Great fast service.. very nice employees

We would like to thank and commend your manager Mr. Ernie Moreno for his help and patience in helping us solve a delivery problem from another Ferguson store. We waited all day Friday for the delivery of a cast iron tub for our second floor bathroom remodel and it didnt come. The plumbers were going to come on Monday to install it and we had had to wait for an opening from them. By Saturday I was very upset that if we couldnt find the tub, we would be too late for the plumbers. We went to the nearest Ferguson location and Ernie was doing a Sat. rotation at this store where he doesnt usually work. Even though I was upset he treated us respectfully and then went above and beyond, to solve the problem which he had no part in creating. He managed to find the tub and get it delivered in time for the plumbers. Our bathroom is all done and we are very happy with the beautiful tub.

My wife and I needed two one hole faucets for bathrooms and the staff walked us through options. Their patience and knowledge were amazing and we bought two strong faucets that compliment our bathrooms. Next week we will be back to purchase a 3 holer for the kitchen. Their merchandise is top of the line and reasonably priced. Thank you

Order two bathroom urinals on a Thursday, was told they would be in the Peoria Branch next day, next day, no urinals, call back next week, call back, only one, call back next day, still only one, they do not know what happened to them, they tell me I can pick up the one, and they will drop ship the other to my business the next day, never shows up, 45 minutes later, can not get anyone on the phone to help, operator keeps disconnecting call, manager voice mail not set up, unbelievable how dis-organized and complete lack of customer care

Customer service is very knowledgeable and would highly recommend this store. Julio has taken the extra step to complete the order and to make sure that I had all the right product.
