I took my car in for a vibration in the front end. They had it diagnosed and repaired the same day at reasonable rates. Great customer service.

In one instance, when I elected to do a particular job myself, they were very understanding and didnt even charge me a diagnostics fee (in good faith that Id be back for the follow-up alignment, I suppose). Very friendly and develop a repor with you that is what youd like to experience with a shop owner. I was referred to Pro-Automotive by Pioneer Parkway Transmission Inc. I have had honest work done there and asked where I could find an honest garage to work on the engine. Pro Automotive is honest and friendly. They are a serious garage with the workers being ASE certified!!!! I had the timing belt, water pump and timing tensioner changed out. Much more reasonable cost than the dealership. Jim gave me the parts and explained what was needing replaced. The job was done in 1 day. They are personable and honest. I highly recommend this shop for all your engine work needs and other work. All I can say is this is the shop to go to!!!!
