I have only been to a few pawn shops in my life, but it’s safe to say that Heartland Pawnbrokers was the best. The worker their named Jesus, helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He provided great detail about the product and assured to me that they only take in quality items. In total, I was in and out of the pawn shop in less than 10 minutes. It’s a great place!

I have had an absolutely wonderful experience shopping here. I was fortunate enough to be helped by Andrew and Jesse and they are just a pleasure to work with. Andrew was extremely helpful and knowledgable in helping me with finding a laptop and camera. He was diligent in getting my laptop ready for me and was even kind enough to find an additional lens for my camera, at a great price. He was very honest and made sure to listen to what it is that I was wanting to do and pairing it with what I should be looking at for purchase. These two are the definition of what good customer service is. Not only do they both go above and beyond to make sure that you are well versed in what youre getting, they make sure to give you a truly pleasant and fun experience. They not only worked well with me, but also my kids. I truly appreciate all the hard work and effort they put in to making sure that I was satisfied with my purchases and for being kind enough to make some great deals. We will most definitely continue to shop in this store and look forward to our next purchases, whatever they may be. Thanks again, guys! Best pawn shop Ive ever been to. Its small, but they has several items of which all appeared to be high quality and very reasonably priced. They were very fair with their offer on my items and explained everything very well. The staff was beyond awesome too! Ive never seen such nice people at a pawn shop or almost any business for that matter. Its almost as if they had gone to special classes for customer service or something. Absolutely professional and treated us with total respect. Couldnt have asked for a better experience and will most certainly be going back there again to buy items from them or if I ever need another loan or to sell an item. I dealt mostly with an employee by the name of Andrew, but they were all an absolute pleasure to talk to. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Ive been to Joe Flynns recently which is a really nice place in appearance and quality of merchandise, but everyone acts kind of stuck up and as if youre presence alone is almost a nuisance to them. I just dont feel welcome there. Maybe thats why every time Ive been there, the place is void of anyone but the employees. Its literally as if they were frustrated that I wanted to buy items from them. The difference between Heartland and Joe Flynns is night and day. From now on, Ill be choosing Heartland every time!

I called in to ask about pawning a custom guitar and really nice keyboard that not a lot of these little pawn shops that have ever really seen so they didnt want to even talk to me about them. The guy who I spoke with on the phone was super helpful and even though he wasnt interested in the stuff I had, he called another store for me and hooked me up with a guy who was definitely interested. He went above and beyond to help me out when all the other pawn shops I called were just short with me and didnt give me the time of day. I will keep this place in mind for when I need to buy or sell something. I highly recommend!

I needed a bass amp for an upcoming gig, but I didnt want to spend a fortune on new gear. I was amazed at the selection that had of really high quality, well-maintained amps that they had in stock. I shopped online and was able to get the price the I needed. Staff was very friendly and I ran by the shop during lunch and was in and out in no time. Great experience!

I constantly go back and check up on new inventory and every time I return, I am greeted with kindness and enthusiasm. I usually work with Malik and am never disappointed. Andrew the manager, always gives me a great price on whatever I want to buy. Also anytime I am selling something to them, they give me more money then any other local pawnshop is willing to offer. The whole staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and they make me feel welcome to come and say HI at anytime!

Heartland does a great job of making sure you know what youre paying for. I bought a PS4 and without asking, they plugged it all in to show me that it worked. Joel and Malik are super friendly guys and treat everyone with respect when they walk in.

What could have been an awful experience was turned in to a great one by the folks at Heartland Pawnbrokers. I originally purchased and a PS4 after trading in a couple old consoles and some games. Once I got home with the PS4 however, it was not working as expected - freezing, trouble booting - to the point where it was unusable. Thats where I remembered the 30 day warantee, and decided to head back up there. The console seemed to work okay for the guys, so I decided to take it home and try it out again for the evening. No luck, and when I had to go back the next day to return it again, they were kind enough to swap it out for a 1TB model at no extra charge for all the trouble I had to go through. I will DEFINITELY be keeping this place in mind for future purchase decisions. They certainly defy the largely negative reputation of most pawn shops.

Have sold quite a few things here and have always gotten a great price and quick, courteous service. I would definitely recommend checking them out, they have quite a bit of inventory as well at fair prices.

I have been to Heartland twice.My recent experience was working with Colin Crume. His smile and attitude made me feel very comfortable. Not being very informed he still brought me to a place of being very relaxed and knowledgable. He was more than fair as they were at my last visit. Since 2014, my wife and I have both sold to and received loans from Heartland Pawn and have been treated with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.

I would definitely recommend looking around before pawning/selling an item here. I brought in a very expensive camera and they offered me $20 for it, including a carrying case, cords and charger. I went to Olathe Trading Post and received $250. I was very shocked at how much they tried to rip me off. HOWEVER, I have sold two laptops here and they offered me top dollar for them!

Bring your business here! I took a revolver to Joe Flynn pawn down the street and they said they werent interested, I brought it here and sold it for 80 bucks. Great customer service.

Bought an item from an online posting, paid after a number of back and forth offers from them and me. an hour after I paid they cancelled the order. Would not spend your money with business people like this. they cancelled the order to gain 4$ from selling it to someone else after taking my money for the purchase of that specific product. Bad Business etiquette.

Very great customer service the owner served me today he was very polite kind and courteous took in a Sony Blu Ray player and Panasonic Blu Ray player and a Hitachi 12 volt cordless drill he have me $65 for all 3 witch is a fair price for them items used only $71.50 to get my items back if you want a nice clean atmosphere nice clean shop inside and out if you want to be treated fair and like a person go to heartland pawn and jewelry tell them Benjamin stroud sent you
