I will never go back...they canceled my order a day before I had to have it when the website says they will deliver. I ordered my order 2 weeks in advance and the day before they cancel. When I called back to tell them I would drive an hour to get it I had trouble getting ahold of anyone. My coworkers and I picked out what we thought would be a cute fall bosses gift for bosses day. When I got there it was not in the pumpkin vase that we ordered. They never tried to call and let us know that that vase was not available they just filled it in what they thought would work. They had nothing to put the arrangement in to ride safely in the car. And didnt even offer a box to put it in. We will be contacting the store manager as this was quite a few people that had picked out this arrangement and it is not up to our satisfaction. We also had bought a card and they forgot to give that to me so had to go back in to get that. Thus was a horrible experience and we will not be using them for anymore gifts in the future.

Save yourself and order from somewhere else! I placed an order to be delivered at my vets office September 16th. When I walked into my vet office on the 26th (10 days past what should have been the delivery date) I was told they never received anything at all! I never received any non deliverable notifications from edible arrangements. I immediately called edible arrangements and was told that the order was undeliverable. I asked how that’s possible when the vet office has multiple people and is open until 5 pm. Via my receipt I know they had the correct address. She did not know and said the driver was not in but that they would call me back. I still have NEVER heard from them. I have called many times and no one ever answers. I wrote them a Facebook message on the 28th explaining what happened and requesting a refund. They read the message within minutes of me sending it but never responded. I decided to walk into the store the next day on the 29th. The young lady who was there was kind but said she had only been working a couple weeks and did not know how to refund my money. She said she was the only one at the store and that someone would call me back. I wrote another Facebook message and have not heard back nor have I been called. They are withholding my money and are impossible to reach. Terrible business practice and non existent customer service. I will never use this company again.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. Horrible customer service. I have been calling for 2+ days about my order and they NEVER answer their phone. I had asked for a certain delivery time and they showed up 5 minutes before the person was leaving for the day so would have missed this. They left an item off and I gave the driver my name and number and asked for someone to call me and that never happened. Worst customer service! Take your business somewhere else.

This place never delivered my order for Father’s Day 2021. The driver contacted me at 10:30 pm stating that they obviously weren’t showing up. I guess the Guaranteed Happiness “commitment” or the lack there of doesn’t matter for all. I mean not even a phone call prior to the undelivered gift stating that it wouldn’t be delivered. Three unhappy faces in my home Father’s Day 2021. I am actually trying to contact them now during business hours and am unable to get through for my $140 refund. I don’t even have to say how this type of service makes me feel. It definitely doesn’t coincide with the Guaranteed Happiness “commitment “. I’m almost sure I will have to drive to the store location for my refund. This is just poor service all the way around the board.Update: Refund was provided with zero problem within minutes of this review; however no apologies were made. Still they’ve failed completely at the Guaranteed Happiness Commitment. This is very annoying as my husband has spent over $1000 with the Lee’s Summit location at one time on JUST me for ONE holiday. I have also frequented the location on Broadway Bc I don’t eat out a lot but if I do it’s Edible or Starbucks. I’ve never had issues with any other Edible location. Maybe this one just dropped the ball. Either way, they don’t seem to even care that they did. Not sure if $140 was too small of a purchase for these people in Overland Park to care but poor service is poor service.

We received a bouquet and balloon yesterday (day before Valentines Day) from out-of-state family who called in an order. Apparently, two balloons were ordered so the family member called the store to inquire about the missing balloon. A few hours later, two balloons and extra fruit arrived on our doorstep! (yes, both delivery people rang the doorbell and waited for answer) I am impressed they fixed their mistake quickly, especially on one of the coldest days of the year. Great customer service- would definitely recommend!!!

It’s embarrassing how bad the delivery process is for a company this size! You would think they are managing deliveries on a National scale the way they can’t give delivery windows and can’t give you an idea of when it will arrive after spending $150 on $10 worth of fruit. I have tried this location for a birthday and now Valentine’s Day and paid extra for that days delivery and neither made it in time.

Ordered an edible arrangement for my son’s birthday in December 2020, as I do for all of my children’s birthdays. What I can say is that this was my first experience with this location and will definitely be the last! The fruit seemed to be dipped very sloppy, there were no line designs as in previous orders and to top it all off the delivery lady/girl, just left my sons gift on my porch (we saw this on the camera). Didn’t even leave it on the doormat, nor did she ring the doorbell. She then just walked back to her vehicle and sat there for about 10 minutes not even acknowledging that the recipient received it. All for a $12.99 delivery fee. In my past experience, I’ve received free delivery and the delivery person actually waited for someone to come to the door before handing over the edibles gift making it a little more personable and that’s bern during this pandemic.. Again, won’t be ordering ever again

Recently ordered catering from this location for a grand opening at my salon, and I couldn’t have been happier. Josh took care of everything, was timely, responsive, the sweet girl at the counter who put them together was super charming, and the quality of the arrangements were outstanding. It was the perfect touch, and will be back for any future events! Definitely recommend.

Have always had good experiences at other edible arrangements but this one has been quite difficult. placed an order online for Valentines and chose to pick up at 630, hours stated online that it was 8am-7pm, got an email around 3:45pm saying it was ready for pick up at 630 or sooner, also in email it mentioned being open till 7. This is great so far so good so I get off at 630 and call to let them know Ill be coming down to pick up go to voicemail, once again reassures me hours are 8-7. Im their at 6:45 its closed... little frustrated but decided I can go their in the morning. next day Im their 8:20am guess what its closed, and despite google, their website, and voicemail stating it 8am-7pm, on their door it says 9am-6pm... if that was the case why didnt I get a call stating that my pickup time was after pick up hours... its all right its valentines day, Im sure theyll be able to help. not so much I called at 9 said they could deliver, wonderful, ask what time today, and they put me on hold over 15 minutes, tried calling again and no luck no one is picking up. Ive been left very upset with my experience and no solution. I understand its Valentines Day so theyre busy but some communication would be appreciated

This place is PHENOMENAL!!! Its my wife and Is 4 year wedding anniversary and the traditional is fruit and flowers so I thought this would be perfect in combining the 2. I walked in right as they opened and Ree gretted me with an inviting smile. She was amazing. I told her exactly what I was looking for and she out did herself. She put together the most perfect beautiful fruitflower ever!! My wife is going to love it!!! Thanks for the brownie points Ree. Lol. YOU ARE AMAZING!!!!

I ordered some chocolate covered strawberries for same day delivery for someone who was having a rough few weeks. When I learned that I had missed part of their work address, it was around 3. I called them immediately and explained that I was a goof and messed up some instructions for delivery. The person who answered the phone was the sweetest! I explained that I just needed to add a floor number and to ring the door bell. She explained that it is out for delivery so she took down the instructions and said she will call her driver to let her know. Being the person I am, I felt TERRIBLE for my neglect... I apologized to the lady on the phone and asked that she pass on an apology to the driver as well. I want to say within maybe 10 minutes, I get a text from the person who was getting them saying thank you. The timing might have been out of luck but had she not have answered the phone right away or took her time on getting the instructions to the driver, the whole thing could have been ruined. You guys have made this experience beyond wonderful so thank you very much and keep up the amazing work you do!

I live out of state but have family who live in Overland Park. I have ordered from this store online at least a couple of times a year for the last 3-4 years. I always order the night before I want the delivery sent. I have not had any interaction with the employees, but the recipients have always raved about how nice the delivery people are and how fresh and delicious the fruit is. I receive an email upon delivery every time, and the majority of the deliveries are either in the late morning or early afternoon which has been perfect. I have received photos of my gifts from family and even though Edible Arrangements is pricy, I have been pleased with the size, and they are fairly accurate to the photos on their website.

We received an Edible arrangement from the 135th and Metcalf in Overland Park, KS location yesterday as a gift. I can honestly say that the fruit in the arrangement was not very good especially considering what our friends paid for the gift basket. The strawberries were on their last day. The honeydew and cantaloupe were not ripe. The grapes were just ok, and the pineapple was actually pretty good. Very disappointing overall for your price point.

By far some of the best customer service I have ever received. My sister just had her baby so I sent an arrangement to her. It had been a few hours and she still hadn’t told me she received anything so I call Edible Arrangments and asked the status of the order. Normally people get annoyed when I ask but this woman was extremely polite and helpful. She explained to me that the driver delivered not only for the area the hospital my sister was staying at but two others as well. She then congratulated on being an uncle! Not shortly after she called me back to tell me that it was being delivered as we speak. Truly impeccable and amazing customer service. I will recommend this location to anyone in the area.

Extremely poor customer service. I ordered an arrangement, and when it was time to pick it up, it wasnt ready. The manager then told me it would not be ready for another 2 hours. I then asked if it could be delivered, considering I had already driven 20 mins and taken time off work. She told me that I would have to pay a delivery charge. Now, had the store called me, and notified me that my order was not ready, none of this would be an issue. I received no phone call, no apology....nothing in the form of customer service. What makes it worse, is that it was the store manager. I asked why my arrangement was not made, and she simply replied I had other priorities. I will never order from Edible arrangements again. This was the first time I have ever ordered from there, and sadly the last time. I asked for a refund.

I ordered 24 chocolate covered strawberries from the Overland Park, KS store to be delivered to a friend, yesterday. It was delivered to the wrong address (he delivered to the wrong zip code). I tried calling the store directly and of course I’m connected to some calling center. Sat on the phone for 20-30 minutes to get a case ID number, and finally he said someone from the store will call me. I just want to speak with someone from the actual store and get good customer service. This isn’t complicated. Just make it right and deliver it TODAY to the correct address. It is paid for, it is your mistake. There is no reason it should take days to get a phone call from the store manager on an easy fix. But, here I am waiting.
