Regarding service department specifically. Made an appointment for first thing in the morning -Ashley was awesome when she set me up. I got an immediate text notification and a reminder yesterday as well. I arrived as they were opening and Donald Breaux was my service advisor. He was absolutely awesome. I cannot say enough about the friendliness, efficiency, and care this department shows. The techs took great care of my car and didnt change radio or anything. I love that. The were very quick to locate a dealership that had the vehicle I was looking for even though inventory is very hard to come by these days. Price seem good, car even seemed good but how the salesman tried to take advantage of the fact i was from out of state was disappointing. Good for me that i had done business with bergeron chrysler and i had kept my bill of sales to conpare all the fees with. They really tried to get me with the fees.needless to say i didnt buy the car. I pretty sure they do this a lot price a car lower than other dealerships than make it back up by getting over on un aware customers with all the fees...btw i highly reccomend bergeron

Only experience that I dislike is their checklist. On the form it stated my brake fluid failed. No one spoke to me about the issue and why would they let me leave the premises like that. I have kids and what if my brakes dont happen to work and we get involved with a accident. I jus recently purchased this vehicle I shouldnt have that kind of issue this early. And they question would I have to pay?

The salesman Willie Lazare assured we were taken care of during our purchase of our new vehicle and worked extremely hard to make sure we were well informed about the car we were buying. He went above and beyond after the sale as well and told us any time we needed anything or wanted to know anything to give him a call without hesitation.

Dropped my vehicle off at 7:30am for an oil change and a tire rotation and my tire sensor was going off. Asked if I would be able to have my car for 3:00pm as I had to get my son to work and the guy said oh yes ma’am! At 10:00am I was called and told my alignment failed. I have a brand new car. Only had 18,000 miles at this time. Extra $99 to fix it. Told them to do it. Said it would be ready about 12:00 pm. At 2:00pm I was called again and told my air filter and my cabin filter needed to be changed. I asked if I could wait on that since the alignment was an extra expense I wasn’t expecting. I was told no it would void my warranty. So another large amount of $. At 2:30pm I called to see if it was ready. The guy says no it’s being aligned. I reminded him I needed it for 3pm. At 3pm I called and they said it was ready. When I get there it was a whopping $317! I pay, then get in my car only to see that ALL my sensor lights were still on and they never reset the oil gauge! Finally left at 3:30 pm and my son was late for work and was written up. Service was unacceptable......

I set their for 3 hours for a simple oil change if they would’ve told me I would’ve came back at a different time. My only day off I had to spend at the dealership so I had a lot of things go undone if they would’ve just communicated that information with me and let me decide whether I wanted to wait that long

Went in for an oil change and the service was great. However, I noticed that when they lifted my car for my tire rotation they dented it. Future reference, if you take your vehicle in to get serviced please examine it prior to leaving their lot.Edit: Mr. Corey contacted me and was so nice and is willing to help resolve my problem.

The service department is the best Ive seen in Opelousas. Seem to have very dedicated individuals that want the best to keep you in your vehicle safe. And when I had more in-depth questions the Technician working on my vehicle was there to explain the details when I needed.
