Went go to the mall with some friends. I saw an ad for the monster cookie and knew I had to try one. 5 dollars for the cookie and a couple of bucks for a bottle of milk. The cookie was perfectly baked and the exact temperature you want in a cookie.

Ive loved Mrs. Fields since I was a child, and this location has been wonderful to order from.The workers have been awesome with making custom orders for our family, most recently with a Mario cake for our sons birthday. Great product and customer service!

The staff at the Oak Park Mall store was exceptional. My son was on leave for the Navy and having a birthday. Shu and team went out of their way to frost a large cookie cake for us within 15 minutes! Fantastic teamwork!

With all of the holiday Mayham and being in a very busy mall she managed to keep her cool and get everything ready by the time we needed it! great service!

This Asian kid was on his phone the whole time and when he got my cookie it had pink frosting and he took it with him to the bath room and it had white frosting. He told me that he had a special free frosting to give me. And when my friend ordered a cookie he dropped it, spit on it to “clean it”, (at least that’s what he told me), then wiped it with a paper towel. He tried giving it to me saying it was perfectly clean. Right before I ordered the guy was waiting 40 minutes because the Asian guy kept on saying his order. When I asked his name I couldn’t understand since he had a thick Canadian accent.

Clean, good fast service. The cookies are always fresh when I get them from here.

Making and decorating personalized cakes for special occassions of customers, even when this is not expected and other bakeries do not do this. My cake was ready within hour.Such amazing staff!!

This is actually Heinz doofenshmirtz, I forgot the password to my other email, and I wrote the review as a joke which seems pretty obvious, considering I made the email just for this review and that the name is Heinz doofenshmirtz, in reality that was a joke and when I actually went it was a great place with nice guys taking your order and they really couldn’t have done a better job, this is one of the best places at oak park mall by far

First time Ive ever gotten cookies here today and I really did not appreciate the customer service we received from the older woman behind the counter.There was some confusion about the price of the cookies we picked out because one of the cookies (m&m) did not have a lable in front of it at all, let alone something that indicates it was a $3 cookie. When we checked out all she wanted to do was argue with me about the price when there wasnt anything to indicate a price. I was just trying to tell her the lable was missing so there is no way for me, or anyone after me, to know it was a more expensive one. But whatever. We just wont go here again. Their cookies werent worth the hassle. There are other cookies places in the mall with friendlier and more understanding employees.
