Its not cheap, however its a pretty high quality gift shop. I highly recommended it.

It’s a nice store but there’s an employee (Nia) was her name who was folding the clothes, was warning people who walked by the T-Shirts telling you those are already folded , every single time you walk by , told my parents numerous times which was rude. I spoke to the manager and all he kept saying he understand but people always mess up the clothes which is crazy they take it so serious, we not once had the opportunity to even pick up a T-shirt. She said it was near closing time and have I ever worked at a clothing store to relate to her. I have never experienced such bad customer service at a tourist like store. She gets paid for keeping it organize and helping which I did not get why she was complaining. It was one small shelf of shirts, anyways Like I said not even at a higher market store do they tell you not to touch the folded t shirts. As a customer I like to see what I am purchasing, my parents walked out upset and did not purchase anything due to her attitude. Traveled really far to by family gifts which they couldn’t even happily do or even get a chance to do so.

We stop by EVERY YEAR to get our souvenirs for the family.Great store not cluddered very organized only thing is its no eating in the store !its a snow cone place rite INFRONT of the store so my son came in to give me a taste of his while i was checking out the store sales associate came from behind the counter to tell us there was no eating in the store!!I ALMOST RETURNED EVERYTHING I BOUGHT! but didnt want to hold the line up because it could have been a BETTER APPROACH.Needless to say next year we WILL GO venture to other gift shops!

360 Gift shop is a very big store with a huge selection of souvenirs, here you can find a variety of mugs, magnets, t-shirts, etc. All very organized and friendly staff who will help with the choice.

Just got there last week and was a bit disappointed with the price. Our hotel was along W Irlo Bronson memorial Hwy and one of the gift shops there called jungle falls, it is the building with a Wizard (in Google) sells cheaper (but much more good quality IMO) than the one sold here at I-360 Gifts. I think it because the location that they get good reviews but note that they are $2 to $5 more expensive that other souvenir shops scattered all over orlando.

Just save your money and go to the orlando area walmarts to get your souvenirs.

Boring items nothing pops out. Go there if youre looking for items for your great grand parents.

I’m here on a vacation with my family and I found this store.Here you can find all types of souvenirs, t-shirts, toys , some funny staff and ect.I’ve never seen such cool cups and shot glasses with Disney pictures on it. We bought some gift sets with mickey and minni. The customer service is really great. It was busy but girls who are working there always will try to help you as much as they can.

Be warned, this place will rip you off. Before you buy here, go to the Walmart across the street. Chances are they have whatever you want to buy for about $5 cheaper. This shop is simply a “buy from Walmart and resell for more”

Great place to buy your souvenirs from both Disney and Universal theme. Would suggest to visit other shops in the area as some items are sold with a higher price. We went across the street and found similar items for less. But overall great variety of gifts to buy including clothing, key chains, mugs, and magnets.

First of all this place is big and you can find in there anything you like. You even dont need to go to universal for some souvenirs. This is a typical tourist gift shop, located in the I Drive 360 Plaza.You can find all sorts of cute apparel, from T-shirts and Disney baby duds. There are also accessories like hats and backpacks.Of course there are all of the other typical gifts from shot glasses to sun glasses. So, if youre here from out of town, this is a good spot to find those cute little Orlando signature items to take home.

One of the best gift shops in Orlando! I was looking for souvenirs for my young sister because she adores Disney cartoons and found a lot of amazing stuff there. Everything looks great, the girls were very advisable and friendly.
