I only used this place because they are the authorized repair shop for Mytee Carpet machinesWent in and I believe Jon was the guy at the counter, a really nice guy and he knew his stuff. My unit was not covered under warranty so I had to pay for the repair, totally fine.Jon or (JO on the invoice) called in and verified that the part was in stock and placed a PO for the order. Should have come in last week from the manufacture.So I called in on Thursday this guy said he would call and check and get back to me, didn’t hear back so I called again the next day, and he said that he would get back to me. Didn’t hear back.Called today and he was off. I spoke with the guy on the phone and he was the owner of the place. He told me that he is too busy and didn’t have time to deal with this. He went on a rant about how things are taking forever to ship and to get parts and he said he would get back to me by end of day. I really needed to know because I was working with the manufacture to get a part overnighted because I need the unit by Friday.I told him that I agree but all I am asking if they can tell me when the part shipped by calling the manufacture to get an update.Fast forward many hours. I didn’t hear back from the owner ( to give him credit he said he would call me back by end of day) and I asked him if he had heard back and he went off on me. He explained that he had 3 trucks are down and he can’t get parts, he’s by himself and he didn’t have time to deal with me.He accused me of yelling at him, but all I said was “ I am a bit frustrated because I have called 2x last week with no return calls so I am calling because I need to know....and he cut me off.He told me to come and get my machine, he was going to put it outside and he will refund my money. I asked him kindly not to put it outside because he is an industrial part of an area and I was afraid it would get stolen.Went to pick it up ( dropped what I was doing, because he said he was going to put it outside” )went and picked it up and he was very unpleasant and rude. I ended up recording the interactions because of the way he was treating me.I would be careful dealing with this company especially if you get the owner. But Jon or JO is really nice and pleasant.I ended up calling the manufacture to order the part directly and filing a complaint with them since they are an authorized repair ship for this unit.

I took my truck mount unit in so they can diagnose the issue. I was told that the temperature control unit was bad and it would be covered under warranty. I agree to have them do the work. Part came in and I scheduled the repair. The work was completed quickly, about an hour.I was called to be informed that my unit was done and that it would not be covered under the warranty. Travis told me my bad he assumed since the hours was low it would be covered.I was not happy since I did not have a choice to shop around for a different service provider or to do the work myself.When I went to pick up my unit Travis then said Did you read the manual, it tells you what is covered in there. I reiterated that since they are the professional (I use that term lightly), authorized service provider they should not make tell me it would be covered if it is not.My options were to pay them or have them remove the part and reinstall the old part. Now that would put me out another two weeks to order the part myself.I dont recommend them for service to your truck mount. Customer service in their service department is very poor and it turned out to be my fault for not knowing my part would not be covered.The service in the store front has always been good.

They were super informative about the whole industry and they knew exactly what i needed to start a small business. I’ve been in business for 15years and I have never meet such great company to do business with than John from Superior Cleaning They definetly go out of there way to help,I own 1 870 Sappire and 2 Vortex’s, I’ve bought Cleaning equipment and so on from John over the years but just recently I needed s special part for my Vortex which they no longer make, he went out of his way to get it specially built for us a heat sensor. I would defintly recommend this company to all my fellow carpet cleaners.
