This place by far has the best service I have ever seen. All of the staff are so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I have been here several times and have always been more than happy with their service and work. They truly put their customers and their concerns first. Matt has taken care of my car many times and has always answered all of my questions and provided me with any information I needed. They are very understanding and you will always leave satisfied. I highly recommend them for all of your Mercedes-Benz needs!!

I dont know how Im getting a second review on this but anyway went there no one was in this section I went into I must have needed to go in the Porsche dealership instead of the Volkswagen dealership finally someone came up to me we talked it was just okay. Ive been to the BMW dealerships around this area the concierge service is just incredible even off your drinks after you talk to him for a while . I think thats very good for dealerships when youre talking high end vehicles sorry guys only a three-star for you

Love this dealership. This is are second vehicle we have purchased from Autohaus. We were not able to find or make a better deal on our Audi or Mercedes. Had my first ever Mercedes service today and it was fantastic! The whole experience was superior to anything I’ve ever experienced. Ralph Gonzalez was wonderful. Autohaus of Peoria saved us over $800.00 worth of fraudulent charges by calling to verify a recent purchase. We are located in Louisiana and our business Credit card was used in Wyoming to purchase auto parts in Illinois with a Texas delivery address and the owner marked the purchase as fraud and called to let us know that our card had been hacked. Thank you for staying on top of your orders and running an honest business!

Whenever I called which has been five different occasions they seem to have memory loss of my automobile ever being serviced there. My name isnt correct in their computer system when my drivers license was submitted. And Todd a parts employee has the smartest tone in person and on the phone. Not a fan.

The last time I took my Audi to this dealership it was 3 winters ago. I needed them to adjust my headlights because they were not aiming as I wanted them, one of them was aiming way off the road.The service manager explained to me that the battery was dead and they couldnt adjust the lights with a dead battery; unable to power the headlight motors. They explained to me I needed a new 495 dollars battery to get the job done. So I asked, how could the battery crank the engine at 20 degrees F but cannot power the headlight motors? Answer: crickets.I took the car, and never freaking ever returned. Everything looks awesome until you try it. BTW, The battery is still working today.

I cant express how impressed and how professional Ralph A. Gonzalez of Autohaus was to me. Managers at Autohaus, give this man a raise and do whatever it takes to keep him! Give the technicians that worked on our car some credit and a bump too! Customer service is very important to me and I am an car enthusiast that despises car dealerships.My fiancés 1998 E320 decided to stall in Pekin a few days before our wedding (Tuesday). We drove all the way from Oklahoma for the wedding. It has been extremely reliable for a car that age. After diagnosing it a little bit myself (not a technician), signs point to a bad Camshaft Position Sensor. I replaced it myself in the parking lot it stalled in and it still would not start. I decided to call Autohaus and reached Ralph. He kindly and patiently help me diagnose further. Not many service advisers do that. I understand that they usually dont because it could be false information and risky. Ralph help trouble shoot further and exhausted all my options I could do in a parking lot.I decided to not waste any more time on our important week and decided to tow it to Autohaus. I was unsure if was a wise choice. I have not experienced this dealership but I had no choice. Ralph greeted me kindly and I told him about our situation and how we needed it fixed before we head home Monday. Rehearsal is on Friday. Wedding is on Saturday. Dealership Closes on Sunday. We drive home Monday morning.Ralph and the technicians found the little fan responsible for stalling the car. He even said it was a little tricky to diagnose the issue. He ordered and had it replaced.Here is the problem. Weddings can be chaotic. So I wouldnt be able to pick it up if it was finished on Friday or Saturday due to last minute wedding planning.Autohaus delivered our car Friday after the wedding rehearsal finished. Car drives as smooth as it used to and we made it home safe and sound after the wedding.The way Ralph treated me and how you run your dealership is impressive. I am extremely pleased with my service and you even topped off my fluids. I want Ralph and the service technicians to be recognized for their outstanding performance. As for the dealership, keep up the great work.

I have visited the dealership with my grandkids several times in the past few months and everyone there has been very welcoming. We especially love the smoothie bar and well furnished, clean waiting area. Tony Plattner is very knowledgeable about the Mercedes brand as well as Porsche, Audi and Volkswagen and is an all around great guy to work with. He goes out of his way to make his customers feel comfortable and is happy to answer any questions they may have.

My biggest issue is they always tell me an hour or an hour and a half, and it takes 3 hours. The 3 hour wait would not be bad, if they just checked in with you every 45 minutes or so. It is so frustrating. I even told them when I arrived (I live 45 minutes away) that if it would take longer than an hour I would like a loner because I had errands to run. I didnt get one. I was in Peoria until 5pm. I could have been home by 2 if I had the loner.

A rear window on my MB would not operate. I called Ralph and he was able to diagnosis the problem over the phone. He asked me to stop by so he could ascertain that was the problem. I did stop by, and he confirmed my problem. He ordered the part from Chicago that day and by the next morning it had arrived. His team installed it and all is well once again! Took my old S500 for an alignment- could not get it done in one day, had only one loaner for the whole dealership, apparently only one mechanic capable of working on an older W140. And the cherry is.... alignment is not right because they missed loose tie rod ends. And theyre not willing to revise the alignment either. They made a good suggestion - go somewhere else if youre unhappy

0 out of 5 stars.! I took my GL 450 in for a some work. I was told it would take 2 weeks to get to because they were backed up. I got my car 2 MONTHS later.... It was a very stressful and frustrating situation because of the lack of communication. I would be told I would get an update... and none would come! I feel like the technician was doing his best but is not very experienced. And I think he is the only tech. they have! Awful experience. Now driving a Tahoe because I had no faith that the issue was resolved. They lost a MB driver for life!

Worst service. Tire went flat 5 hours from home off hwy 10 on Saturday morning. Waited for 2+ hours to get towed by Mercedes roadside assistance all the while the dealership told me they didn’t have ANY tires that would fit my 2017 c300. I had no solutions for two days and they said sorry call Discount Tires to see if they could help. I had to call a mobile auto company and they were the only ones who helped. Mercedes customer service is a joke on all levels. ALSO i just had my car fully serviced at a different dealership in Temecula and the reason my tire blew is because they were exuding metal from being so worn. They never ordered tires for me or urged me to replace them and my car has been in their care 3 times in 3 months! Check your car yourself, it will be more efficient than Mercedes service shops.

I recently purchase a Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes from Autohaus. It was my third Mercedes that I have purchased from them and I have always been quite happy with their sales practices and their service. Tony Plattner, my salesperson for this transaction, was extremely knowledgeable and responsive. I would find it difficult to deal with any other dealer in Peoria. Autohaus is the best!

Mr. Pelissero was very informative and low keyed as a sale person. Mr. Gonzalez the Service Advisor, as busy as he was, took time to inform me as to what to expect as to service, as well as gave me some extra care on the car I bought. Mr. Pelissero, the parts Manager, as with Mr. Gonzalez, took time to check on what I may want or need as to the car I was buying. with out a push to buy or order anything untile needed. As a die hard Toyota person I was very please with this dealership.

I leased a 2015 GLK 350 from here in July. This was my first experience with leasing and I was blown away with how polite and informative the team here was! They were extremely respectful of my time (I drove in from out of state and needed to drive back in the same day) and made the entire experience quick and painless while remaining efficient. The follow up after my visit was first in class - I recieved personal emails and letters in the mail touching base to ensure everything went well.
