I would never go in here, even if I *was* rich. Though its down to aesthetic, honestly. I personally dont like the brand, and would recommend shopping at a local designer or artist for your accessories. Doing so would support unique local artists and give you a truly unique accessory instead of something simply expensive and mass produced.

Amazing customer service. They have a great team of people there that are willing to help. Theyre actually TOO nice and attentive. The manager is extremely nice and had the decency to show her face (unlike other high-end stores where even the cleaning people have a stick up their tush). Love this place and will def come back. They even have an ex-Disney princess working there - and shes very attractive. Where else would I buy excessively over-priced accessories that I love?

At first the service seemed great! I bought my wedding ring more than a month ago and I was supposed to receive it engraved 2 weeks after. Apparently the salesperson who sold it to me was not working there anymore and no one took over my order. I went there 3 weeks after I bought it and they had no idea what I was talking about and even tried to charge me for the engraving (even though it is included when you buy the ring from the store). The new sales consultant lady told me she would get it in the upcoming week and apologized. Today, two weeks after my second visit and more than a month after I bought it, I called AGAIN an the sales consultant lady said “oh yeah let me look where it is” and she found out the ring arrived to the store yesterday. Lack of communication and order with this store.

Im sure its a perfectly lovely shop but not a chance I could afford anything in it... and even if I could Im not sure Id waste my money, imagine how much Id get in Penneys/Primark for the same amount of money😎.

A beautiful store with a great selection of jewelry, timepieces, and leather goods. June took a good deal of time showing us jewelry and was incredibly friendly!

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Terrible customer service - had zero willingness to take even one step out of their way to assist a customer. Will never overpay for one of their watches.
