Everyone is very friendly and will give you space to discuss what to do with your family members...no pressure what so ever. We purchased an RV and so far, we are very happy with it. Called and made an apointment to look at a trailer, told them multiple times all be there at 5. I was on my way when they called me and told me they sold it..... That is not how you do buisness. Will not ever be doing buissness with this dealership.

The sales person “Bob” is extremely dishonest. Lied about several things and did not honor our agreement. BUYER BEWARE!!! I wouldn’t buy a pack of gum from this dealership.

Had a van there for sale (if someone wanted it)/storage. Retrieved it and it was in worse shape than when we dropped it off!! Windshield was cracked, flat tire, and there was dust or dirt covering the entire interior including the back of the van. I paid to have it professionally detailed. Very unhappy with the service, the owner wasnt even there to talk to. Do not do business with them unless you are 1000% sure of what youre getting

These people are not honest. They told me the travel trailer I bought was in excellent condition, because they had done a thorough check. It was delivered without keys. I was told the driver forgot the keys, then I was told the previous owners had the keys. Then I was told the owners had lost them, so I had to take the lock off the door and outside compartments to have keys made, which cost me over $80. The 2 back jacks are broken. The air conditioner is barely working. The refrigerator isnt working at all. Apparently one of the roof vents was left open when the trailer was delivered, because it was entirely broken off, probably from wind pressure while driving. I really liked these people at first, but when all was said and done, they are not honest people and I was lied to!Im updating my critique of Wally boys, because very soon after I wrote this, there was more expensive things that had to be fixed. Apparently the previous owners had let the blackwater tank go too long before emptying it and it was jammed up. I had to hire someone to come clean it out, which was very expensive, along with various other smaller things that added up. All three repairmen who came told me I paid way too much for this trailer. Well I guess its true, women get taken advantage of when doing business and purchasing. The people at Wally Boys are all very charming, but dont fall for it, because they are not honest. They lied to my face, when they told me the trailer was in perfect working condition. They knew my husband had just been placed in a nursing home, and I was planning on living in this trailer to help me out financially. I hope they can sleep nights, knowing they lied and took advantage of a 73 your old woman, who was trying to make her life a little easier financially.

Man of his word , fixed what he said he would, no pressure

Horrible. We bought a trailer in aug and title wasn’t correct so they sent us back home with trailer and title and said they would send bill of sale, almost a year later after phone call and emails no response or bill of sale sent to us, keep in mind we don’t live in Peoria az so we had to go out of our way back to them and have them fix title so that we can put the trailer in our name and got there at 12 and left at 4 finally with correct title but also keep in mind they said it cost $120 so we paid and left on the way home I called the DMV and it only cost $23 so they are liars and scammers. DO NOT GO HERE. Horrible horrible. They don’t answer or reply.
