I had a terrible experience at this store just now. I came in because I wanted to replace my screen protector on a phone that has insurance and an eligible purchase of a screen protector. At first the owner of the store wanted to say that I didnt have the correct screen protector that I wanted and then proceeded to check my account. The system didnt reflect what was supposed to be on my account. I proceeded to show him the receipt of the screen protector I purchased and had replaced before but he didnt care. He didnt care to go the extra mile and simply submit a discrepancy on my behalf and told me to call customer service. He claimed he didnt want to get charged for the screen protector. I told him once he submits the discrepancy the issue would be resolved but he didnt care. Once the discrepancy is submitted and the system is updated accordingly he wouldnt be charged but he simply didnt care to go the extra mile and left me at the mercy of customer support. Definitely wouldnt recommend coming here or doing business with this TPR.

I was under a family plan and bought unlimited screen protectors for $40. This store would not change my screen protector without me having the family pin even though they can physically see tht I am under the plan and tht I did pay for the unlimited screen protectors lol. Doesn’t even make sense! Anyway a nice guy changed it for me anyways.Fast forward I started having family issues and my line was disconnected, I came in this store again and got another guy to help me but instead of selling me a SIM card which wld hv resolved my issue better he sold me a phone with less gigabytes than what I had before which was never going to work for me. The following day less than 24hours later I came in to return/exchange the phone because of the gigs but it was all females this day and a phone with more gigs was not available.They proceeded to still charge me $70 to simply return a phone tht I had for less than 24hours. They said it was policy and nothing they can do, I call tht stealing. I still complied when I asked for a screen protector for my old phone which I still had and a screen protector I paid for they still would not give it to me it was more the manager on duty tht refused and was not even the one helping me. She was extremely nasty and the least they could hv done for charging me $70 to return a device tht shld not hv been sold to me in the first place but instead she was trying to find out who gave me a simple screen protector the day before to get him in trouble.I found this highly unnecessary and even T-Mobile company themselves, when I called on the phone found this unprofessional and terrible customer service. They apologized on behalf of this store To the extent tht they sent me a free screen protector and they took off the $70 off my following bill.Save yourself the trouble and stress and if you’re having phone issues do not come to this store in Passaic. Just call TMobile directly. This store is trash.

The attention in this place is shameful, I bought a NEW phone and after 2 months it stopped working. I took it to the store and to my surprise they not only refused to help me, but also used an aggressive attitude towards me. I still do not fix the cell phone and no response from T -MOBILE
