Regularly I came to this place to do an oil change, this time I came to have new tires installed, but they are very dirty people, they scratched my wheels and they did not want to be held responsible, which they only said was part of the job, if they are not small scratches are quite large. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE DIRTY PEOPLE TO WORK.NEVER COME BACK

Worst service and treatment ever! Bring my car to do oil change. As always they start to recommend a lot of services, i agreed to do tires alignment. When the car was ready my car now is strong pushing to the right side, almost impossible to drive. I called and Joseph Clover asked me to go again there to solve the problem, i went 1 day later and he tried to sell me 2 new tires to solve the problem. My car was OK before the service, now they caused a problem and the only solution is buy 2 new tires. I asked to any other solution and they even tried to check the car to see a solution. Asked money back they denied too. Never recommend you to go to this brand! Incredible!

HAD TO CALL THE POLICE to get my car back after paying the full invoice amount because they wouldn’t give me my keys upon request.Long story short. We disagreed on what was approved and needed and that the amount was not deducted as I thought and didnt know you did the work I didnt need but chose to do. I still paid the entire amount. Chalked up to learning lesson of not asking for written estimates. Even though they checked the box a written estimate would be provided.Manager refused to give me my keys since I wouldn’t sign some paper. I asked multiple times for my keys. He wouldn’t give them. Called the police. Turned out they needed to verify I was the guy who put more money into a car than its worth. I can’t believe I’m not the first person to sign something at the store.

I had to travel urgently to another city and they promised to do an inspection in 45 minutes and change the brake pads and rotor in another 45 minutes, I left the car with them, 3 hours later and after several calls asking for an explanation, they told me to wait 5 minutes, after 38 minutes had passed, I called again, they asked me to wait 5 more minutes, finally after more than 4 hours they called me to tell me that they did not have the parts to make the change and I could not attend my emergency, I do not recommend them, they are not serious people to do business

I used to love this place. I have been a loyal customer over the past few years, but today they lost me.I came in in Jan and brought four brand new Bridgestone tires (keep in mind that I buy based on price and warranty). Today, I was told there is no warranty for tires, so I would be paying out of pocket if there is an issue. Ok! So I checked my receipt, and he was right! No warranty was placed on tires... which tells me I was manipulated last time because, again, I would not buy anything without a warranty. But I took the loss as I should have trusted but verified my conversation with the sales rep. Now I know just words cannot charge them.They were moving on to my next vehicle. I brought brand new in 2017 and recently had issues where my dashboard would read maintenance needs on tires. So I took to tires plus a few weeks ago, and they told me nothing was wrong, reset my lights, and charged me nothing. Perfect! However, Immediately after, the lights came back on, and I found the time to take back today for a second opinion, and now theyre saying my threads are low, but my tire pressure was too high. So they reset it and asked if I would like to go ahead and replace the tires.Keep in mind, and As I am learning the diagnosis of this vehicle, I found that the other vehicle has no warranty, so I say No. Ill go pick it up now. I pick it up but with a light resetting fee of $22. (Money wasnt the issue here, but the inconsistency was). I paid and just walked away like... these people didnt even offer assistance to my case and behaved as if they could go without my business.Lesson learned.

Very bad experience with them. I brought my Ford Escape hybrid to get fixed , they told me the problem was fixed, a couple days later same problem happen again. Than that’s when they want to tell me , something new was wrong with the car, and I had to now go to a Ford dealership to get my car fixed because they couldn’t help me , with a hybrid . They were now saying this if I would’ve known I would’ve never went here. so I basically paid for the car to get fixed and they didn’t even fix the problem , now I have to do payment plans on a car they didn’t even fix the problem. Very scammy

Alignment was done and it took no time. I came from the Apopka store who said it would be an ALL DAY WAIT! 😫KIRKMAN location gave excellent service! Fast service! Staff is amazing!The Manager Shawn has this place running like a well oiled machine!

I went on for an oil change and they tried to sell me a water pump for $900+. They wouldnt change the oil, because oil and water can mix. Their words not mine. I asked my keys and ran for the hills because I knew it wasnt the water pump because I changed it 1 1/2 years ago. The real problem, bad thermostat stuck closed. Cost me $30 to fix myself and got the oil change somewhere else. Talk about overselling...not cool.

I went there for a tire and was quoted a good price for 1 tire. Cool I bring it in and they call me several hours later saying my car needs another tire. Ok I asked the guy when was the tires installed because I bought 3 tires last year. He told me they installed it last year which was true and I asked him what was the warranty on the tire? He said WE DONT WARRANTY OUR TIRES. Wait what so if I buy tires from tires plus you dont warranty there tires. So ok if I need tire please put it on. They called me back again to tell me no one has the tire even after he told me they did so they wanted to give me a different tire for twice the price. So they dont warranty there product and they lied to get more money do not get played by tires plus

I was sold a 1.5 year old tire as newI went in to tires plus store number 691739 in need of a tire replacement.When I went to pick up the car after work was finished, I noticed the tire pressure cap was missing, and that the new tire that I purchased was over a year old. I bought this tire on July 26 2021 and it was made in the 11th week of 2020 (Early March). That is almost a year and a half that this tire was sitting undyed in the heat, having the rubber degrade.I brought this to the attention of the manager on duty Joseph Glover, young Caucasian male with brown hair and glasses in case his name tag was wrong, who curtly brushed off my concern and claimed the tire was still new. I asked him if the reccomended 5 year replacement time was from the date the tire is driven on, or from the manufacturer date printed on the tire. He himself admitted that it was from the printed date. Further expressing my concern at having lost 20% of this tires usabilty, Joseph simply repeated that it was a new tire and failed to show concern or offer a solution. He then ignored my tire pressure cap issue to assist another customer, and the lady working next to him had to prompt him to remember to assist me.

Replaced 4 of my tires. Alessandro was very helpful and gave me a great deal for alignment. All in all, very satisfied with the service I recieved.

Had a bubble on my tire and needed it changed ASAP. Leo got me in and got me out asap. And he gave me a heads up on what else i needed done. 10/10 recommend tires plus and Leo.

This tire shop processes extremely slowly.Instead, they should let their customers know how busy they are so that customers can decide to set an appointment or go elsewhere. The amount of walking they have is ridiculous someone like me that sets an appointment gets no priorityUpdate:I recently installed 1 set of rear tires with tires plus they did a good job. Less than 2 days ago, I returned to instal 1 new set of front tires. I drive my car home and I haven’t driven since. I to my garage to discover my tires flat. I think nothing of it and I go to Wawa pay $2 for air and to find out my tire was NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY. I have air seeping through my air valve.I have a video and will be emailing the manager !

Crooks. Came in for a patch due to a nail. They said the angle the nail went in prevented them from patching. Nail went in the center tread, not the side wall. I made them show me, and there is no way a patch would not cover the hole. They are trying to push new tires.

Good service. Can be pricey but they keep it real with you and all their work is under warranty.

Took car to get oil change. Was told that battery was low and should be replaced even though car had been starting and running like normal. The very next day car barely started and had to call AAA for new battery. Coincidence? Of course not. Whatever was done to check battery (even though I never asked to have it checked) or whatever else during service affected the battery to point of failure. Also told that turn signal bulb was out. Didnt notice it before although I shouldnt be surprised since very last time I went there I was told that the other bulb didnt work. Coincidence? Of course not. Not going back for sure.

The car is up on the rack and wants to charge 20 for a specialist to find out why their noise rattling under the car. Really?? Went home and jack it up and it was the heat shield loose.. really 20.00 rip off . I got my oil change and ask if they could see whats the noise coming from since I am getting oil change.... but you will tell me brakes , light bulb, and everything else but a simple look .. I need 20.00 to get a so called specialist.. B.S...

Went in for an oil change at 7:00am and they started promptly. Was told I had a nail in one of my tires and that one of my other tires was balding. I replaced both and I was in and out by 8:15am. Great service and very honest and respectful. :)

I have been coming here for years, and I have not had any issues. They are usually quick with walk-ins, no more than an hour. Sara at the front desk is great. She was informative and gave me a list of recommended repairs with price quotes for my next visit, but was not pushy to up-sell me.

I wish I could give these crooks zero stars!! I came in for my AC blowing hot air, I didn’t want to drive out to my dealership in Lakeland without knowing what was wrong. I paid the $20 for an inspection, 2 hours later. My inspection came in. My compressor, condenser, tires, everything was broken! They said they needed to fix everything, for a nice price of $2900! So I said whatever, took my car to my dealership and got my inspection. My compressor was shot. They ordered me a new part and fixed it without warranty for $500. My diagnostic said everything else was fine, no damage to my tires, no damage to my condenser, nothing! They straight up lied to my face about what was wrong with my car for a profit. My car dealer technician told me to never trust places like this, and I never will! Crooks!

If they don’t feel like aligning your car they will give a bogus excuse. 3 year alignment deal is a scam since they will just turn you away on return visits if you replace suspension components. Said they couldn’t fit the alignment equipment on my 15 inch wheels??

I am planning a trip to CT and I knew I had to get at least one new tire done how ever they offered me and my mom to apply for the charge card which we decided to since we did need other car work done. And let me say they were very honest and noticed that I had certain work done that should of been part of some other type of work and they even applied some discounts to make it affordable for us and they even took the time to let us know in detail why certain things in my car were happing and quoted me a great deal to have it done when I get back but everyone from the front to the store.manger and mechanic were friendly and took their time and werent rude. I will definitely be making this my go to place for my car work.

I requested a check battery service, they did a full inspection of my car and charged me more than it was said at the first time.They didn’t fix my problem, they force me to pay the overpriced bill and I went home very disappointed.I won’t be back there and I definitely don’t recommend this store for anybody!

I stopped in because of a slow leak in my drivers side rear tire, I didnt understand how they checked it through the hood of the vehicle. 5point inspection they said, shut my hood I said, I didnt ask for that . Let your customers know what your doing before you do it.

Their courtesy check are nothing. They told me to change sparking plug for $250, I declined. And I forgot about it until next oil change. Right before my next oil change. I went to AutoZone right by the Tire plus, changed Spark plug for less then $80 including labor and part. Moreover, the guy who help me to change the plug said that my sparking plug is not to bad, still usable. However, right after I changed, I drove 100 feet to this tire plus for another oil change. They still told me that my sparking plus was bad, and need to be replace now. Now I know what are you guys trying to do. I bet the mechanic didn’t even check the vehicle before told customer the certain part has to be replaced.They just charge whatever they want. Not coming back for sure.

Way over priced. First paid 700 for brakes then had to go back due to a noise that wasn’t there before hand much worse sounding then had to pay ANOTHER 300 because of another “issue” with rotors that wasn’t there before but somehow formed 4 days after first brake repair. Overall out 1000 bucks for some brakes and a rotor also was a 6 hour wait.... don’t waste your time

Absolute garbage auto repair shop. Hardcore sales tactics and outrageous prices. I’ve had to get my brakes fixed not once, but 3 times since coming here - costing me upwards of $2,000. Extremely disappointed with my experiences here. I recommend going to another local shop nearby, where you’ll save at least 50% and won’t be pressured to get unnecessary repairs.

Made an appointment for 8am oil change and they take walk-ins before my car. So my car goes in the shop 1 hour after I arrive. No communication. As though people have nothing to do but wait around all day for an oil change. I’ve been bringing all 3 of my vehicles here for service. Not anymore. Non existent customer service

Went in for an oil change and for them to take a look at a leak in my tire valve. The leak was from them not properly installing my new tires I purchased from them months ago. I originally went to get the leak looked at prior to my last visit only to be told everything was fine after i declined additional services. Went back a few days ago to be told it is not under warranty and to replace the valve it was $90. I was ok with that but they continued to tell me my back rear tire valve was bad as well. I declined that service due to not having a problem in the past. Went home and my original tire was fine but now my rear back tire is completely flat. Odd that I never had an issue with that tire until I recently visited this shop. Now I will have to unwillingly go back a 4th time to finally get this fixed. Unacceptable from a customers perspective. I’m convinced they did something to my tire to ensure i will have to go back to boost their service numbers. I’m very upset with this location and I am contemplating contacting the BBB to file a complaint. Completely unacceptable!!

Don’t recommend. I took my car there to install the tires and to do the alignments. First, they try to charge you for things that you didn’t ask for and try to sell new baterias, new tpms, new everything, saying that is everything broke. And then, they didn’t do the alignments correctly. I had to come back there, but instead of fixing it, my car came out with the steering wheel turning to the left.

This particular location seemed very unprofessional to the point of immaturity at best. I came in for a quote for tire resplacement and alignment, quote was acceptable so I proceeded with the service. But when I found out that the price was higher compared to other locations I decided to cancel and they returned my vehicle with a flat tire and misaligned. I expect better service from younger individuals but unfortunately not all locations can be excel.

1 hour waiting for them to come and tell me that they cannot change the oil in the vehicle

I took them 4 brand new tires same as OEM I ordered online to be installed on my vehicle, including balance, and alignment. I dropped off the car and the process went smoothly. After driving the car I noticed it was driving very ruff and I could feel every little thing in the road. I checked the tire pressure and they were at 40 psi for a car that requires 32 psi. I took air out and left it alone. Now I notice a noise in the rear passenger side of the car and decided to take it back and have them look over it in case it had something to do with the alignment they did. I left the car again and they called me an hour later and said they test drove the car and couldnt replicate the noise. Picked it up and left, now the same passenger side tire starts to loose air. I filled up the tire to 32 psi at home and withing two weeks my tire pressure light came on again. This time I check the tire for leaks with soap water for bubbles and cant find anything, so I fill the tire again. The light comes on again after 2-3 weeks and this time I decided to take the wheel/tire off the vehicle and visually inspect it. After taking it off I notice when I roll the tire I hear something rolling around, so I pick the tire up and drop it and hear the clanking noise I have been hearing the whole time. Now i realize the noise I was hearing the whole time was coming from inside the tire and there was something obviously inside there. Now I have to take the car again super annoyed and tell them what I have to say and they take the tire off and find that tire pressure sensor was broken off in there and clanking around. Obviously it has to do with them installing the tires originally and not doing a good job, and what annoyed me even more is when I took them the car the second time because of the noise it proves to me they didnt even attempt to take the wheel and tire off to inspect anything. They replaced the tps sensor, and put the tire back on. I will never go back there. Dont trust them or their quality of work. I gave them 2 starts for the fact they replaced the tps sensor without hesitation.

This is the third time that this location has tried to convince that my car had a major issue none of which turned out to be true. They draw you in with cheap oil changes and then use fear based tactics to up sell unneeded work. This time they told me that my computer was not reading and in order to diagnose the problem it was going to cost and additional 140.00. They eluded to the fact that it was likely a major problem. I obviously refused and left knowing they were lying. I then proceeded to go next door to auto zone they plugged me into to there computer for free an within minutes determined cylinder one was misfiring. They advised me to changes the plugs and wires an obviously simple repair. which fixed my issue. Luckily for me I am an informed consumer and have not fallen victim to these deceptive tactics.

This particular location exuded great customer service skills. I went in to get 4 new tires and there was another problem that they pointed out to me but was NOT at all pushy or condescending like a lot of other places. TONY was very pleasant! Keep up the good service. Plus they had snacks in the waiting room...who doesnt like that😉

They overcharge you for everything at least like 4x more and they also look for problems to fix stay away from them they even change more than the dealership charge 🚫

Customer service here is impeccable! I had 2 tires changed in about an hour, and they seemed pretty busy as all of the lifts were occupied... So Id say the timing of the work done was pretty decent. Theres also coffee in the front that you can help yourself to (cant tell you how it is since I had none, simply an observation I made).

I ran into car trouble while traveling for business to Orlando. About half way there, I found myself broken down on the shoulder of I-75 South. After googling mechanics near my intended destination, I came into contact with Randy at Tires Plus on Kirkman Rd. I described what I thought was a failed alternator to Randy and asked a very simple question, If Im correct about the alternator, can you get me back on the road today? Like a true professional, Randy assured me that he could, with 100% confidence and genuine kindness. After towing my car nearly 100 miles to Randys shop, I arrived to a warm welcome from the entire crew. These guys blew me away with their positivity and energy! A few hours later, I received a call from Randy stating that my car was ready. Since the work was covered under my extended warranty, Randy personally handled the payment with the warranty companys claims adjuster. I simply paid the taxes and was back on the road, same day, as promised. If only I could give Randy and the guys at Tires Plus on Kirkman Rd 10 stars. It was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Thanks again!

Recommended I replace my air filter right after I changed it myself. Since they had recommended it last time I was there, they didnt take the time to check, just said it still needed to be done. Telling me I only have 1 good tire on my car even though the tires have plenty of tread. I had a tire replaced through the warranty and was supposed to get the remaining tread wear credited to the new one, and the replacement cost me more than the tire when I bought it originally. How am I paying more when Im supposed to be credited for the remainder of the old one?

I left my car with a flat tire in their parking lot after hours and called the next morning to have it fixed. They replaced three of my tires super fast and charged less than I usually pay and Frank was super nice and helpful. Great customer service!!

I went in without an appointment an had work done in a timely manner! My only complaint is when they try to up sell you on stuff you didnt come in for! I will continue business there though!

Customer service is simply outstanding at Tire Plus on Kirkman road. I have brought my cars for tires, balance and oil changes for years and they have provided always a great service. Moreover, they run inspections with respective recommendations; which bring value to the service. Do not expect paying cheap, their prices are above average. Nevertheless, they are reliable, fast and professional.

Hit a pothole and blew a tire at 7am on Christmas Eve. They didnt have the tire in stock, but were able to rush one in. Their service was amazing!!! From my first call to driving away with 2 new tires only 2.5 hours. Great price, and amazing, fast service!

Traveling back to Ohio, we had a screw in our tire. Shawn was awesome from the first phone call. He met us at the door and held it open for us. He showed us our tires and let us know that 2 of them were bad. He was not pushy when he gave us our options. After deciding on 4 tires, he had one of his guys pick them up from a different location so we didnt have to wait as long. He was absolutely amazing and I would recommend this shop to anyone.

I have to be very honest, I am not one to post reviews very often but I feel that I have to share the great company Tires Plus is I have been there many times. have always been treated with great respect and excellent customer service. one time I brought my daughters car to be worked on and I told them that it was my daughter’s birthday and the team asked if they can call my daughter to wish her a happy birthday. I said Sure! You should, we come here enough we are your family. A few minutes later my daughter receives a birthday call from all the guys...it was AMAZING!!! they have always made sure we had a save vehicle. trust Tire Plus most specially the team at Kirkman strongly recommend them always

Great service and wonderful staff. I recently had some mechanical services done here. when I got there I was already frazzled about needing service and concerned that I would be spending a whole lot of money. The gentleman who assisted me, Randy was so helpful, he calmed my concerns by being kind and keeping me fully informed on what was needed for my car, which ended up not being as bad as I anticipated. My car was serviced in a timely manner at a reasonable price. I left there satisfied and will definitely be back to have my vehicles serviced.

Awesome service after I changed my tires and had an issue with weird sporadic deflation. These guys really do honor their warranty and always provide quality and timely service! Offered to order and have tires matched and also told me what was in stock. Time was an issue and luckily the tires in stock were better than what I had. Since we had an 8 hr drive ahead of us, they made a stressful situation easier on us with all their fast and professional help.

I came with a flat tired that turned out no have two nails very close instead one. So they recommend to change the tire, which I did. Service was reasonable quick, about 30 min. The only reason Im not giving 5 to this place is because after my car was done it took them about 15-20 min to process the paperwork. Otherwise good place, good service

Would never go back there take my car cause I got a flat they told me that the flat was not fixable lie, plus they said I need four new tire Lie again cause I just had purchase the car brand new so all these thing they said I need was a lie. took it to the dealer ship I brought it the was able to fix my tire for 25.00 when tire plus say it was not fixable. plus tire plus give me a estimate of 900.00 if I had to get the tire fix with them. never in my life will ever go to that place. I guest because Im a woman they think I dont know better.

Great customer service. Ill start it off with this due to the fact that the GM Shawn made sure that my services with quick and he made sure to handle any issues then and there in the moment. Upon inspection of my vehicle he called me personally and informed me of the issues and even waited an additional hour for me to contact him and give him the okay to have what was needed for my vehicle performed. Due to his service and the politeness of each worker there. This is my first and only tire plus I prefer to do business.

Stay away from this location. I waited for an hour to get my tire patched and they didnt do it because my tire (3 month old) was too worn out. They suggested a new tire. Same suggestions were given to 4 other clients. I took to tire kingdom and had repaired with no problem

Rip off artists got quoted 834$ for 2 front rotors and ceramic pads all around on a 2015 Toyota Sienna. I declined the service and called around for these parts .206$ out the door . They are installing after market parts so my question is why so much ? totaIly understand theyre a business but a markup of 4 times what the hardware costs? CROOKS!
