Honestly a great place. Always get help and advice when asked for it. My return-to place to visit if I need good parts that dont fail on you shortly after. I recommend it.

I was in a bind when a stripped castle nut put a stop to my project. I called and spoke with Steve who said to come on down to take a look at the hardware in the back(there’s no way to look up the part). I was in and out in a couple minutes with 2 new castle nuts. 10/10 recommend and will be back in the future.

Napa is the best in the Valley for those hard to find auto parts.

Great staff took the time to see what part I need and seemed like it was more trouble then what it cost but they made sure I got right part and that I was happy ! Thanks guys

Their alright the people their act like they dont wana work

They had 3 size options of the product i wanted. The visit turned out alright its just a little cumbersome how the point of sale is set up. The cashier appears to be hiding behind too much obstructive Covid 19 proofing measures, cant even see the guy without trying some real difficult viewing angles.

Terrible customer service They sold me an idle arm and a pitman arm for my truck Said lifetime warranty all you got to do is bring it back well look it up with your phone number and get you the new part.so I go to do just that nope you got to have the original box You got to have your original receipt You got to have original proof of purchase We dont keep no record of it at all No more will you ever get my business

Quality Parts and Napa Know How friendly people great place to go. It used to be that NAPA parts were cost a little more but thats not so anymore. Quality Quality quality its worth piece of mine its not going to break in a couple of weeks.

I needed a part for my car they said it would be there in the morning. Yes they had the part and Rueben checked my car to see if it was the rightful part. Turned out I didnt need it,and told me what I did need. Plus the part was way cheaper than the other guys (AZ) (OR). 3.99 to their 13.99

Theres a guy named Carlos who was objecting a woman in front of customers... Not very professional... Also says quote on quote You probably know more about the store than me, how does this guy still have a job there??

I have a Sychrony credit card and the employee couldnt figure it out. Kept telling me declined even when I showed her their was $800 on it. Needs more knowledge staff.

Best parts store ever, huge inventory knowledgeable staff and great customer service.

Not cool. I called ahead for parts then when I got there they guy sold them. And when I asked why didnt u hold them 4 me he says they just dont do it because customers wont come for them. So if you go there its gonna be hit and miss. I would reccomend the NAPA in old town glendale off Myrtle.

This store is not owned by Napa. Will not exchange anything Napa related unless you bought it from that store and have a receipt. I have never run into this with Napa. Really sucks
