Yes the moment i walked in the store the young gentleman was very pleasant and welcoming. I really do love the way he operates and very professional even with the the most rudest customers. The young ladies that work there, very kind and ver professional. They all helped me make my surprise for my son a great memory. I traveled from Jacksonville fl to come to that store and it was well worth it.

I was excited to visit this location. We just went in to the store with our kids who’s birthday we are celebrating next weekend. Our entire family was wearing masks except our 1 & 2 year old and the lady at the counter basically told us we have to leave if our 2 year old doesn’t have a mask. So thank you for making my 2 year old upset because she couldn’t pick out her party supplies. I never have an issue with my 1 & 2 year olds not wearing masks. I don’t even have masks for them as they are just too young. So I will take my business elsewhere.

Party Expo is an amazing place with many great items for all occasions. I just came from there today and bought 3 beautiful candles at great prices and the detail on each candle is absolutely amazing. Great customer service as well. If you are in Orlando area make sure you go check Party Expo out and I guarantee you will be amazed as well.

I have had only but good experience every time I shop with Party Expo. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This is the only shop in Orlando that carries my favorite brand of balloons (Sempertex/Betallatex).

I absolutely love this store!! Not only because its black owned, but because they have the best decor & products & great customer service!!! Each time I visit, I seem to need the most random things. Whether its props, costumes etc and they always have what you need regardless of the season or time of year. This is a great store & you wont leave disappointed!!

The store is beautiful! Always clean. Went in for a few birthday items and almost bought out the whole store!! The associates are very helpful and treat you like family.

The worst experience .. the worst attention I have had in my life ... bad attention, very expensive items ... not the bathroom available ... do not come with your small children, they are rude to them and they look like police behind them so they dont touch anything ... I dont recommend it at all. 😡😡😡

I went to the store to get supplies for a friend of mine’s birthday party and everything came up to a super cheap price and my friend LOVED the decorations. I will definitely go to this whenever I have an event. Best party store ever!

Ive came here a couple times it was starting to become my go to for party supplies, yesterday however I purchased some supplies for a party and ended up having a lot of things left over that I didnt use, when purchasing the supplies a receipt was not given to me, I came to the store with my daughter to return the items and was told that I needed a receipt my daughter explained to them that a receipt was never given and they acted as those there was nothing they could do about it. The sale was made just a day ago it wouldnt have been that big of a deal to manually search the purchase on the computer....

Party Expo is the best party discount store in Central Florida. If you havent been to the storefront you should go, because you will see more party products than any other party store. In addition, Party Expo creates personalized balloons unlike other party stores and they have a delivery service to any location in the greater Orlando area. Party Expos customer service is one of their best attributes. Go to the storefront directly in front of the Florida Mall on Sand Lake Rd and be amazed by what Party Expo has to offer.

The staff is definitely one of a kind. They went way above and beyond to help me get exactly what I wanted. The store pretty much has all you need to decorate and celebrate your special event. I live in ocoee so this place is about 45 min away but because of the great service I will ALWAYS come back here. Highly recommended!!!!! Thanks to all.

Throwing a party and decorating for a party is not my forte at all. When I said that to the employees, they did not hesitate to give me tons of ideas. I really needed those ideas lol! Went to this place to buy several things for my son’s party, but had to run away as the staff were extremely rude (specially a lady whose name unfortunately didn’t get).A pity as their stock and variety is good. Ended up going to party city and buying everything there.Hope the owner realizes their staff is scaring customers away

This was definitely one of the most well put together professional party stores I have been to. Bridgette was very welcoming and helpful. Both her and the cashier were well informed and not overbearing. This is where I would reccomend for any event... the selection is wide and well organized.

I bought $84 worth of balloons and upon reaching my destination the large number 1 balloon deflated. I immediately called to advise them of this and their resolution was for me to purchase another one. That is not customer service especially when I just left the store. I am highly disappointed

We came in for balloons to make a diy balloon garland and they were so nice and helpful!Edit: editing my review because I came a second time and I can say the man and younger woman were very sweet and helpful but the older women was very rude and had a very bad attitude while helping us with our order. Loved to support this family owned business but the bad customer service on her part made me feel very uncomfortable and gave me anxiety.
