As I was driving to a business meeting in Paterson I accidentally bumped into this business and onto Mario. I had a bumper that was missing some screws and I asked if they were able to fix it. He immediately took a look and said yes. I asked when would a good time be. He said pass by 3:30. I did. In less than 5 minutes the better looking brother as he called himself, took care of my bumper. I was beyond impressed by their professionalism, courtesy, and down to earth and humble attitude. I dont know when I will need a job done again but when I do, I know exactly where I am headed and where I am going to, in the future, send people to. God bless your business tenfold.

I spoke to the owner, (I cant remember his name )he answered a question I had over the phone & then told me to bring it over so he could give me a more accurate answer. He told me they only handle claims from insurance but he gave me information & took his time to explain was was possibly wrong. I was having my car appraised 2 days later. And gave me a recommendation of a regular mechanic. Again, hard to find good quality people like that. Unfortunately, my insurance didnt cover it so I didnt go back but if you have a claim, take it to Classic

I had an accident earlier this month and had my car towed to this body shop. I used them once before to remove a ding in my door that was caused by someone parking too close and allowing their door to hit mine. Once Classic Auto Body finished their work, the door came out looking brand new. Ironically, just a couple months later (earlier this month), someone ran a stop sign and damaged my front left and bumper parts of my truck. Again these guys did an excellent job bringing it back to its new-looking condition. Their level of service is premium! They kept me posted, kept the car rental company posted, and had my vehicle ready sooner than expected. Your car is in safe hands and care at this place. These guys are experts and know their stuff. They even pull all of their cars inside at night to ensure safety. This is the only place I will let care for my trucks body repair. Repair work was completed as expected. Would not return. Got an estimate $1100-$1200. Turned out to be $1900. Mistake on my part. Thought I was saving a few hundred dollars by fixing the work before I turned in my leased vehicle. Instead I lost several hundred and the use of the car for almost 2 weeks. Learn from my mistake.

I was involved in a hit and run. Enterprise recommended me to see Mario and Claudio at Classic. I was going to shop around several body shops, but the reviews and work that I saw done was phenomenal. The moment I walked in, Mario was very warming and took me in to his office to talk about the work that needed to be done and how insurance works when an AB shop fixes your vehicle. I felt comfortable from that point on and felt no need to shop elsewhere. Through out the entire process while my car was being fixed, Hector called me weekly to update me on what was going on. Not only was the work done fantastically, but the customer service that was provided shocked the sh** out of me. My car turned out great, and I highly recommend Classic as I would give them my business again. Great Job guys!!!

Got a supplemental insurance claim and asked if they could do a teardown to estimate the damages. They told me that they would only do the tear-down (the guy said tear-DOWN, tear-DOWN, we only tear it down) and wouldnt reassemble my vehicle after the amendment to the damages estimate unless I chose to go through with the repairs. Complete BS. I called other REPUTABLE AND HONEST body shops and they explained that the insurance company pays for the tear-down and that the vehicle is reassembled, as a matter of course, after the tear-down is completed. Went there once before for an eye-ball estimate and the guy kept asking if I wanted to keep the car. Disgustingly shady and grimy business practices. Always looking to take advantage of any lack of knowledge you may have. Not trustworthy AT ALL. STAY AWAY.
