I bought the Baby shark family from Amazon and took them to get inflated. When the employee was blowing up our balloons she noticed that all the balloons had tiny hole in them. She was not helpful at all because she kept saying how their was nothing they could do to fix them. Then another employee grabbed our balloons and literally started patching them up and blowing them up. She spent 45 minutes fixing all our balloons for us. I told her she saved us because the shark family was for my sons birthday that was literally at 11:30. Thank you to that employee for going the extra mile to make sure my baby had a great birthday

I just left this location and didn’t have the best experience, once again. I walked in to the manager on duty complaining about another no show which was unprofessional. I then asked about a hat being priced wrong, showed her what I was looking at, and she was so quick to tell me it was the wrong hat than to help me find the correct one. She appeared to be very lazy for having 2-3 customers in the store. If she was helpful and so confident that the kids hat I was looking for wasn’t in that store, why didn’t she help me find it elsewhere? Why is it in stock online for this exact location? This was my second time being at Party City due to the distance from home and once again, treated like a burden. Will not be going back.

They have a pretty big selection of party items in a ton of different colors. The only problem I have is everything seems pretty high price. Plan ahead and order online to save yourself some money.

Rude cashier, different ring up price then posted amount, debit card system down with no sign, small selection compared to online.

We picked up a ton of Toy Story party supplies for our 1 year old. He loved everything and I cant thank you enough for helping us with this and making our theme come true. FYI, he loved all of the balloons!!

October 29 was date of my visit. I understand that it was 2 days before Halloween but we needed a costume couldn’t find all the pieces from last year. During this difficult time I understand the restrictions on all of us and how many are tired and want to relax. But everyone in the store was great and complied with masks. Social distancing was awful. People were on top of each other . The store was dirty and products a disarray. I tried to browse but stuff was everywhere and people were too close. No I don’t have any underlying problems health wise in fact I work daily in the medical field. I drove an hour away for one item and when I left I was so sick by what I had experienced. Please if you care clean and stay apart. Thank you

I found the selection at this store to be good. I was impressed with the color variety for every occasion. I was also pleasantly surprised by how well organized the store was. The prices are ok. I imagine you can get decorations cheaper online. There higher price is basically a convenience charge in my eyes, in which it was worth it to me the last time I shipped here.

Very nasty employees at the checkout ordered a number balloon bouquet and she said thats not what i ordered instead of asking if i needed more balloons should take a lesson in customer service

I think its so great to have a place like this around here because it is hard to find all of the specific party supplies that youre looking for in stores locally. Have a great stock specially for birthday parties for children tons of choices for boys and for girls. Theres never a whole lot of weight in the line by my experience Ive been in there a few times now. If youre having any kind of party particularly birthday parties this is definitely the first place you should look. Their prices are quite comparable to Amazon some things are higher some things or lower it just depends on what youre looking for is it definitely make sure to stop in here

Love Party City! Found everything we needed there for a baby shower lately, and we have been going there for years! If they dont have your party needs, no one does! Every conceivable balloon, cards, favors, table decorations for weddings and birthdays and showers!

Fast and good service for party balloons

The place was very well stocked and had 3 employees at the time of my visit. Everything looked high quality and cheaply priced. I took my daughter for her birthday and she picked out all her favorite characters. They had something for everyone. Its mostly geared for kids.

I LOVE Party City for balloons.Here is my best advice.If you are getting regular balloons with helium, pay the extra cost to get high float put in them. They last so much longer.Also, buying a balloon bag for $1 is well worth the money. It makes transporting the balloons a million times easier.

Ordered balloons and was supposed to be done at 12:30pm !!! Waited over an hour!!! When it was supposed to be done for a PARTY!!! Ridiculous! Next time y’all should make sure balloons are done on time when people ask.

Fun store with good seasonal items.

I went to party city to purchase a balloon for my daughters 3rd birthday party. After I paid for the balloon and helium fill they informed me that they were having a “helium shortage” and could not fill my balloon because it was too large. I feel like they should post a sign on the door or at least let customers know before they pay for their balloons and helium fill. I overheard a different cashier tell another lady that she could only buy 6 balloons because of the helium shortage. The helium fill area was still operating and people were getting balloons filled so I don’t understand why they turned me away. I feel the like helium should be on a first come first serve basis. If you have paying customers, you should fill whatever balloon order they have. Once the helium runs out then that should be when you cut people off. They were also rude, unapologetic, and treated me as if I was inconveniencing them. I ended up taking my balloon to CVS pharmacy in East Peoria who happily filled my balloon and were very nice about it.

Ok. But they were out of big gumballs. Thats what I went there for. Came from Washington IL. But that was ok I got the little ones. Really wish they had the big ones. My son and I were making his Valentine box.

Half their normal stuff was put away only to be replaced by Halloween stuff that can be gotten ANYWHERE else (they are convinced they are special with their stuff though). I was there looking for 1st birthday Elmo stuff, because I had seen it there only a few weeks prior and couldnt find other places. They had put it, wedding stuff, baby shower stuff, and more away because apparently Halloween costumes are more important 🙄 that you could easily get at walmart or target or the other Halloween stores...however the stuff they have that is unique from other stores was put away...what a joke!

Have all kinds of tgings you would need for a party or get together. All colors and candy alsi. Reasonably priced also

Pam the cashier had a bad attitude while checking my order through. Inconvenienced that I didn’t know what weight I wanted for my baloons, what type of helium, and if I wanted a bag to carry them out in. Not all of us eat and breathe party supplies. I’ll go somewhere else not to have to deal with her lack of party enthusiasm!

They will fill balloons cheep. They have what you want and they are willing to help.

Prices for Halloween costumes are certainly higher than Walmart, but they have a much better selection and the quality seems to be higher than Walmart.

Store was tidy and had a large amount of theme related options but wish they had more if a selection for baby gender reveal parties.

Great selection for any kind of party or gathering. Wedding, bday, bbq, kids, retirement, anniversary, you name it they have it. Everything from balloons to plates and gifts. A must visit if you are planning any kind of party.

This place has a lot to offer. The only drawback isThe customer service. It is terrible!! No one there greets you, ask if you need help finding something. Someone need to do a training on customer service!!!!
