What a friendly place. Nicole is so efficient and so outgoing. April gave me the best hearing test today. It was a 2 hr appointment to get through all the hearing tests which I really appreciated. They were referred to me by a friend and I am so glad. These are now my people!

I am sorry that i dont recall the young ladys name that did my hearingtest. She said she had been doing the tests for hearing for about sevenyears.She informed me on each level as to what she was looking for in the test.The best thing was that she did not try to oversell me on the typeof hearing aid I needed. She was knowledgeable about the hearing aids.It was a good experience.I shall tell my friends about HearUSA.

Not my first audiologist, but probably my permanent one. From the hearing test to the fitting and testing of the new aids, the experience was professional and well explained. I feel, for the first time, that I understand what hearing aids do, and how they help me in my personal hearing profile.Cant say enough good about these folks! If you are looking, this is a best bet.

I believe Nichole is the office manager- could be wrong. She leaves clear & concise messages, enunciates and doesn’t speak too fast. (Very helpful if you have hearing problems!)The audiologist (not sure of term)..doctor?..the woman who tests hearing ..is very kind, personable and quite patient. Not only did she test my hearing but also answered ALL my questions during my last annual check up. I’m sure I took longer than she planned for but she was quite gracious.The office as a whole: The reminder phone calls are timely and delivered by Nicole- her voicemails included all information I needed; the appointment times are exactly on time; the location is quite near shopping on Metcalf (bonus!) ; and they’ve adjusted their protocol for Covid as needed.Additionally, when I had to enter today , to exchange hearing aids, instead of continuing talking amongst themselves , as they could have, they quite nicely included me in their conversation, (making sure to enunciate even more during the time I had my hearing aids out.) I’ve had only perfect experiences with this office!

Ok, not fine dining but the food, mostly hamburgers, is very good and service is good. Premises are clean.

Best hearing test Ive ever experienced. April goes the extra mile to be sure you are getting the performance you need from the product. If not she won’t give up until you are completely satisfied. She truly cares about her customers and stays on top of the manufacturer’s problems until they either get it fixed or replaced with one that performs up to the customers satisfaction.

April Abbott, HIS is the best audiologist we have seen. Nicole at the front desk is always helpful and friendly.
