Huge gaming, RPG, table top gaming, and board game selection. Really a massive store filled with all sorts of unique games. One of the biggest stores I have ever been in and I have visited a lot of stores all around the country on vacation.

My favorite hobby store in the area. After being turned off my another local hobby store scalping cards, I was on the lookout for a place to buy my favorite cards and board games. Adventure Games did not disappoint! Not only are they fair on prices, but everyone Ive met that works there are genuinely awesome people. Highly recommend!

They have easy more puzzles than they did a year ago - I love it! Such a cool store with tons of fun games. I have a really hard time not spending all my money here. 😂

Well-lit, clean, and well-stocked. I took a wander through here on a visit to the area. They have lots of space for table top gaming and a good selection of all types of board games.The back of the store had lots of stock of the customizable figures for table top gaming and they had a store length counter with packs of cards. They also looked to have some fun gift options. Employees were friendly and people were social distancing.

AMAZING set-up, great products to purchase, and family friendly. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and there are TONS of D&D and MTG items! Plus, books, puzzles, stuffed toys, and more for kids! Cant wait to go back!

Best game store in the Fox Valley. Roomy, clean, and competitive pricing. Staff knowledge of inventory seems unlimited. Variety is unmatched. Cribbage, Magic, Xwing, Warhammer, Dungeons and Dragons, etc.... Kind and family friendly environment. Dependable reservations on games. Great location. A+ store.

It was my first visit today and I was far from impressed. I placed an order for cards I needed, consisting of mainly non-foils and two foils. They placed multiple foils in my order (for cards I didnt want in foil) that were significantly curled to the point that theyre still sitting under a book. After my brother used a gift card, the shop owner quickly asked him for it back once empty because it cost the store $1 to make. Plus, every foil on display was significantly curled. It was an alright atmosphere, but I was far from impressed.

This place is awesome. They literally have everything a gamer could imagine. Never have any trouble finding something to buy. Plus it is very well organized and clean inside.

Great Store. Good Prices. Excellent selection of board games, miniatures, magic cards, legos, and childrens toys. Very spacious for tournament events and casual gatherings to engage simultaneously with out feeling cramped.Clean store with clean spacious bathrooms that even provide a baby station for changing newborns. Friendly staff and friendly owner. Overall very well run and operated. The quality of the customers is friendly and positive with a casual feel adding to the fun of playing there. Rather then highly competitive, negative, or closed off.The owner even let me and one other customer stay past closing to complete our game of Epic X-Wing miniatures one night when he and a few friends stayed late to paint more miniatures and miniature terrain to add to the provided terrain for communal use in store by customers.Definitely highly recommend over their competition in the area. Of the two it is the best run, best operated, with the largest selection, and better atmosphere and quality of both customers and employees. In comparison to their completion they are both night and day. Along with their competition being light years away in business practices and quality of store as a whole.

If I could live in their basement, I would. Then, I could happily just wander around the shop gawking at all the cool stuff, talking about gaming, painting, modelling...oh wait...I do all that already (except the basement part and COVID). Excellent staff - truly really great people and veteran-owned. There are stores much closer but this is pretty much my only go to.

Friendly atmosphere, staff were very kind and knowledgeable about all things gaming! I think Adventure games just became my new official favorite game store since I just moved here from Vancouver, Washington! You wont be disappointed with their selection and volume of games/cards. This was my first time in the store. I was looking for something for the family for christmas. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable! The prices were as good or better than you can buy online! I will definitely be back again!

This is my friendly local game store of choice. There are a number of options in my area and this store has a great atmosphere and the staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous every time I go in. They carry a huge selection of games and related stuff and if there is something they dont have, I have not had an issue with them ordering it for me. Ted was even able to find some out of print items for me and they were reasonable considering they were years long past.

This place is great for table top gaming and card gaming supplies, for avid players, as well as newbies and those looking for gifts. In particular there is a woman that seems to be working every time I go to get MTG items for my boyfriend and she is very helpful and does not give the feeling that Im a burden for not knowing a lot about the game and needs. Shes the best!!

The best store in town for table top games, bar none. They have hundreds of games, space to play them, and knowledgeable staff to help you find them. I use the store primarily for Magic the Gathering singles, and they have a fantastic selection and great prices on those as well.

It’s such a welcoming environment for gamers of all ages and interests, and the staff are always knowledgeable and super friendly. I’d guess that 90% of our game collection owes its existence to AG&H :-)

Was in country a while ago visiting friends. Absolutely amazing store. I cannot stress enough how awesome all the staff are and how much of a chill environment they have!Was great to see such a welcoming space for everyone to share their love of gaming.10/10 Would fly back to the US just to visit this place again!

I was just visiting the area with my wife and younger sister, and they wanted to pick up the latest D&D book for a campaign. We stopped by and we were so impressed that the environment felt so positive and welcoming! No one talked down to any of my family like they needed extra help for being a woman or might not know what theyre talking about with nerd stuff. They had a wonderful selection and the prices were reasonable for any FLGS. Thank you for the excellent service, if and when we are in the area again we will be making it a priority to stop by and we recommend all our friends do the same!

Do not purchase Pokemon cards here.They are price gouging, charging more than double the MSRP.This is a despicable practice and making it near impossible for my kids to enjoy Pokemon.

Really nice selection! I love that this store ensures its open gaming environment is welcoming. It is important that we have places like this where teenagers can enjoy trying & sharing games (DM, Board/etc) with adults.

Playing at adventure games was very interesting. With the amount of space this store has with a more variety of games in this store it is a sight to behold. They host tornaments and adventures league but they all cost money to join these. the store people are a bit helpful when it is something that you need. Above all i believe this is the best gaming store in Oshkosh.

Tonight I came to Adventure Games expecting to play D&D. It was my third time joining a group of individuals I had come to like and I always enjoyed our sessions. I chose to leave shortly after arriving however as the owner, Teddy, decided to shout at us and act as a child in front of his whole establishment about a conversation we had last week that he deemed inappropriate, making more than one patron feel quite uncomfortable I am sure. He was gauche and didnt care to hear our side of the story even though some of the group has been playing there for years without incident and now they are no longer welcome. If that is the power of a review then I hope this one stings, Teddy, because neither I nor my friends will be frequenting your place of business any longer.

While the Fox River Valley has plenty of game stores I honesty think this is one of if not the best.The selection ranges from card games to board games as well as a huge selections of miniature wargaming options. If you can’t find it here then the staff is happy and willing to help.I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon and there were a lot of different events and games going on.Again, if you are looking for a great local game store I highly recommend checking this place out!

This a great store to find warhammer, puzzles, card games, and all sorts of board games. The owners are amazing and care about their customers. They host tons of different game nights and other activities.

Such a great local game store. Although you pay a little more (not much, usually like $5/ than Amazon you get so much more. The staff are passionate about gaming and they have a great selectionThey also have tournaments and community play all the time. You can meet new fellow nerds, try new games and watch games youd probably never be able to afford. The community is very welcoming and is eager to assist you regardless of what level you are at.

Im an avid 5th edition player and love any game store that makes safe spaces for marginalized folks. The geek shall inherit the earth, but nerds have been on the fringe for a long time. Played a few games here with friends. The tables are really cool (resin with cards or classic game boards in them) and the atmosphere was comfortable.

Been to this store several times for games they have a great selection of board games, role playing games, also sell miniatures and magic. Great open space to play with several large tables. The staff here has always been quite friendly and pleasant.

Recently, the news of how a party here engaged in disgusting behavior during a DND session has hit the internet. As a woman player myself, I just wanted to stop by and say how proud and happy I am with the way this establishment handled the issue. Thanks for sticking up for all people, including women. Im glad to have been born in a time where I can find welcoming environments to enjoy DND. And its all thanks to guys like you!

Best game and card shop you will ever find. Huge selection, friendly helpful, and knowledgeable staff. They are have an awesome location down town. The patrons are helpful and will be more then willing to help you if you want to learn a new game. They have demo board games tourneys and as I said every game under the sun. If they dont have it they will order it. Also if you dont know what you want do not fear they will help you find your new favorite game. I love this place! They have everything Magic and Warhammer. They host lots of different game events, the staff is all super friendly and knowledgeable, and the owners are so nice!!! Compared to other local game stores, they have really good prices too. I go out of my way to go to Adventure gaming versus Amazon or other stores.

The cashier woman was extremely kind and offered me to join them on family and friend night. The selection was nothing special and exciting to me. The organization could be better. Not the cleanest place. First time being here and upon walking in there was a very strong odor of body sweat. The place smelled horrible.

A very nice and clean store with a good selection. The only downside is they only support a few games with regular tournaments. Most other table top games like X-wing are left to casual play only.

Nice family run game shop with a huge selection of games and accesories for casual to hardcore gamers. Friendly staff that are willing to help you as well as explain products. The shop is set up with multiple tables for people to come in and play games as well.

Some of the best prices around on most board games. I went to 2 other hobby and game shops in appleton that had higher prices. The staff is also helpful and they have regular game nights.
