He spoke Spanish, which Im not very fluent in but I understand more than I can articulate coming from a Spanish background. So we made it work lol, he even drove me around the block to go see the vehicle right away, which I thought was awesome! Pablo was also very polite and helpful even though I didnt make the purchase.

Worst place ever to buy a car ! Do not waste your time ! The owner is rude, helpless and do not care about selling you a good car ! Sold me a car and in less than a week started having problems with it. At first he didn’t wanna fix anything and then he did but the same problem kept on happening! All he said was that it was my problem now , there was nothing he can do ! He refused to help me and fix the car ! Do not go here !

I bought a car from this place a couple years ago. I bought the most expensive car on the lot a 2010 Audi A4 for almost 8,000 dollars cash! I asked the owner if he could at least clean the car before I buy it I asked him five times and he said yes I’m going to clean the car. He never cleaned the car their was his used toothpicks and cigarette ashes all over and even in the trunk! He stated that there was nothing wrong with the car meanwhile the car had an oil leak in the rear main seal which I didn’t realize until a month later when the warranty expired. The car went downhill fast from there from the engine misfiring I couldn’t figure out what the problem was! And lastly the radiatior went and had leaks all over this all happened within one year of having the car it wasn’t even worth repairing at that point! Also there was a recall with the engine water pump a very important recall, which he neglected to tell me magically I got a letter three months later about a recall when it wasn’t even valid anymore because the mileage was over! Shop here if you want to get scammed in a bunch of ways if you want a real car go to a real dealership like planet Honda or anything besides this place for your own good! If I could give 0 stars I would!

I was looking for an inexpensive but sturdy vehicle for my daughter and found a fairly old Jeep with high mileage but very good bones. They were very fair with the price and very helpful when there was an issue with the vehicle documents (original title and mileage statement) from the previous owner. They were very diligent and got it straightened in good time.

Buying process was simple and easy and Marianni was really helpful. That is the only positive with this dealership. The vehicle sold to me was faulty down to the last wire and the owner wouldn’t provide warranty citing his cars are sold as is. They have decent cars here at the dealership but for you to buy a car here I encourage everyone to at least get couple days warranty from them, take it to the mechanic to be checked from top to down or you can bring your OBD2 scanner to see what’s wrong with the car

I bought a 2006 Chrysler Sebring convertible from these guys I couldnt get up to see it but it had low mileage so I bought it sight unseen and had it shipped to me first see the inside was very very dirty you think they would have cleaned it up and worst the horn does not work so I cant get it inspected without spending money and that could be a lot I called and the guy he said I gave you a good price even though I paid the list price he said if he had known the horn was broken he would have fixed it I said well then pay to get it fixed now he said he cant and hung up, he also said he gave me extra keys whatever that means and that he did not charge me a docking fee for waiting for the car to be picked up which was 3 days from the day I purchased it. I would have liked to give a good review but I dont feel these guys are trustworthy

Moore was very nice and made the experience nice and smooth for me, he was also very honest and even gave me 30 days to wait and see if there would be any mechanical problems with the car and told me I could bring it back. Urge you to steer away from this one. I got a car problematic right away. It left me stranded twice. Iv had to to replace all 4 tires since the alignment was bad. The battery went dead and had to be replaced. The alternator went as well as the drive shaft I and just had all four of the 02 sensors replaced due to a random multiple misfire. And the car still has problems. My mechanic who performed the repair also noticed some broken eletrical wires. These cars are money pits. Unless you want a mechanics special type of car. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THESE ARE LEMONS.Update: The transmission has now went bad and there is so many problems with the car that my mechanic has told me its better to just junk the car.. what a waste of time and money.

The owner of this dealer is a real scam and liar. I warn you do not go here please!!! I put a deposit down on a vehicle, mind you only 3 days I literally have had this vehicle and has given me so many issues. These people only like to steal your money and give you junkcars. First: I took it to see whats wrong with the AC since the supposed dealer said it just needs a little AC fluid. Boy what a surprise the whole AC compressor set was missing. This wouldve cost few thousands to get fixed. Not only that but because it didnt have an AC compressor for god knows how long the mechanic said it has contaminated other parts in the car. Which this dealer doesnt cover. Supposedly only engine and transmission. Which the transmission was also messed up. Owner said he can fix it. When I gave the Owner the full report from the mechanics that I took it to who Ive known for years. The Owner screamed and cursed at me that to shutup and he can fix everything. No way in hell you can trust someone like that to still fix your car. When he knew from first place all of the issues with that car. After all that bs I do not trust him to fix anything of mines. My son has asthma and I told dealer this and he said AC good but AC only worked for a few hours. They really trick people here. They say they have mechanics at their dealer but its a rip off. So far I have met other people who said they had a horrible experience here. The owner will say he will fix your car. But really they do a halfass job on it. Like one lady I met at dealer. She said she got a car from them and they still suppose fixing it down 4 months later her car is still in bad condition. Taking them to court because the car is basically junkyard cars is what they sell. Also watchout for the hispanic receptionist. I called her first when issues arised on first day and she told me to stay quiet because owner will get mad. Um hello! Im the only one who should be mad and cursing at them not the other way around.

I dont know what these people are talking about on the reviews but, I didnt experience anything like what therere talking about. I went to purchase a 2006 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer truck which had high miles of 154,000 and the price was $4999. I was there from 10:am when they opened until 4:30pm. After, trying to negotiate a deal with them, they offer me $4999 which was the same price they were selling the car for and I came in with cash! Smh. So, I dont know how to rate them. Thats the reason for the 1 star. Other than that, the staff was great but, the owner was another story. Why ask me how much I think I should pay and when I give my offer you say, no! Without even, coming back with a counter offer? Also, them not having Carfax like most dealers was a red flag for me even though, I was sill considering to buy from them. We ended up wasting both of each others time. Smh.

I was sold a car with water damage. I was never informed of this at the time of sale. Spoke to the owner... Who was of no help... Insisted it was not part of the warranty... But yet i never knew of the curremt damges when making the deal. Very scammish. Had to pay for damage repair within a month of purchase

Went there to buy a 2005 Nissan Altima have $800 down and agreed to pay the rest within 30 days but how can you pay for a car thats no good Not even 2 weeks later check engine light on. Took the car back to them and because it wants engine or transmisión issue I had to pay $120 out of my pocket for an used alternator wish I never got a recipe for. Whats ever. Took the car home a day later check engine light on again took it back went back to 2 different mechanics. Supposedly they change the throttle body sensor and they put a compresor wish they never did cause the car had no signs on them touching the belt or compressor bolts and when I get the car back now the car is turning off while Im driving it mined me with my kids in the car. Went back a third time they take it to a third mechanic and even the mechanic gives me the looks this car is no good. Finally after a few arguments and trying to make them understand I knew whats was a lemon law and knew my rights cause I was in the police department working for 7 years they decided to change my car. They give me another car after they made me pay $200 extra for an additional temporary plate wish doesnt cost that and I take the Honda 2003 oddasey for a test drive I went back told them about a noise in the car and they sed my friend these are old cars they have things here and there. I take the van a week later it has a check engine light , front windshield was cracked when I took it meaning just with that wont pass inspection , motor mounts are broken front brakes and disk are awful, front shocks are blown , side doors wont close 1 out 3 times in general Honda is telling me I need more than $1500 to fix the van fixing it on my own with Honda is looking over $3,000. In general who ever is reading this and if you live in Paterson or where ever town you buy a car there has to be a civil court where you can make a complain in this case in Paterson the adress is 77 Hamilton ave Paterson nj special civil court there you can file a complaint against the dealer in case you dont get your money back.

Not good at all I bought a 2004 chevy trailblazer 5 months ago since i bought it it hasnt stayed out of the shop for more than 2wks. Then my mechanic tells me the truck was not worth the buy it was in hurricane sandy and has too much rust damage. I specifically asked the owner if there was any problems or damage i should know about he said No. Hes not only a liar he sells garbage vehicles and does not care about the safety of his customers, when i drove the car out of the lot he failed to tell me the drivers front tire was just plugged due to a hole in the tire. I would not advise anyone to purchase a vehicle from here.
