Never anyone to help. Most things have no prices so you have to wait on line for a price as I found 1 price checker but what I wanted a price for didnt fit under the scanner as a lot of items dont. Heard other customers complaining about the same thing. Honesty would have bought some of the items if the price was right but wasnt going to sit on a long line for a price. They need to do a better job pricing things in the store.

I had been to 4 different stores looking for art supplies for a small project I needed to fix.No one had or knew what it was that I was asking for in the other place. The l walked into Michaels and sure enough l found everything. I know now not to waste my time with those stores that claim they carry art supplies. Michaels is the place to make hours of fun for kidsI so appreciate it was still opened.

Great craft and decorations store. Good selection of wall and accessory items for your home.Extensive selection of art supplies, yarn and containers. Also a section of children crafts and activities. Loads of colorful artificial flowers. If youre into crafts then this is the place to come.

Good hobby store. Easy access and huge parking lot. You can find practically everything there. One star missed because store short of sales persons. Probably results of Covid-19. I recommend this place.

I got a frame, its a nice frame. I rate it 4 out of ten, not the best frame but it gets the job done.

The store was poorly stocked and the sales help were almost impossible to find. Never again. Better assortment and service on line. Close your stores. Or run them like you mean business. Waster of a visit during the pandemia

Large store layout but did not find everything I was looking for. Great deals, but again, not much stock on shelves. There was a HUGE line that wrapped around the store but with every register open it went fast.

The staff of this location is just so rude and un-observant. Nasty customer service and no one seems to know anything. Don’t bother ordering and picking up in store. I waited about 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged the button you press for pick up orders. The store was not even busy and by the time the rude witch, maybe replace thy word lol. Had a nasty attitude and wasn’t very responsive. This is not the first time I encounter an issue at this location. It will however be the last time I go there!

I cannot believe that they do not have apple pay, bad experience for people who does not bring credit card/debit card during pandemic.

Extremely disappointed. Curbside pickup is a service offered for convenience. Instead I notified them, waited outside for 20 minutes, then walked in and had to flag someone down for my order. If you arent going to monitor curbside pickup, dont offer it.

This store has the best stocked and best maintained Cricut machines and supplies department Ive ever seen anywhere.

Fully stocked with a wide variety of craft and fine arts materials. A little bit too crowded for Covid. I wish they would cut down merchandise islands in the main aisles.

This place does not currently enforce any kind of capacity restrictions which allow for social distancing. Pack line for the undermanned registers- going out of the line maze down the aisle.As far as selection, I go for acrylic paint and canvases. They have not replenished those items since before the quarantine. They keep running sales, but the products are not there. Acrylic paints are about 30% full.I suggest going to Blick on Rt 4, less than a mile away and actually have artists working there who are helpful and experienced with their products.

This place has a lot of stuff. Great for picture frames. I am grateful for 15% military discount. Check out are seems to be very cramped and shopping carts are too small. My only complaints.

Seemed a bit disorganized, but we had a helpful employee direct us to whatever we needed.

Always looking out of sorts, I dont think the cashier calculated the proper discount (during the 80% clearance sale), and Im a regular shopper and I know 75% of the prices were not on discount as they claim. It was regulations price (claiming discounts).

This Michaels is consistent with the Michaels chain. It has a wonderful supply for paper crafts, yarn, florals, paints, and childrens crafts. The seasonal items are also quite nice and are always out very early for your crafting/decorating needs. Parking is easy and there is always a cart available for shopping. The checkout line tends to be quite long on Saturdays. This store is closed Sundays.

Guy was nice who answered phone, but im not holding for 20 minutes waiting to ask a short question about a 20x20 frame.

Super high markup of prices on everything. Will never shop here again. 50 Crayola colored pencils are 20 dollars at Staples same exact thing for 5.99$. What a ripoff.

You can find a large variety of crafts here. The staff is helpful and very nice. They lost a star based upon my recent experience. I was contacted about a 40% discount to get me in store, but EVERY item that I wanted was excluded from the discount.I am not trying to be cheap but it was slightly false advertising. This place is great overall but you have to periodically pop in to catch a good deal.

I love this place. Its perfect for all your crafting needs. The prices can be a bit steep but they offer coupons to reward card holders. Rather getting a 50% off coupon that applies to your cheapest item like at most stores. Michaels applies it to the highest priced item which I love. My only complaint is that the employees can be difficult to find when in need of assistance.

I used to love JoAnns, but now days Ill take Michaels over them most days. Michaels staff for the most part have been nicer, quicker, and more efficient when I have to use tax exempt for work.There are some things which are harder to find, but for general crafting needs, they work.

It was my first time there and the lady help me to the art section to purchase a sketch book for my nephew and the gentleman at the cashier towards the exiting Michaels was very polite. I will come back to this Michaels again.

A great craft store where everything is on sale or theres a coupon for regularly priced items! The prices are gray either way.Get there around opening time and you hVe the store to yourself to get what you need, get through the line quickly and get out. If you go in the middle of the day (especially on a Saturday) be prepared to wait in line even if most of the registers are open.

A very well organized store that has everything youre looking for. Some of the prices are very expensive but theres always sales and coupons to take advantage of. I come here to buy crafting supplies for my conure as it is cheaper to do it yourself rather than buy an already made toy. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I will be going here again.

Huge store and they have a lot. they are very on top of changing decor for the seasons, a little too quick! lol i went to the store to get some more Halloween decor and everything was gone and all i saw was Christmas. i was so sad especially since i kept getting emails from them telling me everything was on sale.

Michaels sales are always truly great. The prices and discounts make going a bit overboard on your necessary (and maybe unnecessary, but fun) craft and decorating purchases manageable for your pocketbook. Lines can sometimes be long, especially on Saturdays, but the cashiers are always pleasant. This is a well - stocked store.

Love it here. Their Cricut supplies are high priced but thats not their fault. Recommended for any projects or crafts. Check the website for coupons before checking out.

I love going to this place with the kids theres something for everyone the parking is decent and its right on route 17. If youre looking for a arts and crafts place Michael is great.

Good variety of supplies for several of our projects. Store can be a bit messy some days but the ladies and gentlemen her are always very helpful.

I was there with a few minutes ago with my family and one of the workers was very rude. It’s very dirty in there. We left a full cart of things we was going buy because they rushed us out the store.

Clean and neat, okay yarn selection. Its quiet in the aisles usually but at the same time theres almost always a long line.

Terrible in store pickup. They wait until a lot of cars show up and bring it all out at once. Takes forever. The staff has to search for everyone’s cars. Don’t expect to leave within half an hour.

Love going to Michaels during this season, they have the Halloween and Autumn stuff out at a great discount price and many decorations to choose from.

So many items for crafts and home decor. I shop for my home and for fun things for our grandchildren.

Good place but my sister wouldnt let her boyfriend buy a big buddha for his desk at work and thats very upsetting. I guess its not really any thing directly negative about the store. Just my sister. He was on vacation too.

Great place for all crafts, picture frames, decorative wall hangs. You cant get discounts unless you sign up with your email address. They are paperless. Wait for discounts as prices, ie on picture frames are $$. You can usually find a 25% or 40% disc so wait it out. My biggest disappointment is most items made in China! Dislike!!!

The staff were very polite and did not close the store, even though I came with the girlfriend after the closing and as a matter of fact was the only client in that time. Best service ever
