Really great experience working with Jesse. He was extremely professional, honest and patient, and was responsive to text messages even on his day off. I was never pressured to buy anything and Jesse was very honest and upfront about costs and design advice. He definitely went above and beyond in terms of customer service and worked with me to get the item I wanted quickly and at a mutually agreeable price. I would definitely do business with Jesse and Lighting Superstore again and will recommend them to my friends and family.

Jesse and the team at Lighting Superstore have been a pleasure to work with. Jesse was very helpful in helping my wife and I find light fixtures for our home. My salesman is named Dave. As of this point he has dropped the ballon all my orders and now I find out that he dropped the ball again.After having a salesman come to my house and measure for the lighting for under the cabinets I find out that he place never place the order (after I drive there and pick with him the lights) because (he said) he did not have measurements. Really? After a salesman come to my house and measures.Quick to charge me but never has followed through or followed up at all.Dreadful lack of service.....never again.

Very helpful. The have great choices in all kinds of lighting options. They also will install any fixtures. This is worth checking out.

Service was slow she had to keep asking her co-workers about ordering stuff for me after I ordered track lighting she only ordered half the stuff. I hadnt to go back again and have them complete my order and dont even think about returning 25% charge and when I wanted to order pendent lights she was too busy talking to someone else and told me to pick something out of a book. So I walked out and Im glad I did ordered it on line and what a big difference in price. That store is for people who dont care how much they spend

This place carries a nice range of lighting, with more to peruse in their catalogue. Some vintage inspired, some modern and sleek, ask for David and chances are hell find a way to get you what you need.

Attentive staff. Prices are very competitive, and selection is good. I like this store. There are plenty of lighting showrooms in North Jersey full of outrageously styled (and priced) stuff youd actually never buy. This store is full of samples that are actually sensible and practical.

I was delighted with the style and selection but more, so I was so impressed with the customer experience. In todays market, not many people take the time to tailor their guests experience yet, I left feeling as if I had my own expert lighting consultant which took away all the worry! This is a World Class establishment....

Lots of choices. Prices were competitive with other stores. The distinguishing factor was the help. We got excellent assistance in looking at and shifting through all the choices. Kim, who helped us, even called a couple of manufacturers to see if they offered certain options.

I was looking for a table lamp and the selection was mediocre and I could not get a sales person to help.

Good prices and customer service. I was missing a mounting plate, and when I called, they were able to contact the manufacturers right away and order me one. No hassle!

Hands Down The Best Store For Lighting and Fixtures. I recently Purchased a house and Went to the Bigger stores like Lowes and Home Depot to get all of what I needed and found it very Hard to get anyone to help me with offering good advice. When I walked into The Lighting Superstore a Gentleman Greeted me ( I apologize for Forgetting his Name) and Offered to help me find what I was Looking for. At no point of time did I feel Rushed or Pressured In Fact I was able to make my own Decision after receiving very good hands on input on the Products I was Looking at. I will be Referring my Friends who will be Purchasing their First home Next Month.

***Buyer Beware***I visited The Lighting SuperStore in Paramus, NJ. I purchased a special order chandelier in the amount of $1,107.19. The Salesperson David advised me that the order would arrive at the store in two weeks and I would be contacted for pickup. On or about August 15th, 2018, I called the store I spoke with a female who informed me that David wasnt available. I left a message with her for David to call me back. When David called back he informed me that there was a problem with the light. The manufacturer had to get a new batch, he said the light had been malfunctioning. He said the new light needed to be tested and would be arriving in a week or so. On or about August 22,2018 I called the store and was told David was unavailable. I visited the store on Sunday Aug. 26 to follow up and found they were closed. I continued to wait and wait for my special order only to be continuously told either David wasnt available or the order should be arriving shortly it was the manufacturer fault. To date, I have not recieved the not so special order or a refund.Avoid this place!!!
