Was going to have them make me a custom embroidered hat. I had picked out the hat and I had the design and if it worked out I was gonna have more made another gentleman was there wanting to do the same thing. The person working there said the design needed to be in DST format. He said there was apps that did it but couldnt say which ones for some reason. Or we could pay an additional $25 to have the design sent to corporate and they would change it and that would take 3 business days to do. Well the other guy didnt want to do it so he left. I stood there for 20 minutes downloading app after app trying to find the right app that could convert my design to DST . Well that didnt happen so I gave up and left. I told the person working there that they lost out on multiple sales cause they didnt have the software at the store so people could get the designs the customers wanted. More people would buy custom hats if they simply had that software there. Theyre literally losing money by not having that there and it would pay itself off

My wife went to buy me a hat that was under $30 last year, she paid almost $50. Online you can buy same hat for $24.99. Rip off

They have the best selection of hats at this particular location, and I drive clear to Orem over this because I cant find Hurley hats in any other colour but black in SLC. Great job guys!

My son was there with me looking for a Milwaukee hat and the two guys that were there today where of no help, he asked them if they can look to see if they had a different size in the back and they just brushed him off applause 👏 great customer service guys!!!! We walked over to proimage and I will definitely be taking out business there from now on!!!

I like the atmosphere of this store and the placement its at in the Orem mall. I have had both good and bad experiences with employees, but today Benjamin helped my husband find a hat liked and embroidered it for him with his favorite NBA players signature. He also helped him sign up for a premium membership for $5 that gives him 20% off of every purchase for a year.

My sons got a dodgers hat for Christmas. He wore it 2 times and the botton on top came off they would not exchange it without a receipt. But yet they can not look it up on a card or even if you show them on your bank statement they would do nothing! All my son wanted was a hat that was not broken after he only got to wear it twice. This is bad customer service and I will never shop there again if they cant do whats right!

I do enjoy Lids! You can always find what you want there. If not specifically, theyll have something for you!

I refrained from going to this store for a long time. Went by to get some custom embroidery done after many other locations brushed me off. The store manager went the extra mile to make sure I got what I needed!
