Ben from Wake problems was awesome! We originally took our boat to the mastercraft dealer to fix the ballasts. They had the boat for 2 weeks and kept putting us off and then told us they couldn’t figure out the problem. Ben came the first time to diagnose and figured out the problem in a couple hours. He came back a week later with all the parts and was able to fix our ballasts. It was so nice not to have to take our boat to a far away shop. We will definitely be calling him again.
