Mike is extremely welcoming and an overall great teacher when it comes to new players. He answers all questions when asked and helps find the best options for my armies. 10/10 would recommend coming to this store!!!

Mike was super welcoming and friendly. I said I was new and right away he offered to teach me how to paint a miniature. I will definitely be back.

Stopped in thinking it was more than a Warhammer only sort of place and they answered my question, gave me a suggestion, handed me an awesome figurine and their business card and cracked a joke. Makes me with I was into Warhammer for the home away from home vibe. Would recommend.

Mike is what makes this shop great. He genuinely cares for everyone that walks in the door regardless of whether they intend to buy anything. Hes extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what he does and always goes the extra mile to make everyone feel welcome.

As a rule I do not much care for Games Workshop official stores over a local hobby store, but this place is the one exception to that rule. Mike is fantastic, knows the hobby inside and out, and I find that I go in regularly just to get painting advice from him if nothing else. It has definitely become my go to when I need anything for 40k.Whether you are a veteran of the hobby or brand new, it is worth stopping by and getting to know Mike.

If you are thinking of getting into Warhammer 40K or Age of Sigmar you gotta check this place out. Mike is super helpful. I am brand new to Warhammer 40k but for my birthday decided to take the plunge and bought a set of Start Collecting Drukhari. Mike answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable, and wasnt pushy at all he was just excited to be helping me out and getting me into the hobby. I cant recommend this store enough and hopefully soon I can have my first army painted and start playing some games here.

Mike provides the best customer service to everyone that walks into his store, every single time. He is very knowledgeable and he will share that with you. He will help you find your next project and he will even walk you through how to put it together. I asked if there is something cute I could get to paint, no problem! 😀👍

Great customer service and incredibly inclusive. There are all kinds of free demos and painting lessons, great advice foe newbies, and a robust community that is always willing to paint or build with you. A great store for an amazing hobby.

I came to this location not intending to buy anything. We are in town for Adepticon and I planned on spending all of my money there. After we Spent some time talking to Michael, the employee working at the time, I was determined to spend money there for the upcoming release this weekend instead of buying at the con. He was very helpful and passionate about what he does. I am very happy with my experience and will most likely be stopping by any chance I get.

Great store, fantastic staff. They really connect with the clientele, theres usually a game or some painting going on, along with lively discussion about the meta. One guy even taught me how to paint! Recommend for all your Warhammer-related needs.

I go there every once and a while but every time everyone there was phenomenal the employees are some of the nicest people I have ever met especially mike and they threw a great birthday party for me any are always willing to help.

As a brand new player interested in the hobby the store manager was super nice and VERY helpful and even taught me a quick game. He loves the hobby and getting people into it. Very high recommendation from me . I wish every game store was like this . This is what a “friendly local gaming store “ is to be like . I know can go in at anytime and get any questions or guidance I need. Mike deserves an award from GW as an amazing ambassador of the hobby .

Owner is great guy who is really enthusiastic about the hobby, very helpful and helps others interested and involved in warhammer. Great selection and a nice crowd of regulars to find games and hang out hobbying with as well.

Amazing customer service! The store owner immediately recognizes and helps newer customers that walk into the shop. The community “veterans” are also willing to help and are very friendly. Decent sized location. Very friendly staff and the manager will teach you to play if you dont already know how. I recently went in the first time and was able to try out some of the mini games and learned about more that I hadnt ever heard of.I recommend checking it out!

A very nice GW store that is well stocked and has a decent community. As always the sales are a tad aggressive. But they are always willing to help and host events. Also allows pre-order pickups.

The manager of this store is very friendly and incredibly helpful. Whether youre new to the hobby or a GW veteran, there are painting workshops and games here for everyone. This is a one stop shop for everything Warhammer and I always leave with some new paints or figures!
