After a mishap with another threading service I took a little break to let my brows grow out. Been looking for another spot and to my delight found this wonderful spot. Walked right in and was immediately assisted by Minaz. She was extremely pleasant and recommended a eyebrow tint to complement my threading service. She was absolutely right, my brows look even more amazing after the tint. Im so glad that I tried Mystique Salon and I look forward to going back. The nice gentleman at the register provided me with a punch card for future services which I thought was great! See you guys soon!

This is my first visit and I am very pleased with the outcome. My eyebrows look great and it didnt hurt. I have been to several places before. Some people thread harsher than others and may not be very friendly. In this instance, the discomfort was minimal, but the service was very friendly! I really appreciate that! This salon was very welcoming and my children even felt comfortable there.

I love this place! Minaz is really good at what she does. I am able to get in and out quick. The service is good! If you are wanting a regular place to get your brows threaded this is the place.

I got a facial, henna, and a foot massage for the first time here. It was really nice. They made me feel relaxed and I loved the facial scrub. I have sensitive skin and it was really nice I didnt break out or feel that tight, itchy feeling I usually get from face washes. I would come back again when I have the time. And they had the sweetest little doggy you could imagine!

Walked in on a Sunday afternoon for eyebrow threading and tinting, and was taken care of very quickly. The service was quick, not super painful and looks great! Will be coming back for sure!

Horrible way of talking and treating customer. They are not clear in their talks. The technician made all my clothes wet during hair wash.Never go for hair color there. Its the worst. They do rough handling for hair.Had a worst and poor experience both in terms of services and talk. Wont recommend.

Update: My last encounter there, I had a lady I had never seen, she must have been in a rush but my eyebrows were over threaded and thinned without a consultation. Its been over 2 months and they still havent filled in correctly. I know she was in a rush because when I was looking at my brows in my car, I saw her leave once one of the regular girls got there. I know if I brought it up they would do their best to fix it, but you cant make hair grow back and this is something I cant overlook.Prior to this, another incident I had was due to a misunderstanding with one of their add on services. Two girls came in after a threading and suggested a lash lift, I had never had one and am terrified of chemicals near my eyes. FOUR TIMES I asked if there were chemicals in the lash lift, I got verbal confirmation stating it was all natural. Once it was happening I could smell the perm solution. The work was already done and it looked good. But I hate having stuff near my eyes and felt lied to. I paid and just made the best out of it. Their tint is henna based so I assumed the lash lift was something very temporary but it was lash perm solution, which I am just not a fan of. It looked good but it wasnt a service I was interested in if it involves heavy chemicals. I should have looked it up or pushed back more and dont feel it was completely their fault. ALL NATURAL is a bit of a reach when it comes to perm solution.My original review is below from 5 stars to 3:I drive 30 minutes to get my brows threaded and tinted. I only trust them! Love it here!

I had eyebrow threading and tint done and it looks FLAWLESS 💅🏽 the shape of my eyebrows looks much better and they actually look full. Based off how amazing these two services were, I will most definitely be going back to try out their other services and package deals.

The woman doing my threading clearly hated her job, she brutally pulled hair from my eyebrows and reprimanded me when I flinched or moved due to pain😂. I ended up not doing my upper lips and saying her ‘sorry I think I disturbed you, you seem to having a bad day’

I went there for threading, she did waxing over threading for upper lip though I was concerned. she peeled off so quickly just to get her work done faster, now Im suffering with rashes.

I’ve had all family members work on my brows before and they all do a great job. I always get a eyebrow thread but decided to try a tint today and Shaz did an amazing job selecting what color will look the best. I ended up leaving loving my brows better than I expected to!

AAA+++!!! I went to Mystique for the first time a couple of weeks ago they were GREAT! Ive gotten my eyebrows done for years back in NJ and NYC where I used to live. I was concerned I wouldnt be able to find as good a salon out here. Well, this place turned out to be the best Ive ever been to. The woman who did the threading was truly an expert. She took time to make sure my eyebrows were perfect. I couldnt have been more pleased. Also, everyone who worked there was super friendly. I will definitely be going back. Cant recommend Mystique highly enough!

They always do a great job and everyone is always very nice. I never have to wait long, if at all. And they are reasonably priced.Sincerely, one happy customer!

A friend brought me here for my first threading session. Got my eyebrows and chin done. Had an amazing experience. She was fast and friendly. I didnt think my brows were that bad, but could feel all the little hairs I missed. It wasnt too painful, the same or less than waxing, and it didnt irritate my skin like waxing does. Im a threading lifer now!

The worst eyebrows I ever got in my life. I have clearly mentioned I want thick eyebrows and they have made it very thin. Its costs $12 and not worth it. I’ve had better for $5.

I have gone to Mystique many times, to have many different threading treatments, and their rose water mask is amazing. All the women working are very nice and do an awesome job. I have always been pleased with the thread work they do.

They are amazing. I went in for a full face wax and the lady did amazing and there was only few minutes wait, but worth it when I got my face and eyebrows done.She did a great,quick job making sure she got everything, and then made my eyebrows look amazing and kept the thickness! They are amazing and do amazinggg eyebrows and take their time! Definitely recommend coming here. :)

I am a busy mom and it’s very convenient that Mystique accepts walk-ins, they are fast, and I love they way they do my eyebrows every time! Very convenient for quick wax or threading. Also a huge fan of their oxygen facial, my skin radiates every time!

First experience here and it went great! Freda was so sweet and friendly and did an amazing job threading my eyebrows. She listened to how I like them full as well as how I like them shaped and she threaded them perfectly.

Highly disappointed with the service

I like getting my brows threaded here. They do a really good job. The two gals tonight knew I was upset about something when I arrived. One offered me a glass of water, another offered me words of encouragement. When I was paying, the first gal offered me a 5-10 minute massage! What sweet, genuine ladies!! Thank you!

Went in to just get a henna tattoo and ended up with my eyebrows threaded and tinted (although very lightly since my eyebrows are blonde and my hair is red. Didn’t want dark brown eyebrows to match my red hair; yikes) and she gave me a GREAT deal for all three together. I highly recommend this place, the henna is authentic, also used in tinting, and very great, clean, comfortable business.

I visited Mystique salon today on my lunch break and got my eyebrows threaded, upper lip wax/thread as well as a small henna tattoo. The service was fantastic! Minaz was so sweet and gentle. The salon itself is very clean and nice. I was completely done in about fifteen minutes and the prices are almost half of what Ive been seeing at other salons. I have already gotten compliments on how great my eyebrows look. I will definitely be back!

Ive been doing my eyebrows for less than a year and I am satisfied with the service. Only suggestion is that they wipe your eyebrows and apply some type of tonic or something after doing the threading. In previous salons they always did.

Never got my eyebrows threaded, especially as a guy, and I must say it hurt like hell but was worth it. Lady was really nice and they had a friendly dog to greet you.

The eye lash extensions were placed superbly (full/thick/long) and my eyebrows (threaded/arched/tinted) look HOLLYWOOD. I am typically a pretty regular looking woman (not putting myself down - just being honest). NOW I LOOK GLAMOROUS:))! The prices are extremely reasonable considering how great you will look after! Used to go here for eyebrow threading, not anymore. 1) was told it was only for women; 2) the owner started berating the woman in front of me who has helped me in the past, believe it may have been his wife. Conducting business like the latter point is not acceptable.
