We purchased 2 sets of double doors and one single door, all exterior. The install was good, but the follow up and warranty is horrible. The weather stripping is coming off on all doors. We called in the summer of 2020 requesting a fix, and understandably it was COVID and the supply chain was slow. Months later I had to contact them to find out what was going on, of course, its the supply chain. Fast forward a year later. Finally someone came out, but wrong parts. How does that happen? They installed! A few months later, no one followed up, I contacted them again and the lady in the office said she would grab the weather stripping off the truck before anyone else did. Again, wrong color. There has been no follow up, I emailed her this past week, and no response. We spend thousands on these doors, we have a warranty that they do not honor. RUN AWAY FROM THEM! I dont know what happened to this company, but they dont care once they have your money.

We just had 12 windows installed and a sliding glass door and are very pleased with the results. DJ our sales rep answered all my questions and concerns, provided different options and made sure things went smoothly. He was very professional and courteous. Our installer was Matt and he was exceptional. I was very impressed by his work. He kept everything neat and tidy and was able to complete everything in 3 days all by himself. The windows look so good now and the AC runs much less than before. A huge improvement over the original windows as far as smoothness of operation and looks. I highly recommend FAS if youre thinking about new windows.

Im surprised I havent left a review of FAS sooner. My wife and I had had our windows and French Doors replaced by FAS about two years ago after seeing them at the Florida Home & Garden show. Living in FL we wanted something hurricane proof so we didnt have to hang panels multiple times a season.Great quality product and professional service. Both pre and post installation. After about a year we noticed some settling of the house/door frame on the french doors preventing the doors from latching (but could deadbolt). This wasnt an installation problem but is because the house is a 70+ year old post-war build. FAS came out and made adjustments and the door is like new.Since then weve replaced the back door as well and now all entrances are protected, insulated, and QUIET. My wife and I live close to the Orlando Executive Airport. While the air traffic noise isnt as bad as being near MCO, we can tell the difference and our home is noticably cooler.While Im not saying any other window vendor out there is necessarily better or worse, I can say that I am extremely happy with both the products and service provided by FAS.Thank you!

Installation went well on March 27. . However they installed two damaged screens. Ive made numerous phone calls over the last 4 months and was told the screens were ordered, then the system closed the order , then reordered.Today Ryan and Skylar came out replaced my screens , they could not have been more professional or personable. Today Ryan and Parrish replaced a window and they could not have been more courteous and professional. They knew exactly what needed to be done and they were in and out within minutes. FAS is truly the best window company I have ever dealt with. My windows were installed over 10 years ago and whenever I have an issue with a window they are more than happy to fix it. I have recommended them to clients and friends and they all have been very happy with the quality and level of service they received. FAS has grown in leaps and bounds over the years, but they still have fantastic customer service of a Father and Son company.

We had a wonderful experience with this company. The sales people were always available to answer any questions. They were very professional and courteous and kind. This was a big project, 37 single pane windows were replaced with high quality, double pane Simonton windows. We also had set of triple slider doors replaced with a pair of high quality PPG double slider doors. Our house is 18 years old and the windows were in terrible shape. FAS Windows and Doors does it again! I always say you get what you pay for. Had a boat load of windows and doors done almost a year ago. I recently noticed a scratch in one of my sliders glass. FAS Sales Consultant Jason Miller was hands down the most professional and knowledgable consultant I met with out of the 6 other companies I received a quote from. He provided me with so much information that I ended up having questions for other companies that they could not answer or did not know much about. This is a huge financial decision for homeowners and a company who has consultants who are not pushy, are not afraid to give you the good and the bad, and who want you to be as informed as possible is a huge need. If you are going to get quotes book FAS first, everything else will be pushy and unimpressive at best. There was no sales script from Jason just a genuine desire to see if FAS could give us what we were looking for. Trust me Im an avid researcher and they are hands down the company to go with!

I had a great service call from Josh and Ryan. They called ahead of time since they were running early to make sure I was home and ready for my replacement window. They carefully took out the old sash and replaced it with the new one. Josh even noticed some defects in the caulking around the window and immediately touched it up. Ryan and Josh also cleaned the new sash and surrounding window frame and adjusted the locking levers.They also provided some tips on raising and lowering the window to keep it from getting out of alignment.Couldnt ask for better technicians. We had FAS install all new windows on the bottom floor of our home. There were over 20 windows and it was a rather daunting undertaking - both figuring out what product is out there, plus finding a place that can install as well as sell the windows to you. Scott with FAS was fantastic - very patient with all our questions, and the ultimate price included installation, getting permits - all the loose ends were tied up. Matt did the install, and Scott was on the job to help make sure everything went smoothly. Matt did an amazing job. Windows are beautiful and will last for a very long time. They made a big job manageable, and were excellent at explaining options and answering questions along the way. Highly recommend.

Josh came this Wednesday afternoon to do post Orange County inspection tasks. We was courteous, thorough, explained what and why he was doing things when necessary. We felt comfortable having him in our house. He was careful to follow COVID-19 guidelines. There were a few items will necessitate his return to complete because those items were not on his truck. We are glad we choose FAS!Ryan came Monday morning to repair kitchen window due to a material defect. He repaired the originally installed window sash rather than the replacement sash they ordered as the replacement they ordered had dings that he considered not acceptable. The repaired sash looks great! Also, Ryan added adhesive to the floor trim for family room french door. I’m sure it will not pop loose again. Overall we are very satisfied with FAS windows products, installers and service techs!

Windows & doors have been great over the last 8+ years. Called for service and was pleasantly surprised when a one hour schedule was provided. I had all windows and doors replaced in my home. I selected FAS after speaking with 3 other local companies and looking at products in their showroom. The quality of FAS products are much better than others I looked at. What we contractually agreed to is exactly what was done and pricing was firm to quote.Great sales and service department! Ryan and Josh in service dept. have always been professional and attentative to my needs. They are well experienced in what they do. I highly recommend FAS windows and doors.My neighbor also liked the product and install and called them the next day, and they too replaced all windows and doors and are very pleased.

When I was looking to put new windows in my home, I found no companies that had great ratings. I chose FAS because their reviews seemed not as bad as some of the other companies. But their reviews were not great either. Lessons learned here – bad is bad. I ordered my windows in October of 2020. I knew at that time it would be January 15,, 2021 before the 2 sets of sliders and 4 windows arrived. So the week of January 15 they came out to install them only to find out that someone in the office changed the measurements on one of the sets of sliders and so the wrong doors were delivered. Now I waited over 15 weeks for these doors. After the sales call they sent a production person out to get the exact measurements. You would think they would have some type of pull to get a rush order for these doors. In the meantime, while waiting for the second set of doors we noticed the one set that was installed had marks all over the glass on the inside and couldn’t be cleaned. When we told FAS they said they would have to order new glass. Another 15-week order!!! Melissa was my Project Manager. She was useless. She never picked up the phone and never returned my calls. The new 2nd set of doors were not installed till mid-May. When the first set of doors were installed, they had to change the inside moldings around the doors by going to Home Depot to pick some up, because they don’t have it on the truck. I told Melissa to make sure they picked up the same molding before they came with the second door. She had me send her pictures of the molding. On installation day of the new set of doors they were to arrive between 8-9 am. They arrived at 10:30 to remove the old door but the doors did not arrive with the other driver till 1:30. When I asked about the molding I was told “Oh, no one told us that.” So, they had to go to Home Depot. Then they didn’t have caulk and had to wait for the next guy to get there. Shouldn’t window guys have caulking on the truck? Then they realized they didn’t have penny nails for the molding and had to go to Home Depot yet again!! There is no communication within the company and little to no communication once you place your order. After the first install, I asked for compensation for my trouble since it was their fault. They said they wouldn’t even discuss it till the job was complete. Really? At that point they have you over a barrel and you are at their mercy. They ended up giving me 10% off my remaining balance but the aggravation they put me through was not worth it. After the install was completed they had to come out 3 more times to fix the sliders because they leaked water around them. Buyer beware before doing business with FAS.

Daniel is a customer service rock star. FAS is truly a great company who provides outstanding service. We had window leaks which compromised the window, and Daniel was sent out to identify the issue. He realized it was a defective frame and ordered a new window and fame. This was all done through their warranty, with no haggling!

FAS windows and doors did not install my windows, so they refuse to take me as a customer for a minor repair to a leaking encasement. They have a 3 window replacement minimum. My window is only 2 years old, and I only need to address one window. Doesn’t care about the customer. I guess I need to replace 3 windows if I don’t want to do long lasting damage to my home.

Ryan arrived exactly when promised to find out why ants were getting inside one of the PGT windows we had installed in late 2016. I was pleased to see he was wearing a mask. After introducing himself, Ryan examined our window and quickly identified the problem. He showed my husband and me what had happened and explained how he would correct the issue. We appreciated Ryans willingness to answer several questions, including how best to clean the window glass and tracks. Ryan advised us to use WD-40 Silicone spray to lubricate moving parts in our windows and patio door every six months and demonstrated how to do it. We appreciated the preventative maintenance tip. Ryan reviewed his notations on our receipt and let us know how long it would be before the new part was installed. He gave us his business card and invited us to contact him with any further questions about our windows. Ryan was professional, detail-oriented, and seemed genuinely interested in making sure our experience was positive. (It was!) Thank you for the great customer service!

FAS advertises great customer service, however that has not been my experience. Two sliding patio doors where installed on 2/25, and entry door on 2/26 (different install teams between days). Patio door install went well, entry door not so much. Had wrong door hardware, poorly installed outside trim and sidelight was installed backwards (screws for window are on outside). They attempted to order new door hardware (deadbolt and handles), it took over a month to get, but only ordered deadbolt....We are going on 7+ weeks since install, still have these issues and all doors still require inspection and finish work. So far two technicians came to repair the entry door, but have only documented and took pictures to report back to the office. It has been one week since the issues were last documented. No one from the office has called or emailed to notify me of their plans to correct this.I have emailed (dont get responses), and when I have called the previous responses have been requires a service appt. How many service appts do I need before something actually gets fixed? Dont expect good customer service or communication if you encounter any problems....

This is for the service on January 21, 2021My French door was stuck and did not open properly. Josh examined the door and was able to immediately determine what corrective action was needed. Work was completed in just a few minutes. Josh was courteous and friendly.

Ryan was extremely helpful and thorough in resolving my window issue. He even gave me a quick “tutorial” on features of my windows that I didn’t remember since having them installed. I really appreciate FAS working me in so quickly especially at this holiday time of the year.

Ryan, Daniel, and Parrish from FAS worked on replacing 3 windows in our home. Ive never had windows replaced, but I imagined it would be a loud, messy experience -- however, that was not the case at all. The FAS team was extremely professional and kept the sound relatively quiet. My 1.5 year old son was able to stay asleep during his nap and my husband was able to take work calls from home. The team left our home nice and tidy. We are very happy with the work and our new shiny windows. As a bonus, the guys were sweet with my son when he woke up.

Today FAS serviced my Windows installed 11 years ago. Ryan worked on each window such to improve their ability to slide easily. He discovered some factory issues, which the company is to correct. I was very pleased with Ryan’s attention to detail, his explanations to me of his plan & the company standing behind their product.

I am please to say that our front door installation has been completed. Doug re-installed the doors and the job was perfect- so much so that the Winter Garden inspector said that it was one of the best installations he had seen in a while. The reason for the 3 stars is that it took 7 weeks to get to this point and several days of lost work to get this done. HOWEVER, I APPLAUD FAS in their customer support and in willingness to correct the situation. I am not sure that I would have received that level of satisfaction from big box store. This is the main reason we went to FAS. I am most appreciative of any company that stands by their work. I would (and have already) recommend FAS to neighbors, with the caveat to make sure that there is clear understanding from the sales person as to exactly what the completed job will look like and that what is being sold can actually be installed.

I cant say enough about the customer service from FAS. I had a problem with a window and once Debbie found out about it she was right on it, ensuring my replacement was ordered and installed. Ryan, the installer, went above and beyond to ensure that my new window was installed perfectly. He didnt let a few minor setbacks get in his way; he finished the job, cleaned up and was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend everyone at FAS and their windows cant be beat!

I ordered windows for 6 openings this summer when COVID shut downs we’re already in place. My order was estimated 8-10weeks for completion and they acknowledged that was with Covid19 delaying things a bit. At 24 weeks all the windows arrived and a install was scheduled. One was the complete wrong window two others were broken and a third they never finished installing. I got 2 windows out of 6 ordered on my full install day. FAS reordered the windows and said I was expected to wait as long as it took which may mean an additional 6 months. The windows that they left in the openings were not sealed. They left torn drywall exposed framing and insulation. You may pay full price for the best based on referrals and reviews but beware that you may be expected to wait 6-12 months and be left with a damaged leaking home and be forced to get someone else to repair their damage.I gave them 2 stars based on some of their employees who clearly are trying to do their job and deserve some recognition but management could not give me any plan to correct their failures.I gave them money and I’m still shopping for carpenter, drywall, and paint to repair what I’m left with.I hope everyone else gets the 5 star FAS experience I expected at this price point but know you may be left spending your money and being left holding for broken windows and year long waits.I think you may find empty promises of times quality and even promised discounts when stuff goes poorly. They did not deliver for me.

I met my new neighbor Ryan today and what an awesome guy! I had a majorly malfunctioning patio door and he came right over to help. He spent his own time making my door look and work like Brand new. FAS did an install of 3 windows and 3 doors. The initial instal on the doors had some hiccups. FAS sent Daniel out to solve the installation issues. Daniel bent over backwards to accommodate us and solve all of your initial install issues. He was creative, careful and through.Since the initial install wasn’t 100% smooth I can’t give it 5 stars. But since FAS stepped up and sent the right fixer it saved the relationship and kept my faith in choosing their products and service.

Replacing the windows in my home and changing out an ill fitting set of French doors for a slider set was a very very positive experience. The process from setting up the initial meeting when I was getting estimates; meeting with the salesman who answered all my questions, through the measurements after I chose FAS to replace my windows was smooth. The office staff was pleasant, courteous, supportive and kept me updated on the status and with documents they required. The two gentlemen that came to install my windows were so respectful and conscientious. Their work ethic was top notch and is rarely seen nowadays. They worked diligently and meticulously through each step of the process to remove and install the new windows, and going back over again to make sure everything was perfect. If I were to find myself in a new house and needing windows, the only company I would contact would be FAS, and the only team I would request for the install would be James and Robert. I could not recommend FAS, their product and their representatives highly enough.

Ryan Griffin came by post installation to put the finishing touches on and make sure everything was working properly. He was courteous, friendly and made sure we were happy and well taken care of. We highly recommend. 👍

They made the entire process easy. The sales rep came out for a product demonstration, then I selected the windows I wanted, they measured, and got them ordered. The staff kept me up to date on the status of my order which took a little longer because of delays in the supply chain due to COVID-19. They also handles all of the permits and helped schedule the inspection. The installers were quick, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. A big thanks to Steve, Susie and Dijohn!

For the price point, you cannot beat FAS doors. My salesman, Dave, was low pressure and did a great job of explaining cost options.That said, our installation day was a mess. Exposed sheet rock was left, torn screen, dirty glass and the doors did not lock. Josh & Ryan- service techs came out and did a great job making repairs as did their service manager who spent over 2 hours tweaking everything. Doors are now perfect.Just make sure you have the A team on your install day and you’ll receive a great product. FAS stands behind their product and it seems like they really want their customers satisfied.

Had windows installed a bit over a year ago. The instal took about 2 days. So far so good. The windows are good products and FAS has come out twice since then to check-up on them, and us, to make sure they are functioning properly. Today was a yearly checkup with Ryan and Daniel. They both came at the scheduled time and quickly, but assuredly, checked our windows inside and out and made any adjustments (such as recaulking) and gave us instructions for future care of the windows. They were not the cheapest company, but well worth it from the attention and customer service they offer - not to mention the superior product and install.

But, it is interesting to me that FAS doesnt review the office experiences. That part needs some help. This rating is for the workers.

FAS Windows & Doors - Orlando installed a few doors for us more than a year ago. We had an excellent experience from the start. Fast, efficient and quality product. We called recently to have a slight adjustment to the pin that holds one of the panels in place. The rep was here on time, confirmed my request and made the adjustment quickly. He was professional, wore a mask, and social distanced. Another positive experience.

I had a follow up service call to change door trim and the service technician, Josh was here on time and completed the work with knowledge and efficiency.I still need an additional piece to be replaced and he took pictures and assured me that he would follow up with getting the part ordered.

Expert installation - he was very determined to tackle removing our old windows and even burned up two circular saws. He clean up as he went which was so appreciated. The installer was very nice and stayed late to complete the installation. The windows are beautiful and so very fancy. We love them. Easy to use, easy to clean, eliminate road noise from outside, and keeps the heat out. Everything we wanted in a window!!

FAS installed Simonton windows and they are great to manage the temperature.My main reason I bought the double panel windows was to reduce outside noise from neighbor A/C an pool pump. The sad part is that this windows muffles the sound into a humming noise like if you where in an airplane. FAS came back to fill the filling around the window but issue didnt improved. Tried to contact FAS to follow up on this and they never contacted me back.

I can’t thank Josh Rhoades (service technician) enough. Right away he not only found out the problem we had with our storm door but also found another small issue and fixed it. Very refreshing to have someone who takes pride in his work!! Thank you again sir!

We have been happy repeat FAS customers for about, seven years. Recently, we had windows put into our condo. When we discovered that the windows moved from side to side, when opening, we called service. Josh and Doug came out and re-shimmed two of the three windows. The two men executed the repairs quickly and were incredibly friendly and professional!

FAS installed three windows (a bay window unit) in 2015 and yesterday I noticed a crack in the sealing between window and exterior wall. By luck Ryan and Josh were in my neighborhood this morning and agreed to come by and take a look after I flagged down their FAS truck. They sealed the crack promptly.
