Wow could not be more pleased with Rumford stone. I am doing a complete renovation of my kitchen cabinets, floor, back splash, appliances and quartz counter top. Due to the cabinets being (not through Rumford) messed up I had to reschedule 4 times! Britney was outstanding she followed up by phone and email multiple times she was such a pleasure to work with on this project. The installers where great they where early called an hour ahead and where in and out with no hassle. I have attached pictures as you can see the project is incomplete due to the cabinet issue but the quartz looks great!!!!

Every aspect of working with Rumford Stone was a positive experience. Brittany was incredibly thoughtful and helpful with coordinating all parts of the project, the layout guy and installers were capable, kind, and professional, and the countertops are beautiful! This is our first time working with Rumford and the entire process has gone very smoothly. We worked with Britanny for scheduling and Pete for the measurements and Scott and Russell for the installation. Everyone has been friendly and professional. The work is top class.

The staff showing us the stone were informative and didnt rush our looking at it. They and the installers, who did a professional job, seemed to love working with stone. Outstanding experience start to finish. Its easy to leave 5 star reviews when everything goes perfectly. Buy what happens when a mistake is made? Does the company stand behind the work? Are they responsive? Do they take ownership or try to deflect? All I can is that the entire team at Rumford is responsible, communicative, professional and courteous. The kitchen and bath they did for me turned out great and they were a pleasure to do business with. I would not hesitate to recommend them and use them again.

Very professional from start to finish. Installers could have taken the extra five minutes to make the sink fit correctly. Had to cut the granite again so it would fit. However great product and excellent turn around time. I will use them again on future projects

Everyone from the first gentleman we met with to pick our slab to the man who came out for the template and the installers were amazing to work with. I wish I remembered all of the names because they deserve recognition on their professionalism, timeliness and just great attitude/personality. Every time frame that I was given was adhered to with everyone arriving at the start of the “window.” The icing on the cake is how awesome our countertops look! Thank you all at Rumford Stone!

Brittany was so patient and helpful throughout this whole process. Her suggestion to come to the warehouse and look at bigger pieces of quartz was so helpful. It really helped to make the decision of which quartz to use, that ended in an amazing installation. I love my counters!

This company installed our countertop and from beginning to end they made it a very easy experience. The guys that installed it were awesome and Brittany the person who coordinated everything was great and very responsive! All around great experience.

We had an incredible experience with Rumford Stone twice. We are return customers because of our first experience. We remodeled our kitchen last year and recently added an addition with a kitchen to our house. From start to finish Rumford Stone did an excellent job. We used soapstone in both kitchens and counters fit perfectly and the two people that installed the countertops were very professional and did a wonderful job.

Rumford Stone was one of the best companies Ive ever dealt with. The staff, from Brittany in the office to Greg and Pete at the stone facility, were helpful, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I had a granite countertop installed, and I was allowed to review the actual stone slab, meet with the person who laid out the design (they come to your home to prepare a proper template), and finally, see two very professional installers put my counter in place without getting a scratch on my new cabinets. Id highly recommend this company to anyone doing stone work in a home project.

The service was excellent. And they were most patient as I tried every variation in how the stone could be laid out. I got to see pictures of what it would look like, and to pick the one I wanted. The end result is that I am thrilled with my new counters. My experiences -- with Christina in the store, choosing the slabs, Hannahs assistance in customer service, the templating, and the installation -- were all very positive.

Rumford Stone provided the granite for my kitchen and bath project through Lowes in Epping , New Hampshire. Seth, the Rumford emloyee, who came out to take the measurement for all the surfaces did an amazing job! Thanks to his care and precision the counters were absolutely perfect. The two men who delivered and installed the counters today also took extreme care to install the granite to perfection. The granite was fabricated beautifully. Brittany, in the Rumford office, kept the lines of communication open throughout this process and I am most grateful.The one and only suggestion I have to make the renovation process more customer -friendly would be to have a system whereby a customer could actually see slabs of stone instead of small squares BEFORE purchasing their stone.All in all, working with Rumford has been a good experience.

It was a pleasure working with this company. They were prompt, friendly and competent both in measuring and installing.

I love my new vanity top. The people who came to install it were professional, friendly and efficient.

It was a bit of a wait for the initial visit but the install was great, professional and quick.

Start to finish the entire staff exceeded all expectations

Brittany bent over backwards to help us thru this process. Installing new granite counters was a first for us and she answered all of my questions, even the dumb ones, with a smile. She even helped accomodate getting our templating and installation squeezed into a pretty tight window to support getting the new counters in before we left on a trip to Ireland.The installers were punctual and professional and they had them in quickly and correctly. They took the time to explain how to maintain our new counters and they left the work site spotless after the install was complete.We purchased the granite and then due to a couple of delays with the cabinerty, they ended up having to store it for us for quite some time. They did this with no complaints or additional fees. All and all, we were very happy with the overall performance of Rumford Stone.
