Very nice clean store with bright displays throughout. Friendly employees. The lady in head of sales was very knowledgeable on lamps and bulbs. All in all was a good pleasant experience.

Even saw ceiling fans in the showroom that look like theyre about to fly off the ceiling! If youre going to have an indoor display of lighting and fans, at least make sure that theyre properly installed and maintained.

The salesman wasnt helpful. Didnt have the flyer that showed items that were on sale. The one lamp I like he said was not available he didnt bother to look at another store for us or see if it could be ordered. He then went on to someone else.

Ive always wanted to go into a Lamps Plus, but never have until today. It was everything I ever dreamed it would be.

Big selection of lamps and replacement bulbs. Special sale prices can be good deals but not- inexpensive regular prices. Helpful staff without being pushy. Small but adequate free parking lot at Huntington and Rosemead.

Lamps Plus will exceed your expectations, as they are a high end lighting store, chandeliers included. Bought a pair of shades which were expensive. But they were for a pair of 1910 era heavy crystal lamps. If I need any type of lighting in the future lamps plus will be my first stop.

They have lots of lamps. Prices are incredibly high. Helpful staff but it feels like they are on commission. Huge selection but nothing I liked. Found exactly what I wanted on Amazon.

Too high and expensive

I do not normally write reviews but I had to give a shout out to Leeza the store manager. I needed to replace a ceramic lamp (my dog broke it). It was part of a set that I love. I searched everywhere online but couldnt find it so I went into the store where I originally bought it. Leeza really went way above and beyond to locate one for me. It is so rare to have such great customer service like this these days I had to write a review. Give her a raise lamps plus, you have a real gem in Leeza.

I had purchased two ceiling fans at this store about two months ago and it took the sales person forty five minutes to check me out. In the middle of checking me out, she disappeared out back twice for about ten minutes each time and then she went to help another sales person ring something up for another customer in the middle of my transaction. Anyway, I swore that I would never go back. Well I did and am I sorry. This visit was even worse. I was told by Richard the sales person that he would be right with me at least ten times. Eventually when he did help me, the fixture that I wanted was not in stock so he told me that I would have to come back in two days to pick it up. I asked him to verify the actual dimensions of the fixture that I was wanted and he could not. It took him a good thirty minutes to check me out. So I go back today to pick up my fixture and it’s the wrong fixture. I will return it tomorrow for a refund and I will never go into this store in my life again.Added the next day:The Store Manager Mo, called several times until he could talk to me and apologized. He offered to personally come to my house and make the exchange for the correct fixture which I accepted. He was very professional and apologetic which I commend him for.Today I go to install the fixture and on opening the box, I see that this fixture which is made in China and I paid $200 is a cheap, low quality fixture. The edges are all razor sharp and the metal used is not much thicker than Aluminum Foil that I cook with. I go to connect the wires and one by one all three wires fall off the fixture because they were not crimped properly. It is almost impossible to get straight on the wall because the metal is so thin, it can barely hold the weight of the glass covers. It is not worth more than $30. I got it installed and it just looks so cheap and tacky that I am going out now to buy a quality fixture and I will end up throwing this one in the trash.How these fixtures can be allowed onto the market is beyond me. They are total trash so do not waste your money. For $200, you can get a better quality fixture.

Their inventory is a bit outdated. I was hoping to find something fresh to compliment current trends, but they just didnt have it. Its the same.old stuff you see anywhere, like at major hardware stores. Disappointing. I suppose Ill be looking at West Elm or CB2, our Houzz after all.
