If youre ok with grossly overpaying without getting the results, and having your car stuck at a shop for a good while, while hearing never-ending excuses and perhaps taking an insult or two, then this is the shop for you. The owner of this shop will run the clock at $150/hr like theres no limit, with no accoutability for the outcome. He will quickly make sure to let you know that hes an MIT graduate, and perhaps he is, which may explain why he treats repairs like a lab experiment at the clients expense. If money, time, and repsect as a customer matter to you, then stay away..

Royal Autowerks is the place to take your car for professional service, no matter what you drive. It is the only place I trust to work on my Audi S6, and he works on all exotic cars and vintage sports cars, too. He doesnt cut corners or fix things that arent broken. What they will do is tell you if something does need to be fixed, and you can trust them to do it right.

I can not say enough good things about Jason and Collin at Royal Autowerks! I brought them a Lamborghini Gallardo for a PPI and then returned the following day, after I purchased the car, for them to address some of the findings. I was on a very tight timeline and the guys did everything possible to get tires/parts delivered and installed in a timely manner. Their customer service, quality of work and pricing was superb. Jason at Royal Autowerks has always done excellent work at fair prices on my Lexus IS-F. I’ve had my car there many times over the last few years for small and large jobs. This shop has been able to handle them all and was even able to take care of a troublesome CEL that has been plaguing my car for several years! You can trust that Jason and his shop will do top quality work and won’t take you for a ride.

Jason is not someone to be trusted. He was looking to buy our High performance car and as such he stated he wanted a high performance exam by an dealer. He stated he would pay for the inspection. He called the dealer and arranged what inspection he was wanting. We just had the vehicle serviced and check the month prior and the day before had it detailed for him. The dealers repair man and Jason were keeping in touch quite frequently which was odd. We were then told by the repair man after he spoke with Jason that we needed new magnetic struts. Which would be 10,000$. Jason then wanted 10,000$ taken off the price of the car. Here the thing though there was no problem with the magnetic struts. It was tire shine on the struts from the detailing done the day before and the dealers repair person even said that but was influenced by Jason to say it was all the struts so Jason could try to get the car for less. Also Jason never paid for the inspection that he wanted and left us with the 500$ dollar bill. He then ask my Son who was selling it to get a second opinion from another service department and stated he would pay for that as well. As you probably guessed by now he was not intending to pay for anything but merely trying to force the price down on a vehicle. Just think if hes dishonest like this when buying cars to sell he is likely that way when he is repairing your car as well. Beware of this guy!!!! Very shady! And don’t fall for this like we did as I’m sure this is his MO for buying cars. Very unethical.

What an enjoyable experience to have someone that actually still has outstanding core customer service skills. I took my daughter’s Mercedes to a supposed reputable shop due to a fluid leakage and with their “Digital walkthrough” found that the valve cover gaskets at a price of $600. I authorized it and low and behold the next morning when they were gonna start I get a call with a bill for $3,000. Me of course freaking out decide that I’m either gonna scrap the vehicle or try and trade. I decided as I was picking it up to Call Jason at Royal because he had helped with a prior vehicle. I took the car there and to summarize he was $800 less and showed me the valve cover gaskets were perfect. The other place flat lied about that being an issue. Jason thoroughly explained every part he needed along with their function. I had ZERO problem paying him for the service and the e tea effort he went to ensure it was completed promptly. 2 days after we picked the car up my daughter noticed fluid underneath the vehicle and freaked. She called me and I called to leave a message for Jason and he not only answered but came to my daughters house at 7:45 pm to ensure that it was nothing majorly damaging to the vehicle to see if we could drive it or if it needed towing. It was a plastic chip on the old power steering reservoir through age had created a leak. This was not at his fault that this happened, but being the great family and customer focused owner that he is ordered it overnight and actually came to my house where the car was on a Saturday and fixed it. I felt horrible as he brought his young sons with him. My daughter had been communicating with him and they arranged this to take place as the vehicle had no power steering as was not safe. All in all I profoundly recommend Jason and his team at Royal to anyone! It is a breath of fresh air knowing I have someone with such integrity and honesty to work on all of our vehicles.
