As a grocery worker myself I am very unpleased at the store directors attitude and unprofessional way of dealing with customers. He is a rude, disgusting, arrogant man with no respect. A man that doesn’t take responsibilities for his actions or words. Just to get a refund he asked me what was I wearing the day that I bought the stuff (I told them I wouldn’t mind store credit) from my experience with customer service that is considered harassment. Never will I go to this store to get my groceries again.

Nasty produce! I bought a watermelon that was bad from the inside ! i spoke to the manager george and he’s VERY VERY rude just like the rest of his employees. Good for alot of groceries and Latin specialty foods. They have fresh made tortillas that are amazing. Pan dolce, delicious. Found that some produce may not be high quality. A tomato may not have a true tomato taste. Same for strawberries and other fruits, while more affordable, you sacrifice in taste. They have some brands that are not known, and fewer options or varieties on other items.

Horrible manager bad experience this morning

Better than average. One person working the meat counter while 3 others walk around. Wait time was 25 mintues for service. I asked for help outside and the checker could not get anyone to help me so he shut down the register and helped me. Two registers open with 3 people each. Front end manager walking around. No help there.

Well stocked super market with great low price deals. Lots of parking spaces available . They are always herding the shopping carts and have a good amount to use. The fruit and vegetables are delicious. Long lines at the registers is normal. The cashiers are quick and kow how to perform their job effectivly . The bathrooms are usually clean.

The store went down so bad. Their produce is going bad and no one removes it. You have to dig around to find a decent one to take home. The meat is ok. All non hispanic products are pricey.

Glad u ask. No one keep social distancing n no one in d store at least try to implement some kind of order. Not only that but i waited a little over an hour to get serve in the meat section. To add insult injury i saw one of your employees cut cheese with a knife and used the same knife to cut ham leaving all the remnants from the cheese on the ham. That is definitely grounds for salmonella (contamination) grounds for bacteria to grow. How can u run a business like that is beyond me. Someone needs to get fired. Thanks for taking the time off to read this.

Friendly service but a bit pricey

Great market. Good variety. Some days are better than others.Im not sure if anyone else has encountered this issue, but I was having the most incredibly difficult time finding white nectarines anywhere, for the longest.I honestly felt like I remembered a fruit that no longer existed or what was going on, since not a lot of places carry them for some reason.Well, this place has them! And they are delicious to say the least.Oh one tip, do not under any circumstances buy capri-suns here, beyond overpriced!!! To say the least. In all honesty, Im not trying to promote or anything but wal-mart is the place to go for decently priced kids drink.This place though has a really good variety of things to choose from, like inka cola (Peruvian, scrumptious soft drink)Try it out, wont hurt you one bit, and you will leave happy.

The cashier threw the recite at me when she was done charging me. She kept disrespecting me. The manger mayra said that the cashier was doing her job. This is my first time at El Super. Its a good Market. They have specials all the time and if you come on the right day the discounts get even cheaper. Ive been going to different markets comparing prices and this is one of the lower priced ones, definitely give it a try, they have a wide selection of foods, but be aware it is mainly an Hispanic market so youll find more Latino foods than most markets.

I like this market it may be mostly Hispanic oriented but I like that .Fresh vegetables are the best and the meat prices aswell as the selection are fantastic.

Deli department needs to have the older women there take a class on how to respect people. An older woman named Coco working in the back was very rude and disrespectful, also, she shouldnt have been allowed to be working with meat if she is sweeping or cleaning, which was what she was doing before touching the meat. So nasty and unprofessional. The manager did take care of problem very well and he was very sweet, but I hope Coco loses her job. :)

So I decided to go buy some chicken here.Girl who attended me in meat department wasn’t wearing a hair net. She wasn’t wearing gloves either. The customer she attended before me asked for shrimp. I asked her for chicken. Still no gloves neither did she was her hands. When I asked her to put some gloves on she was very rude. I informed her that would be cross contamination. She just laughed and had the nerve to gossip with her coworkers and laugh. At the end I didn’t take anything from meat department. At the end I just purchased fruit. As I got to the register I was attended by a cashier by the name Alejandra, which was very rude. This store doesn’t care about customer service at all. The employees are very rudeI will never go shop there again. I’d rather go shop at Northgate market. There prices are higher but your always greeted with a smile. El Super needs to retrain your employees. Awful Customer Service.Awful experience

MOSTLY THE ARLETA LOCATION, THE MANAGER IS HORRIBLE, HE CAN NOT GET MORE THEN 2 CASHIERS OPEN, USUALLY 10-12 PEOPLE IN LINE, CASHIERS ARE NOT FRIENDLY, THEY HAVE A TERRIBLE ATTITUDES, STAFF THROUGH OUT THE STORE ARE ALSO RUDE, NOT FRIENDLY, TOTALLY BITTER.
