Bought a Roblox gift card for $100 and when I wasn’t looking, they swapped the one loaded with money on it with a different card. When I got home to redeem the gift card, the card had no money on it and I discovered that the card they gave me and what was on my receipt didn’t match. Went back to the store and talked with the managers Jeff and Doug. They were both incredibly UNHELPFUL and said there’s nothing they can do and I’m out of luck. Terrible customer service. I will never go back there again.

Its like any other game stop I like it because the customer service is actually very good unexpected but its good I like it

They had the game I wanted, but the service was so awful!! I never write bad reviews but the associate automatically charged us for the new instead of preowned, charged $15 to revamp our rewards status and when we said no thank you he was so rude about it and when we continued talking to him he said “i thought you don’t game.” Also, I was the one paying and he never addressed me and only ever addressed my boyfriend. It’s the holiday season so I under the stress but I’ve never had an associate be so rude.

They will lie strait to your face about the ps5. If they say their system isnt connecting just camp out in the store because they will wait for you to leave then release them an hour later.

Theyre always so helpful there. Sometimes they have played the games I ask about and can give advice.

Brandon was rude and pushy regarding rewards when all I wanted was a simple game to buy. We spent 4 minutes discussing why I dont want rewards and 30 seconds discussing the game I wanted to buy. Absolute nonsense. Worse than GNC when it comes to harassing the customer.

Unprofessional, called twice and employee named Dougie picked up and hung up on me twice so it was no accident .

Manager is incredibly rude. I get the holidays can be stressful but he was arrogant and rushed me out of the store. Will not be going back.

No pics, but This particular GameStop always tries to make sure my hubby gets everything he needs. We have had Xbox issues with the 1X and we had the warranty, and they were able to return it, then the controller went, and we got a new controller for 10 bucks.. technically free, but we got a warranty on the controller itself. The manager is amazing. He was not working and a new associate was having a computer issue helping us, and he actually spoke to my hubby over to the phone, to make sure understood the warranty and gave us the best deal he could! While he was off duty! THATS dedication!
