In searching on the Juki web site for a dealer, I found two option each 180 miles away. I sent both dealers an email. I heard from Quilters HQ in Overland Park within 24 hours and the other, over a month later.Being a new quilter, I had many question and Joan was an excellent resource! With her three stores, she is very familiar and experienced with a large selection of sewing machine brands. After many helpful emails, I was confident that I made the right decision in the long arm machine and more importantly, Quilters HQ as a company. They have excellent customer service! I know if I have any questions, Quilters HQ is only a phone call away.I placed the order for my machine over the phone and within a few weeks, my new Juki Long Arm was delivered to my door and ready to use.Quilters HQ is a great resource, they have a weekly live show to introduce new fabrics, notions, demos and store specials. Quilters HQ is very welcoming and treat their customers like a community!Quilters HQ is a class act! A great quilt store with excellent customer service was a great find! I plan to visit the next time Im in Kansas City! The candy bouquet was a FUN surprise as a thank you from Quilters HQ!

Such a welcoming quilt shop. The owners greeted me within a couple of minutes of entering.Theres plenty to look out without being overwhelming. One of the things that stood out to me was how things are laid out to be tried out. I just wandered in to check them out but I got to try out one of their Jukis and a long arm that was set up in the back. I was a little intimidated by the long arm, but they encouraged me to give it a whirl and it was a lot of fun.I can’t get over how sweet and helpful both owners were. I asked a lot of questions and the way they responded felt like someone explaining something to a friend. No judgement, just helping me understand better.There was a customer that come in with a complaint and the owner listened politely and quickly took care of her customer. It was really nice seeing that kind of customer service.I got to see their industrial machine in the back room where they do customer quilts. It was quite a sight. Once I checked out their website, I discovered they have a live webcam feed on this machine and anyone can watch it on their website if the quilt owner gives permission.If youre looking for a quilt shop that is helpful and sweet, you need to give them a try.

Placed an order for 2 layer cakes and received only one. When I called to let them know, they were unable to help me because apparently there is only one person who handles shipments and was told they would be in the next day and would call me. That didn’t happen. I had to call, and that same person, was not going to be in that day either. Apparently, no one knows how to mail a package except for the accountant for this business, who I was told is the person I am waiting on to call me. Poorest customer service I have had in a good while. I’ve worked retail for years in the past and if you have wronged a customer, you certainly don’t keep putting them off. How hard can it be to put a package in the mail?

Love their live broadcast on Tuesday evenings. The shop looks to be well stocked and everyone seems so nice and friendly. I have not had the opportunity to go to their brick and mortar shop, maybe one day. I have ordered online and they had great service.

I watch every Tuesday nite from home and Robert always acknowledges every single person. Each purchase i made has been the best experience from my couch!! Quality of fabric is superb and my thread goes without saying 5 stars. Lovexquikters HQ and everyone who works here

This family-owned quilting and sewing supply store offers a variety of quilting and sewing products. Additionally, they provide helpful videos with demos, tutorials, product reviews. One of their main goals is to help you become the best quilter you can be. They are surprisingly good at it.

I live quite far away but I love any fabric company that keeps up with the digital age. The fabric in the videos being shown to purchase from the store is AMAZING. I dont have to search all around trying to think of what it can possibly be.

There was someone to great me, answered all my questions and I had many! The owner was very knowledgeable about her quilting. The details, appreciation and love she has for what she does is unbelievable. I will be back!

Long arm services were completed quickly (faster than the original estimate) and the quilt looks great. Fabric is high quality also!

This past weekend we had a wonderful experience of learning about our long arm quilting machine with Joan and Robert. We went into the store a few weeks ago and meant Joan and were very pleased with the experience of finding the perfect machine for us. My husband is the quilter but who knows I may learn! Joan and Robert set everything up for us perfectly and trained us on how to use the machine. We could not have asked for a better experience. Their expertise and patience with a couple of beginners was wonderful.. we look forward to our new journey and really appreciate knowing we can always contact them and receive excellent service and just feeling they really care and love what they do. Thank you again from Mike and I for sharing your time with us for a half a day not to mention traveling a couple hundred miles to deliver our quilting machine!!! P. S. Mike is already making his list longer of new quilts he will be making!🙂

Every time Ive gone in there they are bubbly and full of life. I love it. By the time the 3rd person asked me if I needed something, the other two people told him to leave me alone and let me shop. Good laughs. So many people sew to fight depression and deal with life changes. Going into an atmosphere like this helps.

It is a beautiful, clean new store with a large selection of fabrics. They were very helpful when I went in with a flower panel trying to find backing. They have a good selection of tools available, too. They have several embroidery machines and advertise long-arm quilting.

Think this is an awesome store....

Went in to exchange a gift that a friend got me for Christmas. Was really excited to exchange the things I got for some new fabric or thread. When I walked in, no one was there to greet me or ask what I needed. After waiting around at the counter for a few minutes someone finally came out from the back and asked what I wanted. When I told her I wanted to return/exchange an item she couldn’t figure out how to do it. After calling her supervisor to the front to help her, they proceeded to return the items back to my friends debit card (who was not there with me). When I told them it was a gift and asked to return it to store credit instead her response was “it’s already done.” I asked if it was possible to change it since she returned it without asking me why or how I would like it returned, and she just walked away. Thanks for absolutely NOTHING Quilters HQ. I will never come back.
