Im not sure whats going on there, I mean they werent that good to begin with, but recently they really went down hill. I just order mixed platters, which was just dry chicken cutlets and kebab with rice and salad, barely enough sauce to drizzle the top. Last but not least is the guy on their phone, hes gonna cost the store a few customers.

Great food but customer service is so bad. I called for delivery and the delivery guy showed up after 95 minutes so I told him before he passed me the food that if the food is cold I’m refusing it and he passed me the order so I open the bag front of him and I felt the order and it wasn’t even warm so I refused to pay for it and I return it to him but he refused to take from me so I put it on his car so he called the cops for me and he stayed blocking my driveway for about 20 minutes then he left. I hope the owner see this post and he make reaction because this is going to take the business all the way down.

Literally got left on hold when calling in to make an order for 20 minutes straight, as I had to listen to people chatting and laughing in the background. Just to have to wait another hour and a half for my food to get here. Customer service is an absolute 0.

They over charge for everything and get your order wrong no matter how many times you and the guy over the phone is repeating it. I mean really how hard is it too write down exactly what someone is telling you? Don’t have the food delivered because they’ll charge you whatever they feel like charging you and then team up to justify why they charged you an amount that’s different from what the guy told you over the phone.

I hate to give not great reviews to what seems like nice people, but the point of this app is to get accurate reviews to make informed choices. The fact of the matter is, both on the phone and in delivery, these people are friendly, professional, quick, everything youd want. The only problem is that the food itself is pretty disappointing. Smells great, thats what got me to try them - co-workers ordering delivery from them. But then after receiving soggy and poorly seasoned hot wings and fries (and I was pretty hungry, but then struggled to eat it), and asking around among co-workers, apparently thats the concensus on this places food. Sorry, Grab & Go, I wanted to give you a better review based on service, but the food itself seems to have a lot of room for improvement. My best wishes that you find success in accomplishing those improvements.

The food would have been good if they gave me all I was suppose to get. Called in my order so they could fix it properly. They left the main thing I wanted The white sauce out of the to go tray. I am so pissed. Then he tried to tell me he would hook me up. Short of bringing me the white sauce to my job, after my driving across town was not good enough. Then he tried to over talk me. First of all i paid $11.70 for just a philly cheese steak and fries . when the food was delivered the fries were cold and soggy . I definitely recommend ZigZags on straight st in Paterson , NJ . theyre good is cheap , greatly seasoned , and a better quantity of food .

I ordered 2 mixed platters. Chicken and lamb. 1 mess up. They gave me beef. Hamburger meet like . no lamb 😑 2. I paid for extra sauce. 3 they didnt give any silver ware .4 they left out the pita bread.My mistake. Before the driver left I tipped him 5 bucks with out looking in my bag. Silly me.. Huh.. I called and they laughed about it in the background with no regard of how I felt. I paid 30 bucks for chicken rice and beef. Never ever again.
