Would not recommend. They offer removal of old backsplash for an extra charge but created such a mess and headache. 4 weeks later I finally found a contractor to rebuild the wall for $1000 before a new backsplash can even be installed. The contractor asked me if I had a butcher remove my old backsplash as he’s never seen such a destructive removal in 20 years of work. Aside from that, we have 2 spots in the 4 inch granite piece of the backsplash that were cracked and the granite was filled with beige caulking. I did not have a good experience with this company.

We replaced the tiles around our fireplace with granite. The finished product was fantastic. The technicians were professional and very neat. My wife and I were very happy with the job. K &B originally put in my granite counter maybe five years. I was very happy with the installation. On Wednesday I had a new cooktop delivered. Which did not fit. I put a call into them at 1:30 hoping to get the opening enlarged. I could not believe that they were going to come out between 3:30 and4. Which they did. Two of the nicest gentlemen came in and no fuss job was done and cook top up and running. It is so nice to see such superb customer service. I would recommend K&B with no reservations.

We are so glad we went to K&B. Everyone one from the sales floor to the installers was top notch. Put an order in on a Saturday and that next Monday they were out taking the measurement. In less than a week they said that our counter tops were in and we schedule it for a week later for installation. The workers who installed it were efficient and professional.The sales rep Rejane was the best. She kept us informed of everything through the whole process and also followed up with us the day after installation to make sure that we were happy with the installation and the product.We are happy with our new quartz countertops.
