To be honest, this is probably the only place I’ll go when it comes to furniture. The pricing is scary reasonable, the staff is accommodating, and the store isn’t too crowded. Kai was a great help today as I hopelessly looked for a couch—kind and knowledgeable, which goes a long way. Thanks for the great service! Overstock items, you never know what you can find! Famous for decent prices on furniture across the Street from main store, appliances across the parking lot at main store and their liquor, wine and beer (domestic and imported) great options reasonably priced!!! Wine tasting events are awesome, I walked (stumbled a bit) after a few events over the years. I had a designated driver...lol.

We were looking for a small upright freezer and found the perfect one at USF. We purchased it from the salesperson, Sean. He was extremely nice and helpful. We picked up the freezer completely boxed and packaged new and returned home. We immediately carefully opened the packed box to set up the freezer, when we notice two prominent dents in the door. I took pictures of them and we contacted Sean at the store. We played phone tag a bit as they are pretty busy there, finally we decided to go there with the receipt and pictures. In a phone message, he had kindly said we could return it or perhaps get an in-store $50 gift card. However, we wanted to keep the freezer we already had it set up. It was obvious that we didnt dent it, so we went back to the store and met with Sean and his Sales Manager, Adam. They were both very kind and professional when they saw the dents. When I asked if we could have the $50 taken off the cost of the freezer, they complied right away, no hassle or fuss. I cant tell you what a pleasurable experience it was dealing with them. This is why we go back to USF for some of our purchases. It is a good place to shop and its sales personnel are some of the best. Thank you USF, Adam and Sean.

The salesman was wonderful. Knew just how much attention I wanted. My only complaint is false advertising. Ads said free 48 month financing when there was actually a service charge for financing. No interest but it still costed me money

I went to buy some stuff there. living room, and maybe dinning room. well i walk around find some things i wanted, and had to find someone to help me. when i did, was not to friendly. but oh well. ask how much the few things i pick out was going to cost, he told me. well ask about delivery, well he said can bring in the house. put in the yard or porch. i ask why, he said cause of this virus. i said, i am aloud to walk around your store and so on. what was the big deal. well any way, i think it was all b/s. everyone else does bring in your home. so i went to Ashley and spent over a 1,000 and they are happy to bring in my home. it is sad, i was willing to even spend up to 3,000. i just guess. UFS lost me for every... well never go there again. unfriendly people on top of it all...

Absolutely beautiful quality furniture at affordable prices. The showroom is set up in a gorgeous laid-back way to make your way through. There are no high pressure sales. If you dont find what you are looking for, they have a wonderful online computer of inventory that they carry that is not on the floor. I have bought so many sets and pieces from this well kept secret!!

UFS Furniture has an endless selection of everything I need for my home. I was happy to find a very nice recliner that is large enough to seat two people comfortably! I originally was reviewing standard type recliners, but when I seen the one I finally decided upon, I was much happier with my choice then I would have been with a standard recliner. Also, a very nice sectional I was looking at is so very appealing as well, and will work well together with my recliner! That is what is next on my list!

I came in to buy a new freezer. Stock was low which was unfortunate but not the reason for the one star review. After going through everything that they had which all seemed to be out of stock I sat down With a salesman to find out what they did have in sock. After being directed to what was in stock but could not see it on the floor I bought it without looking at it. After 20 minutes of looking forward across the street they could not find The freezer. After that no discounts or compensation were to be had on anything else so I had to go back in and be refunded my money. I intend to always shop local but when your service is inferior to the big Box store My hand has been forced. I do not recommend UFS for anything other than minor purchases as well as booze

Dont waste your time shopping online here. I ordered a couch that online said was in stock, in the color earth which was a tan/brown color. I was called two weeks after my order to be told my couch actually wasnt in stock and I would have to wait 4 to 6 weeks. I did so and when the couch came, it was the granite color option they had. I called to tell them it was the wrong one and they told me this was the earth toned one, and if I wanted the other one I would have to wait another 4 to 6 weeks. I have no couch in my house obviously so I asked what I do in the meantime, and I was told bring it back and live wthout or pay extra for returning it used. What other couch will I be getting then if this is the earth toned one?? Im extremely unhappy with my purchase. End of story

Sean in furniture is absolutely amazing!! Best salesman to work with. Easy to talk to very knowledgeable on all products from furniture to mattresses and even appliances. He makes buying easy and smooth in a very laid back environment he truly works with you to get you exactly what you want. We have bought living room furniture dining room furniture kitchen appliances and a washer from him! Will not work with any other salesman!! You have to go in and ask for him!!!

Very friendly until they get your money, service after the sale sucks. Just received our order..I guess you could say. They left a piece had to go back and get it what ever not a big deal mistakes happen. Then we unpacked everything and realized our 3 seater couch we ordered was a love seat turns out the sales guy rang it in wrong had multiple conversations with the sales manager who was rude over the phone but of course really nice in person when we were spending money then acted like it was our fault some how. They said it would be another 3 weeks to get the right one. We had already waited over a month. I never got one apology for anything and didnt offer to reimburse our delivery charge. Delivery guys were nice. happy with the quality and price of our merchandise. This could of easily been a 5 star review. Just incompetent and unprofessional and dont care about you your experience or satisfaction. I wont say dont go here it could definitely be worth checking out if your looking for furniture just be warned that you have some hand holding to do and you should triple check everything

Went into UFS looking for a small sectional for my new apartment on a strict budget. The staff there was over-the-top helpful with finding me something that would work perfect for me and in the time frame that I was shooting for. (Also, I was thinking itd be about 4 weeks for it to be ordered/delivered and my furniture arrived in less than 2 weeks!!) Will definitely be recommending to anyone I know thats looking for quality furniture at a great price with wonderful customer service!I was helped by Adam (I believe that was his name) and who I will assume was his manager, I didnt catch her name but shes the brunette behind the desk! They were awesome!

I didnt want the entire bed just the headboard. The salesperson wasnt sure if it was possible but she looked and printed out the total for me for just the headboard. I wasnt ready to order since it was going to take 4 weeks to get in. I was told the price was good for 4 weeks. I went back 2 months later with the original paper and the salesman said he would honor the price. Very satisfied.

We ordered a T.V. stand last weekend. We waited only 6 days and got a call that it was in. I went down to pick it up and each person I was greeted by was very cheerful. They had me pick my merchandise up a receiving door 1. When I got there the guys were right on it. They had my T.V. stand picked and placed in my truck in less than 5 minutes. When I got the box home and opened it everything was perfectly packed. I unpacked it and put it together within a 1/2 hr. It went together perfectly. Hello I am contacting you give praise to your store and your employee Adam in furniture sales. I had another warranty claim on my furniture, and you can see from my previous message from a different warranty claim that it was not cordial and Jacob the Warranty claim manager was very quick to addressing the issue and sent an employee out within a day to take pictures of the furniture and unfortunately we not able to fix the furniture because they dont make it any more, but they gave me a credit of 1138 because I bought the extended warranty, And Adam in sales was a big help when it came to picking out my new furniture. All in all it was a visit that deserves a 10 out of 10. I will definitely buy my furniture from here from now on. Thank you once again we are enjoying the new furniture.
