One of the worst experiences I have ever had working with a new company. I work for a multi billion dollar company and we were looking for a new aluminum company to supply our gutter department. We reached out to Lynch to set up a bi-weekly partnership and every thing went well at first. We set up a credit line which is how we operate with ever other company we do business with and ordered our first shipment. I set up myself as the point of contact and asked if there was anything special I needed to know. After being told no we were excited to get this partnership rolling and get our order which was close to $20,000. The truck arrived on a Thursday which is what we were told but everything was hand loaded meaning the poor driver had to unload everything by hand. Between myself, the poor driver and my warehouse associate we unloaded the $20,000 order onto our docks and dispersed it to the proper location. This includes the 9 coils of different colors which weigh over 500lbs. After unloading the truck (which the driver was so appreciative of) we shook hands and went back to work. About 5 min later the driver approached me saying he forgot to get his certified check. I let him know we were never told about a certified check. I reached out to the associate I started this partnership with and was met by a gentleman named Kerry (Carrie?) on the phone who explained, Well it takes 2-3 weeks for the credit line to be approved. Problem one is I set this up over 3 weeks ago so there is no reason why it shouldnt have been ready to go. He also said We tried to call and get in touch with someone to notifiy you that a certified check is the only payment we accept for the first order. Well I completely understand that except for YOU DIDNT ACTUALLY SPEAK TO ANYONE!!!!! If I am a company who needs to receive a certified check for first payment which is $20,000, I would make sure I notified ANYONE of that formality. The best part about it is, they didnt even call the right number. If they would have called or emailed (the way I communicated with the gentleman I started the partnership with) me that information I would have made sure to get a certified check for them. Plus when we filled out the credit application as well as anything else pertaining to doing business, there was NOTHING stating we needed a certified check. Our controller wasnt even there the day of delivery to be able to get a certified check. The truck arrived at 14:00 (2pm) which meant there was absolutely no possible way to get a check to him. Our corporate office is in another state. I offered multiple solutions including sending a certified check over night and we were told no. Kerry (or Carrie) wanted no part of doing business and couldnt care less that his poor driver and my team unloaded the entire truck and dispersed it to multiple locations. He also wasnt willing to admit that Lynch Aluminum didnt notify the right person of needed a certified check. We order around $500,000 worth of materials for gutters a year and I can promise you after not only what we went through but the way they treated their driver, not a penny of that will go to Lynch Aluminum. Clearly they dont know how to communicate effectively as well as service their customers.

Got here last night and parked on the side of the entrance. No one bothered me at all. Got up and went to the office 1 hour before my appointment time. They gave me a door right away and it was the easiest door you can get into. Now the best part: they unloaded me in under 10 minutes. This is the fastest delivery Ive ever had. People are nice and courteous. Quite girl is working in the office and she was so nice and polite) that made my day! She is a great person, I can tell)))Hope to deliver here once again.

We have purchased materials from Lynch since 2009 and enjoy doing business with Kerry, he does great with keeping my preferences straight and getting us what we need! Lynch is one of the few that offers heavier materials which gives me an edge on my competitors
