Last spring I purchased a Nissan Pathfinder rental car from a dealer several hours from me. At the first service date I took it to Gainesville Nissan for a disastrous experience. On this service date I was on my way home from several hours away and I called Beck hoping to get service. Penny did an incredible job squeezing me in and barely an hour after I arrived I was on my way. Totally different experience than my previous one and one that will keep me coming back to Beck Nissan!

This is for the service department. Our truck broke down and is under warranty. We bought it out of town a while back because used trucks are hard to find. We needed someone to get us in and get us a rental really fast. My fiancé called a few places with no luck and talked to people that were just rude. I decided to call Beck Nissan. Austin answered and I explained our dilemma (this was 4:00 on a Friday). He had us in and in a rental the next day and told me it would be a few days to look over the truck. They did amazing work and helped us with the warranty side. Extremely honest and hard working people. We will take all of our vehicles there. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and with how we were treated!

I would like to give a huge shout-out to Austin, Over at Beck Nissan. When it comes to customer service he over exceeds and goes beyond to make sure your needs are met. I had an issue with my vehicle that required keeping it overnight. Austin, made accommodations for me to have a loaner car available for me to get back and forth. Thank you, Austin so much... 10/10

When I traded that vehicle Chevrolet put my name on the vehicle with the same credit and everything. I will never come here again. Worst people!!

Stopped for an oil change and asked about low tire pressure. They checked the tires and filled them up. I didnt have an appointment an was in and out within an hour. Beck Nissan is the Best service I have ever had!

I was shocked how quickly they did my oil change and tire rotation. I barely had enough time to even make a coffee much less drink it.

Trevor Houser took the time to test drive cars with me and get me in the exact 2021 Nissan Rogue I wanted and then took time from his day to show me all the features of the car so I felt as comfortable as possible. I have been a party in 6 vehicle purchases in less than a year with beck. I must say that I am appalled that they would allow vehicles to leave their lot in the condition they did. They offered to correct issues initially then refused when we attempted to schedule, or would simply not acknowledge us. Email to beck below. No response in over a week.____________________________________________Brittany,I know you are already working on the referral check and all-weather floor mats.Yesterday I had to go get my tire fixed because it had a leak. When they looked at my tires they found the two issues attached. The tread was separating on one tire, and there was a plug in the shoulder of the other tire. Both are extremely unsafe.What upsets me, is I had my tires rotated at Beck on January 2nd. There is no possible way these issues were not existing a little over a month ago. Also I have only driven 6,000 miles since purchasing the car last year.This tells me that Beck sold the car with poor damaged tires, and also tells me that during the tire rotation that I paid for, there was no visual inspection.I must say that paying 800 dollars for new tires was not something I was expecting. Especially on a car I just purchased. This has added to my extreme displeasure with Beck and its quality of service.My question for the dealership is this. Should I expect this disregard for quality of service in the future? Do you care so little for the safety of your customers that selling vehicles with dangerous tires is acceptable?I am beyond appalled at this, and would like to provide the dealership an opportunity to respond to the situation.Regards,Matthew Davis

Love going to Beck Nissan.. Love there cars. However I wish once they got you as a customer I wish they would leave me alone with the extended Warranty. It gets very tiresome telling them I dont want it... They will call my phone number 10 or more times a day and even call after 10 PM. These really gets me upset.. and think twice about buying a Nissan again. Like the car, but hate the after math after woods. If you want to sell a great car leave the person alone after woods. Please.

These folks are awesome. I had unexpected problems with my Nissan. I called first and Penny said bring it on in. We limped our way to the dealership with a good samaritan following behind. I was met by Penny with a great smile and they got the van right back in a service bay to check it out. They diagnosed the problem which required parts to be ordered. The van was not driveable as the emergency brake broke and locked up a rear brake. Austin stepped in and got me a vehicle to use during the time mine was in the shop. The poodles and I were able to continue on to our commitments during the time the van was being repaired. I would highly recommend Beck Nissan. Thank you for great service.

Sent me a mail flyer with a prize box , my winning was 10,000 shown clearly when I arrived after setting up an appointment they would not honor the winnings , and refused to honor there deal , when I demanded compensation after lureing me in with false advertisement they attempted to call law enforcement when I called a lawyer and attempted to have them communicate with him on speaker phone , I was furious and very displeased with the lieing and deception from the people there .... Boycott that establishment !!!!

For several years I have put off on purchasing a new vehicle due to bad previous experiences at other dealerships. That is not the case at all with Beck Nissan. The environment is very friendly, clean, and to the point. Unlike other dealerships that are overwhelmingly too large. With the salesmen Shawns help I received an amazing new 2020 Nissan Rouge that I absolutely love. Two days prior to my visit Shawn made sure to gather all the proper information from me to make sure I would leave happy after my visit. My first experience at a dealership was not a positive experience. I dealt with a pushy and aggressive typical sales person. But that was not the case when my husband and I arrived at Beck Nissan and met with John Upton. He greeted us with a smile and an eager attitude to help us. When the car that I came to see was not on the lot, John quickly called to locate it and was not available at the time. John did not push another car on me and said that he would keep looking and let me know if the car comes available again. Go and see Donna Duty! I dont care where you live, its worth the drive to receive the superior service and VIP treatment. We drove all the way down from Jacksonville because all of the Nissan dealerships in Jax wanted to play games with me. I was in search of a 2018 Nissan Armada and stumbled on Beck Nissan from an internet inquiry. I was surprised to receive a prompt call back from Donna, the sales consultant. I explained to her that I was already really annoyed with the dealerships here and I gave the exact model and trim Armada that I was searching for along with my max out of the door price. After hanging up with Donna Duty she called me back in less than 5 minutes and advised me that she had my truck and could work the deal. Donna was extremely efficient, had me to send a copy of my DL, current tag and auto insurance info in which I did. When I arrived there was a woman that came outside to greet us ( I was really impressed by this) and seat us. Donna appeared and her demeanor was so warm and welcoming, as a matter of fact, everyone in that dealership was warm and welcoming. We really got a good feel ( I am in sales too so I can detect insincerity ). We were still a little apprehensive due to the games that had been played with us previously but were instantly okay once we saw that the deal that was discussed was the deal that we were getting. Not only that, my paperwork was all ready to go, the thing that took the longest was them meticulously detailing my new Armada and filling my tank with gas. I am one happy lady! I adore my city of Jacksonville but when we get ready to purchase my youngest daughters Nissan we will definitely be making the trip down to see Donna Duty at Beck Nissan. A deal I was working fell through, and my second search led me to Beck who has what I was looking for. I called and was able to do get all the information I needed over the phone, made a deposit. I drove 100miles the next day to check out the car. Beck already has the car in front of the dealership, fully detailed. Within 20 minutes, I had completed all the paperwork and was ready to go. I spent another 20 minutes chatting with the staff because they were excellent, friendly, and genuinely interested doing anything to make my experience a good one. Everyone went above and beyond for me and my wife at Beck Nissan. In particular, John Upton knocked it out of the park. Hes not the typical pushy salesman. In fact, when my wife and I decided to go home after test driving a vehicle, he smiled and shook our hands. The fact that he didnt try to weasel us into a sale right then and there is what brought us back a week later. My wife found a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport with low mileage that she loves and Beck Nissan met us at a price that we all could comfortably agree upon.
