Always a fun place. Owner could be more friendly. If it is on the floor there should be a price on it.

The owner is rude and condescending, especially to women. He considers it his duty to:1) make the customer, whether man or woman feel unwelcome and,2) make sure you understand that HIS POLITICAL VIEWS are in your face (and ears). I cant imagine a worse combination for a business owner wanting to make a sale.

Very interesting place. There is a mix of furniture, decor, dishes, etc... The longer the item is there the cheaper it gets. Each item has a sticker showing which date the price will go down and to what amount. It was recently organized so there is walking space and feels less claustrophobic. Hoping to find a mothers day gift here!

The Attic has been much better to work with. I did get a call back and the owner told me he was short a pricer. I have since received two checks in the mail for stuff I sold, so all is good. I will continue doing business here.

If you sell in this store beware. They do not respect your items. They stack everything up on itself for starts. Your items can also be lost when you bring them in for selling. People are free to pick through your boxes that have not been itemized yet. Your item can be dragged all over the store and the people working there dont have a clue where it came from. They do not have a storage area off limits to the shoppers to keep your stuff safe until it is for sale. The attitude of the store is if you bring it in you really didnt want it anyway so be happy with the money you got out of it. To add insult to injury, after taking 50% of the sale away from you because you are under $200, you get a nice $5 check fee for when the check is written. How sweet! You will also need to take your items in maybe 4 months before a holiday event if your items are centered around a holiday. They will not be tagged for sale for a VERY LONG TIME! That being said, if you have items you can not sell anywhere else, give them a try and accept the risk. My first time selling was okay. The second time several things were never listed because they basically were sold before being tagged is my guess. The $5 charge also ticked me off. 50% is just not enough!

Went in on a Wednesday afternoon to browse. Soon as I walk in the door, there’s a man who comes up, doesn’t say hello or acknowledge me. He’s got his phone on full volume with some yelling, angry dude playing who is talking about politics. Think it’s kind of off putting, as it’s really not business friendly behavior. I’m trying to look, but the guy on the radio is so distracting I can’t think. Lo and behold, another guy, probably in his 50’s comes in, and the man who works there? Owner? (Remember, I don’t know because he didn’t acknowledge me) turns the radio to MUSIC!!! I will never go back there. I’ve never written a review of a store before, but this guy, WOW.
