Went to Walgreens for OTC PRODUCTS. Every product bought said OTC. It was obvious the cashier was struggling. Asked NORM the manager for help. His answer glitch in system. Corporate needed to fix if it didnt go through. Immediately walked out of srore. Brendon asked Judy for help. Together they fixed. NORM WALKS BACK IN thinking he was going to ask if everything was okay. Wrong tells Brendon to ask for help. NORM is not management material.

Very deceiving when both the website AND google maps both say the store is open 24hrs yet you go there & they are closed! I dont know whose in charge at that store but it would be nice if the hours were correct.

I can understand your staffing problems forcing you to close at 10. But I cannot understand you keeping the open 24 hours signs lit up in the windows visible 3 blocks away.

My husband had an 11am appointment to get his second COVID shot. Got there at 10:50 and they didn’t have his paperwork ready at all. At around 11:08 they finally had that done for him to complete. Had to now wait to be called to get the shot. Then got the shot at 11:38. Need to get better at customer service/care.

I like this location and its staff and the fact they USED to be open 24 hours. Its a shame they have become so unreliable. Im looking at the Google listing right now and it says Open Now. Wrong! Second midnight in a row I made a trip to pick up prescriptions and they are closed. Even the pharmacy drive thru was closed. I can kind of understand the issue with finding reliable help, but at the very least, they should update their online status when not open 24 hours and unplug the signs in the windows that advertise being open 24 hours.The CVS down the street has become my go to late night store. Its a shame because I like Walgreens much better. I may have to transfer my prescriptions to CVS. Perhaps Walgreens needs to have a discussion with CVS and figure out why CVS is able to hire reliable workers and Walgreens cannot. Apparently Walgreens doesnt care enough about their customers.

Received 2nd dose vaccination yesterday (no reaction from either dose, by the way), and I have to say I love the pharmacy staff at this store!Actually the entire store staff is good, but the people back in the pharmacy are awesome

I found everything that I wanted thanks to the workers. When I went to check out, the line went very fast and the young man who was checking me out was the nicest person I’ve ever met and his voice was really soothing.

Just another Walgreens... Wish they had more food options.

When a store randomly changes its hours, it should be updated online as well, so I dont have to drive around like an idiot to find a 24 hour store thats closed!!!

This store has a sign of 24 hours. Every time I come they close at a different time. Wednesday July 15th 2021 posted closing time is 11pm I am here at 9:50pm and its long been locked up. Maybe I should bill them for all my wasted gas for the 8 or so trips I have useless made.

We used to use giant eagle pharmacy and then they basically made us pay over 500 bucks for meds so we switched to wallgreens and theyve been super nice to us. So wallgreens is an amazing place to get ur meds from. Plus the staff are amazing and nice people. 5 stars.

I like this particular one on the corner of Ridge and Pearl bcz the staff are friendly, helpful, willing to look things up for you, help you find things in the store, order different manufacturers, if, they are available. Many are being driven out of business.They carry a wide variety of inexpensive, to good to high quality products that generally dont fall apart when you get them home.Their pharmaceuticals are manufactured for the most part by higher quality companies than CVS staff r allowed to order.They have a nice selection of toys, too!! 😄Bottom line: this 24/7 store is safe, friendly, stocked, nicely laid out, and helpful. 😄 Abit pricier than Walmart, but, u get what u pay for, too. PLUS, a pharmacy drive thru!! 😊( Some items r the same no matter where u go! Like VaniCream)

I like that its a 24hr store. All the employees and workers are nice and​ whenever you need the help they will help or they will ask if you need any help. I love there new floor. I dont have any problems with anyone there.

The staff is friendly, but I wish they didnt have to say Welcome to Walgreens every. single. time. I walk in; it makes me feel like I walked past a bunch of robots.

Specifically rating their manager Kelly, extremely unhelpful with a bad attitude. seems like she wants to push everyone out of the store rather than helping them. So thanks Kelly, after a long stressful day you couldn’t even do your own job and help a customer.

This place is rough.Walk in, no greeting. Place is empty, and Ill give them that it is clean. The shelves seem stocked. A worker (not wearing a uniform, manager?) is standing at the photo area with his vaper/vapor/whatever. I really couldnt believe it, out on the sales floor.Their ice cream selection is pretty rough, they have zero options for lactose intolerant. Maybe the whole store was and I didnt notice, but this was a mess (hard to see in the window). Maybe the workers dont want to get their hands cold, so they dont straighten this up.As we searched for something, Darth Vaper walked past and went into some punch code locked area. Didnt say a word...he came out, and did something, walked right past and didnt say a word. I would have at least said hello to him, but he looked like he may stab somebody...we left (nothing for me, my companion couldnt find what she needed) and walked past, no one says a word...if I had the same enthusiasm for writing this as they do for working, I wouldnt have finished my first sentence.

Clean store, open 24 hours, propane exchange, excellent pharmacy staff.

Good convenient place. Like most Walgreens it a friendly atmosphere, nice staff and decent product selections.

Always cordial with customers at the drive thru and if you have your dog with you she or he get Milk Bone treat.

Usually the lines are short and the workers are polite. Good for last minute shopping.

The photo coupons walgreens have are crazy cheap I got a 5 photo books for $25.

My drugs are always ready on time.

Its a 24 hour Walgreens. Its always busy. Ive seen some scary people there at times but it appears okay. The drive-thru seems to always have a very long wait.

Please dont go to this store specially if you have online return. The manager and supervisor who ever work there is so discusting. So here is the thing, I have ordered almost $387 dollar online order, when i went to this store they refuse me to return couple staff from my online order, after that they called me again and said they are sorry and they want to return it, and now guess what , when i went to the store they refuse me to give me my money back again, i was like you called me to come and return and now you are saying i cant return???? this is the worst managment i have ever seen. i wont go back this store anymore. please dont go to this store. I called corporate and they said they have to return it, even though corporate talk to the manager in front of me, still he refuge me.My recommondation is not to go there. thank you
