The man and woman that work there are always so sweet and helpful. They always greet you and say bye with a smile. Great customer service.

They have an entire variety of nail supplies, practically anything you can think of needing for your nail business or personal nail needs. The male cashier who helped me buy my supplies was incredibly friendly towards myself and my 9 year old. I will definitely be returning.

I needed a new nail supply store that was closer to me since the ones I go are to far. But let me tell you I’m coming here now they have way more stuff Super organize they are very helpful and your items are so much cheaper than anyone else.. They also had young nail kiara sky and others brand items.

I am so happy I found this place! Such a great selection. Every color under the sun and great quality products. Prices are extremely reasonable. Owners were really friendly despite a culture difference. I could really see how friendly and helpful they were being. They genuinely seemed happy to serve and have customers. I absolutely love this store. While the isles are a bit small and some are over crowded it is still enjoyable to browse through their wide selection of quality products. There shelves and products are clean and displayed well. The staff are friendly and quite helpful, they really are the best. Honestly the only thing I wish is that the prices would be on everything, its on quite a bit but there is still alot that doesnt. The staff dont mind you asking for a price though so dont be afraid to ask. Over all this is THEE BEST nail supply store Ive seen and Ive gone to quite a few of them lately.

I am a licensed nail technician, and I have never yet been disappointed with nationwide nail supply, they have everything that you need and then some, and if They dont have it they will get it for you. There may be a little communication gap, but they are very accommodating! I recommend them highly, and I will not go anywhere else, they do care about their customers.

Helpful staff ! One explained how to use a nail drill Ive never experienced before and showed me the additional parts I would need. Highly recommend coming here, not only friendly staff but an abundance of good supplies!

Would have given 5 star. Less 1 because I rarely see prices on items. Therefore I pass up a lot of items.I would so appreciate it,if there were prices on items. (Individual & or per number of items in a group). I shop as an individual, not as a business. Im just starting out, but being able to do nails the right way on myself as well as on customers. Im learning a lot by watching pros on YouTube. This business has been a dream come true for me. It will be awhile before I take on customers. I want to practice for awhile longer. And I buy most of my supplies here.Staff is great !!!! I highly recommend this business for your supplies too !!!!!!

They had a huge selection and clean store but the customer service aka cashier i felt wanted to rip me off cause just couple of things i wanted to get he was beyond over charging me and if i didnt recount and add it myself he wouldnt have and everything honestly was overpriced i guess its better to just shop online now

I absolutely love this place. The employees are so nice and incredibly helpful and always have smiles on their faces. You instantly feel welcomed. They are organized and not crowded at all! Wayyy better than the store across the street.

Ive gone atleast 3 times here and like they say third time is a charm, in this case still no help, if your not Asian they dont help and thats sad. I did notice one of the men following to check I guess to see if I was taking stuff even coming in with my work scrubs. Prices are super high and need more practice with customers of all color. Sad I wont return and dont understand how ppl have given them 5 stars. Lower your prices this is not Scottsdale and practice your customer service please thank you.

There are tons and tons of supplies here. Prices are great. Only complaint is that the service was meh. Their priority is definitely nail salons and not individual customers. I will still go back though.

I just left a review on how awful AZ NAIL SUPPLY store after continuing reading other reviews .I read a review that said to go across the street and I’m so glad I do. Their customer service was awesome and only place I found where you can buy kiarsky gel polish and regular polish for $10.00. I found their prices to reasonable and customer service I will no longer be going to 35th ave and camelback and I’ve already stated I will NOT SHOP EVER STEP FOOT IN AZ NAILS AGAIN... thanks for having good customer service with everyone 😊

Not enough nail supplies

Worst customer service. I waited 20 mins for someone to acknowledge me because I needed help with prices. I finally decided to ask one of the employees for help and said yes but went back to doing whatever he was doing. I finally got tired of waiting and left. I will never return to this store.

My friend lives down the street and told me about this place. I walked in and was greeted immediately by a wall of literally hundreds of shades of OPI. I could hardly contain my giddiness. I thought I had died and gone to heaven when the girl working there told me the OPI was so much cheaper compare to other place. I was buying them online for that price, but I had to pay for shipping and couldnt see the colors in person, so it was always hit-or-miss. Not only are the colors cheap, but they are all organized by number and they carry the NEWEST shades as well. I noticed OPIs just-released Holiday 2014 collection there.I decided to stock up and bought six shades. Im sure Ill be back in a few weeks to pick up more. In addition to OPI, they also carry Essie, China Glaze, UVA lights, gels, creams, lotions, etc. etc. They even had pedicure chairs in the back. If you need nail stuff, youd be an idiot not to come here!
