Definitely worth the 1 hour drive. Kerr was great especially if youre an older player trying to get back in the game.

Love this place. Go in there and ask for Kerr and he can tell you anything about anything as far as tabletop games. And quite a bit of world history too. Good guy.

Im new to the Warhammer universe and Kerr has been a super helpful guide, even taught a painting tutorial and I got my first space marine practice done! The store has a really nice vibe and I appreciate the community, even as a newcomer everyone has been very friendly.

The man who works there name Kerr is very nice, knows how to teach other how to play as well as he knows when to have fun. Thanks dude for all your work and help.

Every time I go in there they remember my name. They are very informative and give good advice on how to finish the product. Always willing to talk to U and are never in a hurry.

Have been out of the game for about 15 years. Decided to get back into it and am so glad I chose this store. Kerr was welcoming. Explained what has changed since I last played. Explained all armies in detail and was full of knowledge. Highly recommend this store for new comers or pros. Very relaxed atmosphere with no pressure to buy things.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Inside is a nice size, easy to get around. A lot of tables inside to play on and paint at. Good location easy to get in and out of the parking lot.

Not sure whats up with one stars. We went to the store before it opened and the owner let us in. He spent about an hour teaching and sharing with a friend who didnt know much. Offered to do some painting with us right then and there. Also found a product that I couldnt find elsewhere for a reasonable price. Cant wait to go back!

Warhammer corporate is not interested in customer service or community support. They believe they control their customers and do not serve their customers. Kerr is perfect for their message.

I think the new management is great at what they do! I mean I assume what they do is shut down retail stores and alienate customers so they spend more time doing important things like playing outside. I hope he works at the Mcdonalds in that plaza next because I want that to get shut down too.

Outstanding place, was greeted warmly right after coming in for the first time and the staff was beyond helpful! Will be shopping here from now on for wargaming needs!

Used to be a 5 star experience for me, there is a temporary misunderstanding with corporate and management with the Pasadena community that is working itself out. I hope to change my rating soon.
