We needed an outdoor light and some ceiling fans, but couldn’t find models of what we wanted at Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc... we were referred to Western Chandelier and I’m so grateful we were! The show room has so many samples so you can see exactly what you are buying, customer service was excellent, the prices are reasonable, and they even have a installer who does quality work at a fair price. After going through the easy process here, I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my lighting needs. Beyond impressed!

She took her time demonstrating the difference in the LED and Incandescent Edison bulbs which was helpful in our decision making process on our lighting for our kitchen remodel. Also, Wayne was extremely knowledgeable too with anything and everything that has to do with lighting... Under cabinets tape lights and any kind of light bulbsEtc.,etc.

Ron and Jessica at Western Chandelier are absolutely the most helpful courteous people I have ever worked with. I brought in part of a lamp that belonged to my grandma to see if there was any way possible to make it into a hanging pendant. They worked with me never making me feel rushed giving me advice and went above and beyond what I expected. It is beautiful hanging above my sink and is a one of a kind I will take with me if we ever move. I would highly recommend them as I will return with any lighting needs.

Wayne was incredible! He turned a 100 year old German carving that was unlit into a work of art. Great customer service and huge selection of lighting. I’m going here for all of my lighting needs in the future.

My wife and I intended to buy a light for over our dinning room table - we were in the store for 30 min admiring all of the light choices hanging from the ceiling - 4 couples came in after us got waiting on immediately. It was like we were invisible - I am 66. We left having no employees ever speaking to us
