We are very pleased with Central Dispatch of Pasadena TX and their driver Johnny in particular. Our company recently moved to a new office (in a building) and despite our better judgment and awareness a delivery was scheduled for today, our entire team was literally out to lunch. Johnny was able to get in touch with me immediately to notify me that he had arrived. But unlike most drivers we have had from other companies, he was happy and patient to wait as I rallied my team via phone in order to assist with unloading of these heavy boxes. Johnny took it upon himself to unload by hand what he could despite us not having a forklift available (as we should have) and waited for my team to arrive. Big thanks to Johnny.
