I had gotten upset over, things that are none of your business. And you told the BBB that I broke it on my way to you. How big is your ego? That you really told them that. Get real dude. Youre as fraudulent as they come my friend. Best of luck to you I was able to go to another bike shop downtown Phoenix on Roosevelt and central. This guy there values peoples time Justin is his name maybe try not being greedy and treat people all people not just the rich with respect. You were gonna overcharge me yet this guys 20 dollars worth of work got me through a couple weeks.

This place is fantastic, they always answer my dumb new guy questions and do great installs and tuneups...my go to shop for sure..

Great shop. Its been there as long as Ive been alive. Bought my first BMX style bike there back in the late 80s early 90s. Plus they have probably everything you could need to rebuild or customize a bike or mountain bike.

My boyfriend loves coming here. Great customer service and always has the best parts from the best brands 👍

I live in Surprise this bike shop is in Peoria about a 20 to 25 minute drive and I make that drive every single time I need to go to the shop instead of driving 5 minutes to the build a bike right down the street because theyre that much better than them and the rest of the competition around the staff is awesome theyre real relatable they speak from experience the shop has a real self-made vibe and I love that because thats what America is building something from the ground up with your own hands to support your family I give this place 10 Stars if I could! 👏👏👏👏

They were great and fixed an old garage sale bike for me, very happywith their customer service and price. Very nice staff.

This is the only place that I will take my bikes to get serviced when the tasks get over my head or I dont have the time. The staff has gone out of their way to provide amazing service every time I have gone in there, and they are always upfront and reasonable with their prices. I know for a fact that I will be getting my next full suspension mountain bike from them-the free tune ups for life will just sweeten the deal :)

I was shopping for a bike with more upright handlebars than my mountain bike had. I tested a bike from the shop and it was great. The bike was $350. Rob asked what I was riding now and he suggested that they replace the stem to make my ride more upright. I had been told that the stem was as high as it could go. They replaced the stem and necessary parts for a total of $60. That included a new tire. Their honesty saved me a ton of money.

Friendly & knowledgeable. Great place to get bikes and have them serviced. Highly recommend!!!

Bought a Fat Tired Beach Cruiser a year ago for the wife and prior to that getting parts for the grand kids bikes. Still using them for oddities to keep the family going and These Guys are Awesome, approachable, Good listeners and with Good suggestions. It is definitely there craft. They have the best customer service! My boy had some tire issues and stopped by after school. They fixed him up and let me pay over the phone! They have also been very nice each time Ive personally been in the store.

I bought my bike was treated great. After a few months I took it in for a minor repair got it back but something wasn’t right. I took it back next day and right away was treated like I was stupid. Telling me if I want the bike to go faster I needed a bigger crank. I said no it rode just fine before. I left took it somewhere else and together we looked at the bike and found that the back bearing nuts were loose. They adjusted them tightened them down and it rode like I said it should.

They do excellent work. I wont take my bike anywhere else.

The owner’s son who is an employee there went above and beyond in customer service. He helped me with an out of the ordinary service request when i bought bicycle pegs to use as passenger pegs on my motorcycle. He stopped what he was doing and helped me choose out suitable pegs along with appropriate hardware for the installation. even after I told him I could tackle it outside, he came out to see the job through. This is a local shop that has truly good customer service which is rare these days from my experience. Thank you guys!

This is 1 of my favorite places! These guys do not pressure you into buying their bikes, they are very informative and the service department is excellent and very reasonable pricing! They tell you exactly what you need and what you might need in the future but do not pressure you in purchasing it, and also when they say they will get it done is when they will get it done! Josh and Joshua are very knowledgeable, and willing to answer any questions you have. Overall great experience form a local bike shop!

Have bought two bikes from them in the last three months . Customer service has been great and very fair prices. Would rather support the little guy then the big box stores . You are getting better quality and dont have to worry about if the bike was assembled correctly

I had a great experience today at the Bikers Edge Peoria store. Service staff was helpful and willing to answer and assist me in all my needs. I am repairing bikes for the neighborhood kids whose parents are going through some difficult financial times. The staff helped me out with every question I had and showed me various ways on how to save money on the various projects I was working on. Great store, Great service.

I Went there this morning because I was feeling helpless by not being able to take off my front wheel. I shoved my 24 Redline Cruiser in to my Honda Civic and they kindly took it out of my car and took removed the front wheel for no charge. The nice employee even admitted that it was tough for him to remove it himself so made me feel a little bit better. : ) So overall was a great experience and will definitely be returning for any future parts or services!

This is a good place. I shop here often for my bike part needs. The only thing that keeps me from giving them 5 stars is I have had one bad experience with the owners wife. She is rude and shouldnt even be in the store because she knows nothing about bikes or how customer service works. She should let her husband who is the professional be the face of the company.
