Mike was great to work with! He was very friendly and professional. He installed our closets and they are beautiful! He did a great job. I’m so happy with the work and the price. I would recommend Mike and his company to all my friends and family members.

The quality of work and care is beyond words. Mike treated our home as if it were his own. He was very careful and thorough. He also provided excellent feedback and recommendations that maximized our closet space. His prices were very reasonable for the amount of work done. I wish I had read the fb reviews before hiring them. They were supposed to finish the job in the 3rd week of March. First he said the material hasn’t come and pushed the dates out three weeks. Then he said he has been exposed to covid. So another two weeks. Though he said he’s tested positive, he called us back within the week and said he’s fine. We told him we’d prefer him to get a negative test first. After about three weeks he says he can come, when we asked about the covid test he said it’s already been three weeks and didn’t furnish the negative results. Please note we’d already paid him 50% upfront. He shows up with the laundry inset missing, jewelry insert missing and no hooks. Says he will come in a day or two with the material and fix it. On may 17th he said he’ll get the stuff and come and finish the job on may 19th. He did not pick up my calls, msgd on June 4th saying your stuff got in yesterday (surprising since he’d already set a date to finish the job on may 19th) and I’ll come on the 14th because he does not have time before that. He doesn’t call or pick up the phone or answer msgs, get a random message from him that he will come on the 19th of June. No show at the given time. No replies to msgs or calls. Msgs back on the 22nd June and says he will do it the following Saturday at this point we are fed up we told him to give us the material and we’ll just get it done. He refused to set a time and date to schedule a pick up either. So basically didn’t give us the material either. The first time he came to install the closet he took the rest of the balance saying only 3 things are left - and we gave him the money in good faith. Since the 22nd of June he’s been giving us the run around, sets a date and doesn’t turn up and then doesn’t take calls. Msgs sets another date and repeats the process. I reached out to his partner while the partner was at least relying to messages - it was basically the same thing. It’s almost mid July and we have incomplete walk in closets. He was supposed to come today 13th of July as well and he did the same thing. Then Msgd and sent us a date of 15th. Wouldn’t pick calls or reply to msgs till almost 7:30. Basically they’ve taken the money and don’t intend to finish the job and they’ve been making me chase them for almost two months! I’ve given up. Basically we’re left with incomplete closets and no sign of them getting done. I would never recommend them because we’re sitting with incomplete closets, not to mention the headache vale of the whole experience. Beware!

Took almost 4 months to finish project. Excuses after excuses.Do not recommend , very disappointed.

I wish there was another star to add because Michael is deserving of a 6-star rating. He brought our vision to life. He is a true professional, and I feel like we have dream closets now. And this is only the beginning, because we are already discussing garage units and redoing ANOTHER closet. The real testament to his incredible work - when I texted a picture of a closet in progress to our contractor, they immediately asked for his number to refer him to clients. The quality of the work that was done is simply spectacular, the product used is top-notch, and I feel like we made a friend. And in the age of COVID - I appreciated the extreme cleanliness and attention to social distancing from the initial meeting to the installation. I PROMISE that you wont be disappointed if you call Michael!

Mike is the best! Not only were his prices reasonable but his work was on point. He did 10 closets for me and they all came out amazing. I HIGHLY recommend him for any type of closet you need. May it be a walk-in closet, pantry, or coat closet he does it all. I’m. VERY satisfied with his work.
