The only bad thing about this store is its inside the Mall. But this location is actually 2 stores candles and wildflowers on one side and all other products on the other side. Its a great store and was well stocked the day we were there. We also experienced excellent customer service.

I wanted a particular item that they were discontinuing & only had the display in the store. The lady who was helping me offered no options that might help me get that item. In fact, I was able to get that item from a different location. It would have been EASY for the person who helped me to AT LEAST suggest that option, if not do the legwork to find the item for me. Thats part of providing good customer service, in my opinion.

Nice store but the staff was really bad. Took me forever to find someone willing to help, when I found someone they just shrugged and said they didnt have the product. I asked for them to check other stores and he kept telling me it wouldnt be any different because their online systems werent accurate...

Clean, all restrictions observed. Good stock on shelves, friendly staff, helpful. Quality stuff. Some a little high, but many bargains available plus coupons from email and mailed to your home. If you forgot the coupon ,clerk looks it up for you. Id like one of everything! 😁

One of my wifes favorite stores to shop. A lot of impulse purchases. Unbelievable in the discounts using store coupons.

I just love to wonder around this store lots of new products and gadgets. Seasonal stuff is better than other stores, I buy gifts here for all occasions using my emailed discounts all the time including baby showers and wedding registry’s etc.

I was in there today and needed help. I could find no employees except the cashiers and they were all busy. I walked around for 20 minutes, finally found one thing at was looking for on display but couldn’t find any stock and looked around for help again, no one in site so I walked out. Now I know why Amazon is putting stores out of business. They have good descriptions of their products including weight, length, width and other important details and their return policy is excellent. Bye Bye B. B & B

Stopped in to purchase a burr grinder and a few other things. Easy to find items and easy checkout.

I am blind and was looking for several products that I was hoping they carried but didn’t know what the items were called. After a game of “20 questions”The sales lady found the items. They weren’t over $10 . Each. They also helped me to get signed up with their website for great discounts and savings. I have gone back several times and like the store and the staff.I highly recommend the store.

Looking for bed skirt. Small display with only two styles and 3 colors also very high price and poor quality. Very disappointed. Expected more from a store that supposedly specializes in these products. Received no assist from employees. This product requires relatively little space to display. How about providing a better selection for customers??

I live a long ways from this store but drove out there to pick up an item that no one else in the valley has. They were good enough to hold it for me. Actually, had a terrific drive.

I was looking for a specific cast iron pan to cook my steaks. I know Bed Bath & Beyond has a great selection. I found the perfect cast iron pan. The ones with the grill lines on the bottom. It also has a short handle, ideal for finishing up meat in the convection oven. Whenever you want something very specific for your home, they have it.

Only been there a couple times but I do love this place.

The store was clean and we ultimately found what we were looking for. The staff though was pointless. 30+ minutes in the store, and walked by numerous employees and had employees walk by me and not one person said anything, much less offered any assistance. I even walked THROUGH a group of 4 or 5 employees taking up the whole aisle with non-work related conversation. I could have shopped online and spoken to the same number of employees as I did on this trip. In fact, I think thats exactly what I will do next time. If I am going to be ignored, I might as well be ignored in my own home!

Always a great place to go when youre looking for something you cant find at other stores. The staff is always nice and they will always let you use coupons
