This is a place that makes you feel like home, this is a great coffee shop thats atmosphere is a good as the coffee. Makes you want to curl up next to a fire and read a good book. The coffee is like a warm blanket on a cold winter night. Absolutely amazing with fantastic service and people.

First off, the mocha and chai were perfect.So good. But my goodness, it took 30 minutes to get two drinks. There where two staffers - one on drink duty, one on food duty. Yes, there where plenty of customers, but it didnt feel busy in there. No haste from the baristas and apparently can only make one drink at a time 🤷‍♂️The drinks were so good, but it just took too long.

Amazing place. Ive been coming here for five years now, and I have NEVER had a disappointing experience. Even when this place is busy, your coffee will never take more than five minutes. They have comfortable seating, friendly and helpful employees, and most importantly, great coffee. If youre jaded from bitter chain coffee, this place will give you that coffee love back! Dont be afraid to ask the baristas what each latte or mocha has in it- there are some really creative house drinks theyll gladly tell you all about! I recommend the Red Bone Mocha (its raspberry flavored). Thank you to Revocup for getting me through so many study sessions and sleep-deprived afternoons!

First time visit. Had the Ethiopian Macchiatto. It was fantastic! Staff was very informative when we asked about items on the menu and what we should have. Bought a bag of beans to go also.

They only serve chai lattes house-made from their family recipe, absolutely the best!

My secret favorite coffee joint. Just around the corner from evil starbucks. So drive right on by that line of cars and stop here instead.You have to be a little more patient, they dont have an army of employees but man I love their beverages.They have their own coffee line. I really like their light roasts for pour overs. I also like to mix their coffee with some wilder flavors like Bones. Its just a solid coffee.Give this place a try people!

This place serves the best cappuccino in all of OP and KC. The baristas are very knowledgeable and the coffee is full bodied without any of the bitterness. A hidden gem!

I was a bit disappointed in this place. My cappuccino was good enough and the proper size, but it wasn’t particular special. I ordered the Italian cappuccino and a small American version. I’m not sure why the distinction. Their Italian version had half and half instead of whole milk. I guess this made it creamier, but I’m not sure it was any more Italian. Having been to Italy, I don’t ever recall having a half and half cap and I had many cappuccinos while there. The American version (aka made with milk) was fine too. What made it American for me though was the size offerings. Any real cappuccino drinker knows espresso drinks come in one size. Offering multiple sizes is what makes it American imo.I would rate higher but what is really bringing my rating down is the vibe. There was nothing special about or particularly in warm and inviting. It wasn’t not welcoming either. Idk. It was just a little bare and lacking in continuity I guess.Overall, it’s not a bad spot. My friend and I sat and enjoyed for a good while. But of all the craft coffee shops I’ve visited in my own hometown and wherever I visit, this was one of the least memorable.

The dulce de leche drink was by far one of the best signature drinks I’ve had anywhere. I typically go to Starbucks for convenience & I’ll say that this drink blew anything I’ve ever had at Starbucks out of the water. Hands down!

This coffee shop makes the best specialty lattes! They make many of their syrups in house. As a result I started visiting other Revocup shops around town and found the same cozy atmosphere and charm in each location. Great coffee, great roaster, and Michael Johnson the owner works really hard to create an inviting place to relax, catch up on work, or meet with friends. You’ll love it!

This is a regular home away from home, remote office, safe haven that serves the best coffee in town! Michael has created an amazing place to work, socialize, relax, and bond with friends and colleagues!

I had a mango smoothie and an almond tart. They were both amazing! The almond tart was delicious and so filling. I couldnt even eat the whole thing in one sitting.

Went with a group of 8. We called ahead to let them know we would need a table for 8 at 2:30. We arrived, ordered all of our stuff and were sitting there chatting when the employee tells us (at 5 after 3) he was closing at 3 so he would finish making our stuff but then we needed to leave... So instead of getting to sit and chat with friends all we got to do was order and leave. Sign in the door said he was open until 7. He said nothing to the person who called and made a reservation for 8 at 2:30 about closing 30 minutes later. Needless to say, Ill find someplace else next time.

They have super comfortable lounge chairs, but I wish there were more than three! While its not great for business, its great for me that Ive not seen this place too busy before. Its great for doing work or having a game day with friends! Also, its next to an all you can eat sushi place, so have your morning coffee or tea, and then hop on over for a big lunch!

I visit a lot of coffee shops as a graduate student and this is one of my favorites. The store itself is a bit small, but it is quiet and that is wonderful. Some coffee shops have loud music and a lot going on but Revocup South can be packed and appropriately noisy but not so loud that you cannot speak with the person beside you. Also, the zebra mocha is amazing!

Since the entry on Google Maps didnt show a change in the hours,we were hoping to have some of their excellent coffee. Unfortunately, they now close at 1 p.m. each day. Please do like the other Revocups and post your new hours.

Cute coffee house, just not impressed with the coffee.

First time here (just moved into the area) I am a big Dunkin fan but love to break-up the routine with a local spot that has coffee with flavor (as much as I love dunk in for my morning fix...it is flavorless coffee). Revo fits that bill and has some good treats to snack on as well. Staff was very friendly and they took all the right precautions for covid. Little tricky to find the place of you have never been there, thought I was pulling into a bank at first (it shares the building with the bank) but once you get into the parking lot its easy to find.

It was a nice cozy place around the corner from a Starbucks. Im really digging mom and pop shops compared to Starbucks. Ive been to couple places, and I always find that their coffee and treats are so much better. Had their Chai Tea latte and it was delicious! Definitely going back!

Great coffee for a great cause! Skip the routine at Starbucks and help fund Ethiopian education and coffee farmers! Their beans are sourced from Ethiopia, they roast locally, and they use proceeds for charity in Ethiopia. Great way to give back and still get a great espresso, latte or cappuccino.

Great Ethiopian coffee shop with a relaxed vibe. The coffee is amazing. We bought a pound of the gold label, love the hints of blueberry. Locally roasted, they support the farmers.

We have been here three times and enjoyed the coffee, food and ambiance every time. A quieter and cozier place than other chains, it made for a relaxing break in the day. And the chocolate chip scones are marvelous.

Great coffee shop. Had a macchiato and espresso (my husband and I each had a drink), both were delicious. They had a nice selection of bakery items. The scones were amazing! We had the ginger and mango scone. There was a good variety to choose from and they are made in house.

What a little gem we found! My family and I were visiting from out of town and love going to local coffee houses. We were even more intrigued at the selection of gluten free baked goods! I got a latte with cashew milk that I learned they make in house, it was Devine!

Our barista was skilled and courteous. He came to check in with us if we liked our drink. Many unique creations on the menu, like the red velvet latte (perfectly proportioned dark chocolate and raspberry!) and steamed cold brew to name a few. Just tried this coffeeshop, based on a coworkers reccomendation and was blown away. They successfully prepared the best cappuccino Ive ever tasted: it was aromatic, robust and rich. It was so smooth and flavorful, that I didnt need to add any sweetener. This place absolutely blows Starbucks out of the water. Ill definitely be back.

A great little local coffee shop that you should definitely check out. Great coffee and service with a smile. The difficult thing for these guys is that they are in a somewhat hidden location. Next time you are in the 135th and Quivira area, ignore the Starbucks and give these guys a try. You wont regret it.

The quality of the coffee is outstanding. Most of it is imported directly from Africa by an American originally from Ethiopia, and roasted on demand in small batches in Kansas City. Every coffee drink I have ever tasted here was prepared perfectly, by a highly skilled barista.

Great local coffeehouse. They have unique coffees and pastries and are usually not crowded if you are looking for a place to get a little work or studying done.

I absolutely love this coffee shop. Mike and the baristas are always so kind and friendly. I come here to study where the WiFi is complimentary with your coffee, just ask for the password. Revocup is a great local business to support and in turn they support our local community. Its well worth passing up the international coffee chain around the corner.

We enjoy this coffeeshop and go often. The baristas and owner are very friendly. We really like the mochas and Americanos. Their Choczilla, made with cold brew and milk, is tasty and very smooth.

My favorite place for coffee. Nice and smooth without being too bitter. Friendly staff. Never had to wait a long time.

The Revocup freeze is great as the coffee shines through with just a smidgen of sweetness. Their espresso is good if a bit inconsistent at times.

Very happy with my experience. They dont grind fresh beans for every espresso, which I think is a olus, because it makes it quiet enough to get some work done.

Probably the best Cappuccino i had in the US. The beans are not burned , this is a first for me in the US and drinking theirs reminds me with the Cappuccino i used to drink in Italy.
