Last time I went to an FYE was in Florida. This is a newer store in the mall so I had to check it out. Was pleased to find the variety of entertainment products.

My family visits often. Great selection of movies and music. We always enjoy the selection of novelty items and funny candies and foods.

The novelty stuff is expensive. But its a fun store.

It was cool. They have alot of things I would buy, also alot of stuff my wife and kids like as well. Cool store.

Awesome collection of merchandise and a great guy manning the store.

Took my daughter to look around.She found a couple things she is interested in and purchased. I liked that they were not limiting the # of people in the store during this time.

Fun little store. Lots of media and cool toys that would make a great collectors items for the future. I picked up some Metallica shirts and rick & morty comics. My daughter went with me and wanted half the store.

Very cool little store here.I absolutely love the tradition japanese snacks and drinks they sell here.One of my GFs personal favorites is their Green Tea Pocky.

BEWARE! FYE has a VIP SUBSCRIPTION that you will be asked to join under the disguise as a one time 10% discount on your purchase. You will subsequently be charged $11.99 a month. I was able to contact my bank and have my money returned. I have also halt any further purchase from their company for my household. FYEs in house services are useless to help. Report this as fraud to your bank. Blacklist this company.--Selection of goods are meh at best.

Lots of variety of merchandise but I noticed that several things were defective, damaged, or had pieces of it stolen.

Got to the mall about 1030 the store was supposed to open at 11. Sat outside the store waiting but 11:15 I had other places to be. Not sure how long it took them to finally open.

They signed me up for a subscription without telling me and I got charged for something Im not even using. Best part? They apparently cant cancel it in store and their website is so buggy you cant cancel it there either. Now after wasting so much time I have to go to my bank and have them halt all payments to that store so I will no longer be shopping there.

Dinky store, rude staff. Wouldnt help change my membership. Basically told me I was stuck with it.

So many cool things to find! I love how they sell old and new movies, new and used, takes me back. Pricing is pretty reasonable too. Store is kind of cluttered but so worth it

Dont waste your time

Used to go to this place once a week. But now the prices here are astronomical.

FYE has a unique selection of fan gear. Many of the items there you wont find in any other store in the mall. They have a small selection of DVDs and CDs for those feeling nostalgic. The staff there are very helpful and knowledgeable. The only downside is that some items are easily found for a lower price if you just venture outside of the mall.

Bought a pair of Flamingo socks from here for a fair price. They accepted google play so I was able to pay with ease.

This store is just overpriced toys, snacks, hoodies and old movies. Their sales are funny, they bump the price and say its on sale to be actual price.

F.Y.E. Had the Vinyl I was looking for on the day of its International Release.Thats enough, but here is more.They were also willing to hold said vinyl for me until I could get there after work.But wait there is more.The copy was also an extremely Limited Edition Pressing of said vinyl.Most merchants will mark up a Limited Edition Pressing immediately.Not only was their retail price cheaper that list retail for the album; they had it already marked down and on sale.Yeah thats pretty awesome.Also helpful courteous staff, and a free loyalty program that keeps track of your reciepts.

I always find what Im looking for! The employees are amazing and the atmosphere is so excelent!!! I got the loyal subjects undertaker figure that I couldnt find anywhere else!

The store is really cool, and the assistant manager (she said her name was Alana) is super sweet! The staff is nice, helpful, and they have the best merch when it comes to fandom things. Definitely would recommend!

Very low selection, and the aisles are tight unless you are a teenage girl. They are trying to be popular but everything I saw was already out of date.

There are a few interesting items here but mostly not that interesting. Movies are over priced. They have snacks from over seas. The store isnt very clean.

I wanted a light bulb to blue tooth found one on sale thought great I will get it then my 17 year old said mom what was it before the sale and I looked both priced the same 12.99 $ so we said that is not a sale and didnt get it but everything else was great and fun to look at bought a few things and love them.

So sad to see the once fun multimedia chain have next to no physical media. Compact discs are at a minimum, and not organized well.More junk than music and movies.

Store opened 20 minutes late and is a mess.

Did not like being signed up for something at checkout that costs money, automatically taken out of my account monthly, without being TOLD until afterwards. Employee did not understand my questions, was unable to help me, and instead said I needed to give him x info. Whack, and no customer service at all.

It was nice. I found a cool bluetooth speaker for pretty cheap. Just waiting to get home and try it out.

This store has some good deals, but if you are at all concerned about what your kids hear, do not take them inside, Ignore all the Frozen toys at the front. I took my 11 year old daughter in and had to leave because of the very inappropriate and explicit music that was blaring overhead. Ill spend my money somewhere else.

If you are looking for something fun or unique this is the store. They have lots to choose from. Friendly clerks.

Had a great Funko: Pop selection. Prices were a little hard to find on my own but for the deluxe pops it was a good deal.

Great store, awesome stock and plenty of sales. Can be a bit overwhelming if you arent ready for it but its one of my favorite places to browse since Hot Topic has become a Disney store.

Counter service could be better, and some of the same items have different price tags, but other than that, home run

I am spoiled on the selection of DVDs at the FYE in Independence, MO. It is about 75% DVDs and 25% other merch... The one at Oak Park Mall was just the opposite... Hardly any DVDs. They were especially lacking in the TV series DVDs. I dont visit that area very often, so I had been looking forward to shopping there so much and was terribly disappointed.

Interesting, fun, unique merchandise, t-shirts, etc., but I ended up putting the items I wanted back on the shelf and leaving because I waited at the counter for several minutes, but the clerk had went in back and never came back out to staff the counter/register and I got tired of waiting. Several customers were in the store.

F.y.e is the best! A fantastic store with great knowledgable people working there. To the people concerned about the music they play, screw you. It rocks.Honestly, one of the best music stores.

Wow, not good. The store was a mess, only worker was sitting behind counter on floor out of view. CDs were $18, they dont honor their own website price of 9.99. So sad, I have to have physical copy not just mp3 and am trying to avoid Amazon, virtually impossible unfortunatly.

Went to this store to check out the CDs and the employees were just following us, every two minutes asking if we needed help. there were many customers in the store but the two female employees were only following us. I couldnt even shop because they made it so awkward and frustrating. by us I mean me and my boyfriend, both Hispanic, the other customers were white. so its not hard to figure out that we we being followed for that reason. never going back to that store.

The worst customer service. There’s no one to call you can send an email that they won’t answer. Have been trying to resolve an issue since December. It you want a pop figure go to hot topic.
