Worst car-buying experience of my life, the only reason they get one star is because I cant give them a zero......buyer beware!!!I accompanied my mother to purchase a vehicle from this business at the end of January 2020, she paid for it cash on the spot. We were told by the sales associate that we would have the title in our hands within two weeks of purchase then wed be set to go register the car and so on. After two weeks, no title....after 30 days of purchase, still no title.We then spoke directly with the owner of the business who apologized to us in behalf of his sales associate; he gave us a second temporary license plate as the first one expired, and assured us we would have the title within a few weeks. At the end of March, now two months after the purchase of the vehicle and with the second temporary plate due to expire, the owner told me that he had the title and that we could come pick it up; my mother and I wen to the dealership to pick up the title on a day we all agreed upon and he stood us up. We waited in the car, parked in front of the dealership for TWO HOURS, I called him 6 times within that time frame and he did not have the decency to pick up the phone or even the courtesy to call me back.Roughly four weeks ago, as the dealership resumed their normal hours of operation (due to the pandemic), we spoke on the phone and the owner said the situation was in the hands of his lawyer, but that he would have the title ready by the end of the week. At this point, weve been waiting for the vehicles title for months and had reached the limit of our patience. Sure enough, the week came and went, and no title was ever produced. We went to the dealership and even though the owner said to give him another week to come up with the title, we demanded he give us our money back which he did.The following day we went to a small, local car dealer in Hudson county, purchased virtually the same vehicle (in much better condition) and had the tile in our hands in SEVEN BUSINESS DAYS......SEVEN.At the end of the day, I dont know what we did that would warrant these games to be played. My mother purchased the vehicle and paid for it in full, cash, on the spot. From my experience, this business lacks professionalism, they are not trustworthy and I would NEVER buy a vehicle from them or recommend them to anyone. They are, as per my experience, the absolute worst.

Good afternoon gentlemen, I was here at this dealerFebruary 23 2020 wanting to buy a truck (honda crv negra 05) because the cars on the website look good, when we get there we start to see the car everywhere and everything works fine except for the radioHe asked for the code, I asked the young man if that car had been in accidents and he replied that no it had never been crashed that everything works at 100 and I asked him for the car record (carfax) and he says he doesnt have the record and that the owner of the dealer does not have it either, I had to pay my $ 40 dollars to see the record, the truck had 115 thousand miles on the board and when I looked for the record it turns out that that car had 203 thousand miles 😲😲 it had been shocked on the left side, I told that to the owners and they said they didnt know anything that they bought it that way and nothing else just that or case they put meWell, I got so angry but I didnt tell them anything else we left, I drove almost 3 hours for nothing, this kind of people makes me mad because it costs so much to earn money so they want to cheat us like thisPlease ask for the carfax wherever you buyIn this life, everything costs, and this kind of people dont care how hard one earns money even if they want to sell you cars full of miles, LUCK LORDS ASK FOR CARFAX ASK FOR CARFAX DO NOT BE DECEIVED 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 👍🏻
